Apartment was nice and clean. Roomy and comfortable beds. Amazing location. 10 minute walk to the city center and water front and 5 minute walk to the busstation. Easy check in and out.

Good for price. Heated floors were lovely, everything worked well enough and room clean enough. Animal hairs covered all soft furnishings however, and the door keypad was very temperamental

Staysville was ideal for a couple for 3 night stay. Very clean, piping hot water, excellent facilities all round. Easy proximity to the sights,bus & train stations for onward journeys. We would recommend.

Great spot, walking distance from Old Stavanger/the port etc. Easy check in with all details sent beforehand by email. Overall had a lovely stay & would come again.

Lovely appartement

Very nice location,very close to the port, restaurants and shopping centers We had the top floor appartment under the roof so it was a little bit low ceiling but other than that it was cozy.

Nice and convenient

Very nice and convenient place. I loved that the kitchen is well equipped and the basics are there like coffee, tea, dishwashing soap, even soap for laundry. I will stay again if I need somewhere in Stavanger :)

We stayed for 3 nights in Apartment 4A on the top floor at Staysville Stavanger. The location is excellent, with only a 10-minute walk to the city centre. Parking, however, is disappointing. There are only two spaces available, and if they are occupied, you have to park about an 8-minute walk away, which is inconvenient when arriving with luggage. Our first impression was that the building looked rather worn. The entrance and stairwell need a thorough cleaning, and it seems this is not done regularly. The apartment itself was spacious and nice, but unfortunately we found dirty dishes, dusty surfaces, and several long dark hairs in the bed linen and bathroom. We ended up cleaning ourselves, and after that our stay was enjoyable. The kitchen was also poorly equipped. We chose this apartment because it had a kitchen, but there was only one drinking glass, three wine glasses, and other essential items were missing. An apartment for four guests should at least provide four of each basic item. The biggest issue was the bathroom. When the underfloor heating is turned off, there is a strong smell of urine. It is also impossible to shower without flooding the entire bathroom floor. This is clearly something that should be addressed. Overall, the great location is the property’s biggest strength, but better cleaning, a properly equipped kitchen, and improvements to the bathroom would make a huge difference.

Stavanger stay

Perfect location. Clean and spacious. The kitchen could have a few more plates, cups, and wine glasses as well as place mats, dish washer soap and some dishcloth. Parking isn’t easy in Stavanger but we managed to rent one of the property’s two parking spots right outside the door.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. The management was very responsive and replied immediately. Parking was a little tight, but the location was very nice and quiet. I would book here again. I was pleased with this property.

This apartment was absolutely awesome. It was quiet and peaceful with a short walk to the city center, a park, the grocery store, and the metro. The hosts were responsive and helpful. This apartment made our stay in Stavanger great. It has my highest recommendation!

The apartment was wonderful compact but very comfortable for two people. We booked the Deluxe Studio. The host was incredibly kind and easy to reach whenever needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable, and both the shower and washing machine were excellent. The only small improvement would be in the kitchenette. While the microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, and sink were all great, it would have been nice to have dishwashing soap as well as a few more pots and cutlery. Overall, we had an amazing experience. The area was quiet, the apartment was cozy, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We’d be very happy to book here again in the future. Grace.

Stayed three nights (2 persons) and the experience was disappointing. Property did not meet expectations. Unclean and grimy, with a few dead insects on floors and window sills. Dust and small dirt piles behind doors. Shower not clean. Ran out of hot water in middle of second person’s shower more than once. Kitchen had bits of debris scattered about, especially on the tops of the drawer pulls. Microwave was behind a lift-up cabinet door that would not stay up, so to use the microwave, the door had to be held up with one hand. Awkward and inconvenient. Clothes washer difficult to understand, but with the help of YouTube videos, eventually figured it out. Some simple instructions would have been nice. Still don’t know if the machine is a washer/dryer combo, or just a washing machine. If it’s not a combo, the property needs to invest in a real dryer. Large roll of construction insulation was in the corner of the laundry room, unconvincingly hidden under plastic sheeting. Not sure what that was about. Bed very comfortable (only used one). But contrary to the description, neither bed was large enough to legitimately qualify as a King. The welcome mat outside the ground floor door is too lightweight, was consistently bunched up, had very muddy edges, and had leaves and cigarette butts drifted in around where it was bunched up. Straightened it out a few times, but it always quickly reverted to its previous condition. Could be a hazard for getting feet caught. Heavier mat might help.

Séjour absolument parfait ! J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel Tout était impeccable du début à la fin. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et parfaitement entretenue, irréprochables. Sejour agréable, calme et confortable. Je me suis senti très bien pendant tout mon séjour et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors d’un prochain voyage. Merci pour cette belle expérience. Je recommande cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation ! ★★★★★

Staysville ligger veldig sentralt kun noen minutters gange fra jernbanestasjonen og sentrum. Et fantastisk alternativ til vanlig hotell, i og med at her kan man stelle med egen mat og dermed slippe faste måltider. Fullt utstyr og store flotte rom. Vi anbefaler dette stedet på det varmeste. Helt greit plass i sentrum til en veldig rimelig pris. Har alt du trenger: kjøkken, kjøleskap, dusj. Veldig ren. Litt støy utenfor med byggeplass, men det er mulig å leve med.
