Ironstone Estate has 3 impressive homes on a picturesque 45 acre vineyard. It’s perfect for entertaining in the heart of Hunter Valley with a large family group, wedding party or groups of friends. Each house can sleep up to 12 guests or you can hire all 3 homes for sleeping 36 guests comfortably plus we are pet friendly.

5 minutes from Pokolbin for any group wanting to explore the vineyards, cafes, restaurants and concerts.
All children above 2 years of age are included in the total number of people that can stay on the Estate.
The Lodge can accommodate a maximum of 12 people, the Homestead 12 people
There is no charge for infants under the age of 2 years. Please supply your own travel cot.

We require a bond form to be filled out, a bond will be held by the bank until checkout. The money will be released once the house has been check - usually takes up to 7-10 business days.
We love meeting our guests that stay with us at Ironstone Estate.

Our 2 dogs Boss Black kelpie and Dusty White Italian sheep dog will definitely come down for a free feed and a pat.

We know your looking forward to spending much needed time with family and friends so we won’t intrude on your stay unless you need something from us or would like to meet us in person.

From Sydney travel down the F3 and turn off to Cessnock. Go through Cessnock down Vincent St. Follow the vineyard signs out along Wine Country Drive. Turn right onto Lovedale Road ( the Crowne Plaza is on this corner), then over a small bridge and 150 metres on you right is Londons Road. Follow this road until you come to a fork in the road. Take the right fork in the road, go up the hill onto Olsen Rd- travel for 1km to 97 Olsen Rd. Turn left into Ironstone Estate and follow the signs to the office/residence..
