Yksityinen, rauhallinen, laaja kiinteistö! Rentoudu ja nauti näkymistä idyllisessä, hyvin hoidetussa, terveellisessä lampissa nauttien aamukahvia laiturilla. Sinä ja perheesi (jaa toisen perheen kanssa) katselevat mielellään kilpikonnien meloa sanomalla "hyvää huomenta" ja katselemassa kalaa, joka ui. Laaja ja aidattu terassilla (2017) luo suojaesteen talon ja uima-altaan ja lampin välille. (Uima-altaalle tai lampille ei ole pääsyä avamatta magnalatch-turvaportteja). Patio on myös upouusi, räätälöity palokammio, jota ympäröivät korkealaatuiset Adirondak-tuolit sinulle ja perheellesi nauttiaksesi rauhallisesta iltatulosta ja tehdäksesi S'moresista rentouttavan päivän jälkeen nauttien maailman upeimmista rannoista ja / tai rentoutuminen rauhallisen ja kuohuvan munuaisenmuotoisen uima-altaan avulla. Kodissa on myös kolme tyylikästä, täysin varustettua kylpyhuonetta - kaikki täysin uusittu vuonna 2017. Siellä on hyvin varustettu keittiö, jossa on runsaasti keittiövälineitä ja tarjoiluvälineitä viihdyttämään perhettäsi ja vieraitasi. Kaksikerroksisessa erillisessä ruokailutilassa on ylimitoitettu mittatilaustyönä suunniteltu maalaistalo tyyli, jossa on kaksitoista paikkaa - täydellinen viihdyttävä! Kodissa on iso kaksikerroksinen olohuone, johon mahtuu mukavasti seitsemän isolla taululla t. v. sekä erillinen den, joka mukavasti mahtuu kuuteen, myös taulu t. v. kun lapset haluavat katsella elokuvaa yksin. Koti urheilee myös aivan uutta viiden alueen vyöhykekeskusta, joka varmistaa perheesi ja perheesi mukavuuden rentoutuessasi kodin eri osissa. Kätevä sijainti - vain 4 minuutin ajomatka rantaan, junaan ja East Hamptonin keskustaan! Kotiin kuuluu myös ulkosuihku kuumalla ja kylmällä vedellä sekä runsaasti rantatuoleja ja pyyhkeitä avuksesi.

Exquisite in East Hampton

Perfect home for our family of five. Beautiful, serene, spacious, comfortable, clean and fully stocked home with nice heated pool and private pond surrounded by nature. Quality time cooking BBQ, playing board gams, biking and a quick ride to nearby beach. Great location to top restaurants, markets and shopping.

Spectacular

What a wonderful day at this beautiful property, and the evening the sounds of nature put us to sleep, and a beautiful morning swim in the pool woke us up with the sun. Highly suggest this pristine property and a great neighborhood.

We were so lucky to have found this place. The layout of the house was great and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the owner was very accessible and made sure we didn't want; or need for anything (including paper goods). We would definitely stay there again,

Wonderful stay & incredibly attentive owner - will be back!

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at this lovely house surrounded by nature. A very short drive to downtown East Hampton and beaches, this house was the perfect tranquil escape for our family and two young children. The street is super quiet and serene. The house had everything we needed and was super clean! We enjoyed time at the pool, sitting and playing out in the backyard, biking and walking around the neighborhood, time in the game room, along with time outdoors at the lovely local beaches and farmstands near East Hampton. James was incredibly attentive and a superstar host - he answered all our questions extremely quickly, consistently tried to ensure we had a stellar stay, provided access to bikes & a table to work during the week (among many other on-site amenities), and managed all aspects of our stay seamlessly. We look forward to coming back!

Really great family hang out

The house was ideal for a family with kids. The gates around the watery areas provided peace of mind. A very peaceful enclave from which to explore the area. It had everything we needed from kitchen gadgets to pool toys and beach stuff. James was really helpful and brilliant at getting back to us about bits and bobs both prior to our arrival and while we were there. Note to future Brits who want to stay there: 'twin bed' means a single bed.

serene and tranquil

We spent the memorial week in East Hampton with our 2 small children. This was our first stay but we will definitely be back. The owners were very responsive and very helpful- all of our questions were answered quickly. The property is beautiful and very reasonably priced!! We loved having our morning coffee overlooking the man made pond in the backyard. The pool was great and we loved the fact that it was fenced in. The kids loved roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The bathrooms are beautiful! the place was super clean and maintained. very close to all the shops and restaurants. My son learned to ride his bike on the quiet dead end street. We had a great experience!

LOVELY SETTING

This is our second time staying at this beautiful house. This house has such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. It has been renovated and it is beautiful inside and out. It has great amenities and is located close to great restaurants, shops, beach, etc. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying again.

Beautiful house in a great location

The house has a comfortable feel and has been very nicely renovated/ updated, we enjoyed our stay very much. We look forward to hopefully staying there again soon.

I love hanging out on the East End of Long Island and started coming in the mid 80s starting in Quogue ( when share houses were popular) and working my way out East to Amagansett and East Hampton) I had always loved the pristine uncrowded beaches and enjoyed kayaking, surfing, windsurfing and progressed into kite surfing and stand up paddle boarding and biking all of which I continue to do and now I am enjoying many of these activities with my wife ( who I met out here ) and our three children who also enjoy many of these activities
I always wanted to own a home on the East End and had been searching for years and I found the perfect place to enjoy as you will see....

Idyllic, unique and relaxing setting that you won't find with most other properties - perfect for families! Child-safe patio area, mature plantings, turtle pond with fish and frogs that your children will love. Close proximity (less than four minute drive) to everything East Hampton has to offer, including some of the world's most spectacular beaches, town and summer entertainment! Four large tastefully decorated bedrooms and three stylish fully-renovated beautiful bathrooms and brand new five zone central air with high end air filtration.

This house is very special, there are many homes that had been "built" out here over the years, but this house was more than just "built". We purchased this house from the family that owned vast tracts of land on the East End, with streets named after the family and they developed and built hundreds of homes in the area over the years and this parcel of land was "selected" for their own use and enjoyment and you won't find cheap doors in this house. Everything is solid ! They built this home for themselves to live in. Hence the totem pole which you may see in one of the photos which was actually hand carved by one of the last remaining Native Americans living in the East Hampton Area as I was told and the family we purchased the home from loved the expansive pond ( which is why the built a dock with seating) and all its inhabitants that will greet you when you sit by the dock. These are just a few of the things we love as well

Children will also be able to bike on the street since it is a dead end road , low traffic and the house
is located at the end of the block. Many children have learned to ride their bikes on this street and parents feel comfortable letting their children cruise the street on their bikes.
