Lovely place in the world with the surrounding of lake Garda! Hotel is not good enough, broken things in rooms, can’t walk to any nearby restaurants, OK staff, OK Breakfast but nothing above the ordinary in any way. I would expect much more for a hotel having above 4 star rating!

I room I was in , was a little bit dated but had everything you needed , fridge microwave and hob very clean and nice size Rooms bedroom bathroom grounds and pools were brilliant and staff very helpfull

When in Padenghe in the summer it is a good place to stay. From there you can easily walk to the lake.

Nice hotel and stay - can recommend

I went with my family and had my own car. Good parking with fence. A lovely hotel with everything you could need. Clean room, room big enough with terasse, pool was not crowded and well managed. Staff was helpful and serviceminded. I can recommend and will absolutely book this hotel again.

The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and had a nice view. Would recommend to someone looking to stay a short time in the area. Only downside is you’re not close to many of the main attractions in the area.

Top Hotel, will come back

Good hotel. Breakfast was very good Italian style - 5 stars. Small Kitchen with good fridge. Great balcony with view to Lake Garda! Great to have a bottle of wine after a day exploring the sights. Staff was super accommodating, good tips for restaurants. Helped with the reservations every night. Great fenced parking space, with a space for each apartment. Very convenient Great stay

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. We had a 2 bedroom flat with a big balcony and had everything needed for a family. The staff was very attentive, breakfast and pool perfect and location fantastic. The lake is a 5 min walk, bus stop and port were within 10 min as we mainly used public transport. Downtown Padenghe was a beautiful surprise.

The room was maasive with a washing machine and large balcony. Absolutely great for families. We were here for 4 days and really got the rest we needed. The rooms are well air conditioned and clean. The cleaners were very helpful and kind. They have 2 pools but we spent most of the time at the main one. There were enough sun loungers for everyone.

We had a good week here, the room was large and clean with plenty of room for us including 2 teenagers. The pool was great and much enjoyed by our 13 year old. Breakfast was enjoyable with decent coffee, and the live band on the Saturday night was ‘entertaining’ and much fun. The hotel is well located if you have a car, we were able to drive to local towns and theme parks all within an hour and also close to the ferry in desenzano. Had very little problems finding parking spaces which I was worried about. The parking at the hotel was great and secure with a key code on the gate. The only downside was when we tried to checkout after a 7-night stay. As we needed to leave at 6am I asked at reception the night before to settle the bill and was told it’s ok to do it in the morning there’s always someone on reception. Unfortunately, in the morning the man on reception attempted to charge me an additional nearly €1,600 for the room despite my Expedia confirmation clearly showing the accommodation was prepaid. I showed the receipt, but the receptionist continued to insist the booking was made directly with the hotel and refused for around 30 minutes to allow me to pay only the legitimate outstanding charges (bar and tax). Eventually he contacted the owner, who confirmed the correct amount. The issue was resolved, but the experience caused significant stress and risked delaying our car return and airport departure.

Family holiday in Lake Garda

We had a lovely stay at Le Terrazze sul lago. The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The main pool area is beautiful with plenty of sunbeds and there is a smaller pool the other side of the complex. The suite was spacious comprising of double bedroom, bathroom and large room with 2 sofa beds, dining table, kitchenette with fridge and hob. The double bed was very comfortable, one of the sofa beds was slightly sunken in the middle so not as comfortable. There was also a large balcony with somewhere to hang towels/clothes to dry. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. I would strongly recommend you hire a car to get around. There is a gated carpark which is secure and safe.

Has potential, buy there is a safety issue

We stayed in a one bed suite, it was ok, but basic. There was a safety issue due to a very aggressive dog next door that jumped up on our shared balcony wall twice. We requested a move to another apartment which was facilitated. We feel this issue must be addressed before we would consider returning. On a positive note the pool was well maintained with life guards present daily and the staff a very professional. Overall 7/10

We recently stayed at Le Terrazze Sul Lago Residence & Hotel with our two children in a two-bedroom suite with two bathrooms. The hotel was a pleasant surprise, offering convenience and comfort for our family. The easy parking was a big plus, especially after long days of exploring. We loved the excellent breakfast, which set us up well for our adventures around Lake Garda. What really stood out was the fantastic service from all the staff - they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. While the facilities were basic, they met all our family's needs perfectly. The hotel's location was ideal for us, as we had a car to travel around the lake. If you're looking for a family-friendly base to explore Lake Garda, Le Terrazze Sul Lago is a great choice. It's not fancy, but it's comfortable, well-run, and in a good spot for sightseeing. We would stay again and hopefully in summer when the pool would be open.

Great place for families!

We are a family of 5 (kids 4,7, 12) and had a fantastic 10 day stay at the hotel. The rooms were as expected, and the beds are comfortable. We were really happy about the breakfast as well. 5 minutes walk to the lake and a handfull of restaurants in the area. Free fenced parking right outside the hotel. The pools are clean, and not crowded at all. Do not expect everything to be spotless and perfect, but you will get outstanding service from the staff. From the hotel manager who greated us when we arrived, to the restaurant manager, receptionists, waiters and cleaners. They all did everything they could, to make our stay as good as possible. We would definetely come back! Grazie mille!

I was very upset how dirty our room was. Hair everywhere, lot of dust… Second very disappointing thing was cold pool. It is August and even in a hot day you cannot jump in.

Cleaning and changing towels only once a week. There are many spiders and ants in the room... You need to take out the garbage by yourself. You need to ask for shampoo and toilet paper every day, in the morning, because in the evening no one would help you. The wifi is very weak.
