Located in the most attractive area of Hilton Head, just a 2-minute walk to Coligny Plaza, this newly renovated first floor 2BR/2BA ocean side condo boasts everything you need for a great vacation. Enjoy the largest complex pool on the island, (heated March, April, October, November) including a wonderful hot tub 24/7 and kiddie pool. The condo’s back sliding doors lead directly to the complex pool, and newly renovated private walkway to the beach. No stairs, no elevators, walk out the back of the patio and you’ll enjoy the wonderful grounds, pool, and direct private access to the beach.

Great Stay

This is undoubtedly a location we'll save for future visits to Hilton Head. We loved the convenience of shops and restaurants and the proximity to the beach—everything within walking distance. The property was clean and cozy.

My family absolutely LOVED our stay at this beautiful beachy condo! The host was willing to answer any pre trip questions and accommodate our stay. It had everything you could need in the kitchen and was clean top to bottom! We would definitely stay here again. My kids loved the pool and short walk to the beautiful beach! The location was key when it came to walking to breakfast, dinner or a sweet treat!

Best condo in Shorewood

We have been coming to HHI since 1987 and this Shorewood Condo was the best we have ever stayed in.The condo was very updated,very clean,and the location was perfect ! We will definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best Vrbo experiences we’ve had. The owner was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and clearly takes pride in maintaining the property and guest experience.The condo was spotless when we arrived and exactly as described. The ground-floor location turned out to be a major advantage — easy unloading, quick access to the pool, and a short, convenient walk to the beach. It really made the stay more relaxing and effortless.The location itself was outstanding. The beach area felt peaceful and not overcrowded, and the pool and beach access amenities made it feel like a true resort experience. Even the security staff were welcoming and friendly, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.You can tell this is an owner who cares about their property and their guests. We could not have been happier booking this property. Clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. We never felt crowded, even when friends dropped in for dinner. The mattresses were wonderful. Very short walk to the pool and beach. The pool is very nice and perfect for any family with young children, our grandchildren are 6 and 2 1/2. We especially liked having a ground floor unit, made moving in and packing out so much more convenient.

This was the perfect condo for our final high school spring break. Bobby was super responsive and the condo was in excellent condition. The location can’t be beat. We could walk or ride bikes to everything we needed. Would happily rent here again!

Great Location

We booked this property for a weekend getaway. The condo was great with all the amenities you would need. Location was awesome! Just a quick walk to either the beach or Coligny plaza. We didn’t use the pool area, but it was just outside the back door of the condo.

Beautiful condo!

The condo had all that we could need and then some. We were able to use the chairs and paddle ball out on the beach. The kitchen and dining area was very spacious. The bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses. The showers had great waterpressure. The storage places to keep all our things. We will definitely be renting again!

Loved this condo!

We’ve stayed at Shorewood multiple times and this is my favorite unit. Super clean and great extras that not a lot of other units offer. One thing of note to future renters - the fridge does not have a filtered water dispenser so we bought a few gallon jugs.

Truly fantastic place to stay

This property had exactly what we needed, and the cleanliness and quality of the unit were exceptional. The property owner was extremely responsive to questions, and we always received clear communication. The heated pool at the complex was too cool for comfortable use (March 2023), but everything else about the stay was just perfect. We are planning to return again in the future. Highly recommended.

Location is great! The proximity to the beach and pool makes everything so easy and allowed us to have a very laid back relaxing trip. It is well worth it to not have to pack everything you need for a trip to the beach all at once and then rush out to ensure parking. Because the beach is gated for the condos it was never crowded. The lifeguards do a great job here as well. They work hard to keep everyone on the beach safe. You are a quick walk to Coligny Plaza for coffee, ice cream, shopping etc. The condo itself was great with plenty of space for our family of four with two teens. The host was always quick to respond and check in was seamless. Definitely would recommend for an easy enjoyable stay!

Perfect Weekend Retreat

Everything was at our doorstep in this beautiful first-floor rental. We walked and toad our bikes everywhere (except dinners out—still too dark this time of year.) We enjoyed easy access to the beach, the pool, and hot tub. Walked to Coligny Beach and shops, bikes on the beach and into and around Sea Pines. This place is worth its stars! We’ll be back.

Perfect spot

Our family of 3 had a great stay at this villa. The villa was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. We were pleasantly surprised by how much beach gear was provided - brand new chairs etc which was much appreciated. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. The location can’t be beat. Walking distance to Coligny and steps from the beach. The pool was heated and there was also a hot tub which came in handy during the unseasonably cool weather we had during this spring break. All in all a great stay!

Wonderful Vacation!

Stayed for 2 weeks in this unit and had a great vacation. Can’t beat the location as it’s within steps from the pool and beach! Also within a short walk to everything at Cologny, restaurants, shops. Grocery is just a 5 minute drive. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed if you plan to cook. Beds are extremely comfortable and bedrooms beautifully decorated. We have nothing but good things to say about it. It was immaculate when we arrived, everything extremely clean. We would definitely book it again. As a side note the owners were extremely good to work with and very helpful!

Nice place, nice location but NO POOL available

We very carefully searched out a location where we could have our near daily swim. At 1st we were led to believe there might be a few days of pool repair. But later we found it would open a week after we left. We did our daily walks on the beautiful beach, ate well, enjoyed being with my kids for a few days, but really missed the swimming especially as we walked by other places with functional pools. I know it wasn’t your fault but we didn’t get what we paid for.

We are really sorry to hear that the pool reconditioning was not finished on time. This was out of our control and we are more than willing to make this right. We absolutely loved staying here for a week during Spring break. The unit was very easy to access and the property was within walking distance to Coligny Beach Park and other shopping and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and our 2 year old slept comfortably on the bunk beds. Host communication was excellent. Bobby was very quick to respond to any questions we had and resolve any issues. We hope to come back someday!
