Uusi 2017 vuokramarkkinoilla. Kirkas ja pirteä talo laatta ja bambu lattia ja istutus ikkunaluukut. Metsäinen, maisemoitu takapiha on rauhallinen, luonnollinen taustan seulotaan allasalue. Makuuhuoneessa (King), jossa on oma tarjoaa yksityisyyttä muista makuuhuonetta. Walk-in suihku on ylimitoitettu ja on runsaasti kaappitilaa. Muut 2 makuuhuonetta (Queen, kaksi kaksoset / TV) on erotettu kylpyamme ja on ovi sulkea pois tämän alan muusta talon enemmän yksityisyyttä. Tämä ominaisuus on hiljaisella kadulla mutta lähellä ravintolat, kaupat, rannat ja Cape Haze Pioneer Bike Trail.

Beautiful Home, just as pictured. Clean and spacious, Great Pool, and Lani, and comfortable outdoor furniture. Plenty of Dishes, Glasses, silverware, pots, pans and of course, baking needs. Bedrooms very spacious, dining area, living room lots of space for all. Nice quiet neighborhood, but everything close by. Stores, Movies, restaurants, churches. Linda was an excellent hostess!!! We had one problem with the AC, but Linda took care of it immediately!!! Great stay all around. 10 stars from us. We will be staying there again.

Great stay, very clean,loved the house

Great location for us to visit family in Englewood. Pool was very nice and minutes from beaches. House was very clean and owners were very nice to deal with. We will be booking again if available next year!

I feel like I’m at home in this lovely 3 bedroom/3 bath home. Beautiful, perfect temperature pool. Linda is fantastic host. She responds quickly and I always feel that I am talking to a longtime friend! This is the home you want to stay at when in southwest Florida!

Beautiful house

three important points of the house: -very clean -exactly as described -bikes available to visit a beautiful trail (we loved the recommendation) We loved our stay and would definitely return! (but next time we would ask to make the pool water a little warmer because it was slightly cold for a night bath).

Awesome house, awesome service.

The house was very clean and perfect for our family get together. Paying a slight fee for the heated pool was well worth it. The owners were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. Would definately recommend this property!

Excellent location

This house felt like "home" right away, it was so comfortable and everything we needed was right there. We loved how easy it was to get to the beaches, hiking trails and shopping, the location was perfect! There are other houses behind and to the one side but we still felt that there was plenty of privacy. The owner's were wonderful to work with and very informative. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Family getaway

We stayed here this past week. The house is even better than pictured with the Kitchen being redone. Everything was super clean and in perfect condition. The owners were very quick to respond to the minor issues we had with the TV as well as the pool light. We highly recommend staying here my family enjoyed this property. The pool and covered lanai were probably our favorite part of the house. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area. If you come to Rotunda West this is a must stay property!

Pretty good stay

We felt the place was very accommodating and great for a family of 3. Outside of the normal small quirks, which were addressed in a timely manner once we engaged the owner, all was well. Dealing with Vacasa for this property was not very smooth this time around but it ultimately did not interrupt the vacation stay.

Enjoyable stay

Nice property, helpful and responsive Owner. Only negative was the relatively close-proximity to a landfill/compost site allowing you to here the beeping of the vehicles/equipment from 6:30am on. Also not a fan of Roku TV.

Dad's 90th birthday

We came to FL for our father's birthday. The house was perfect! Great location, close to our dad's house and close to gas station and grocery store. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We didn't have time to use the pool but the backyard is beautiful and I wish we would have had more time to enjoy it. The kitchen is fully stocked, I made dinner for the family and it was perfect. Plenty of room for prepping and cooking. I would recommend staying here. We will look for this listing the next time we come down.

Perfect House

The pictures do it no justice. We didn’t have to worry about a thing besides groceries. The ceiling fan in the pool area didn’t work but they had an extra in the garage. The only disappointing thing was the garbage situation. When we arrived the garbage bin was already over flowing without us putting anything in it. Apparently the previous tenants said the garbage was never picked up but that bin was filled with more than the previous tenants. The cleaning people could t take care of it before new tenants arrived?! It left a very bad taste in my mouth. We had to not only bring their full garbage bin to the end of the driveway but bring out our garbage one little bag at a time for pick up. Oh we only had 2 garbage bags so we had to resort to our plastic shopping bags. It seems like those maintaining the house aren’t communicating accurately to the owners while they’re away. Would def think about staying again. It was a wonderful time with family & friends.

Perfect unit for our Florida vacation

This home is exactly as advertised—and, better. The home is spotlessly clean. The large pool is warmed to 88 degrees. The kitchen is well furnished. This comfortable home has 2 outdoor tables in the lanai. One is in the sun—one in the shade. We liked this option for the meals we enjoyed “at home”. The indoor area is tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are roomy. This home had everything we needed. We are a party of 3 couples and we had ample gathering areas to spend time together and ample private space. Two of the bedrooms have patio doors opening to the lanai. We were fortunate that during our stay we did not need heat or air conditioning. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We could sleep with the patio doors open. The unit is close to beaches. parks and great dining. We never had a problem with traffic congestion during our adventures in the area. An added bonus to this unit are the two bikes complete with helmets, a lock and bike baskets. The bike/walking trail is one-half mile from the home. It is a paved trail that is easy to ride. I always felt safe riding the trail as a single rider. I would recommend this home to coupes or a family who enjoy outdoor activities in a quiet area. Thanks to Linda and Scott for accurately describing your rental to allow us to pick the right home for our Florida getaway.

Vacation

The house was mostly as described. Everything we needed for a good vacation. The bikes were a big hit with the close by trails. Chairs and umbrellas for our beach excursions. The only drawback was the dot concrete recycling plant that is less than 1/2 mile away as the crow flies . The recycling plant is fairly new to the area. Less than 2 years. Their vehicles start before 6 am and work until 5 pm Monday thru Friday. The constant noise of construction vehicles and the constant back up beeping of noises is not pleasant. If you happen to be there on a concrete recycling day, you will be subjected to very loud noise all day. The continuous noise Is absolutely mind numbing. I am an early riser and usually am up for 3 hours sitting outside and reading by the pool. It was not quiet at all. It was hard to concentrate, and at 5 pm it was amazing how tranquil this house became. If you are going to be out and about all day or inside the house until 5 on weekdays, this house is great for you. It is unfortunate that this concrete recycling plant is so close and so loud. There were many reviews of this house, which led to our rental and none mentioned the constant noise. What we look for in a vacation rental is a nice quiet neighborhood, which this house did not supply on the times we wanted to be outside enjoying the peace and quiet. You could not hear the construction noise inside the house, except for the concrete crushing days. Outside was loud!

Quiet and relaxing

My family and I just spent a week at this lovely house. It was clean, plenty of linens, kitchen needs, and comfortable beds. My teenage granddaughters enjoyed the pool every day. We paid the extra for pool heat and it was money well spent. We would definitely stay here again.
