About The Resort:
We are on a direct oceanfront property on South Forest Beach about 0.6 miles from Coligny Plaza. Ocean Dunes has its own heated pool, lawn area for games, a picnic area with outdoor grills, and path to the beach. You can visit and use the Hilton restaurant with fire-pit, full bar, and Starbucks, but the Ocean Dunes complex does not have access to Hilton pool areas.

About The Unit:

2nd-floor end unit with extra window, view of the ocean and pool
Master Bedroom Suite with King bed, 55" Smart TV, custom tile shower, dual vanity.

This condo was in a great location. Beach was an easy walk and pool was very nice. Located next to a resort with a restaurant was also a plus. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable with a nice updated modern design. Will definitely look to come back again!

Lovely corner unit, completely remodeled, up to date high end appliances, short walk to the beach and pool. Excellent location in easy driving distance to everything on the island. Very responsive hosts.

Beautiful condo! Perfect location! Close to everything but far enough away you didn’t have the population or the traffic! The resort was amazing too! The pools and the on-site restaurant were perfect!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for over 20 years and have stayed in lots of villas. What we really liked about this villa is how close it was to the beach! We loved sitting out on the balcony and enjoying the view of the ocean! The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We also liked the boardwalk and pathway to the beach.This is a great location, close to shopping and restaurants at Coligny!

Long Overdue Family Vacay

We just wrapped up the most amazing family vacation at Ocean Dunes and we're already dreaming of our next visit! This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of five, offering everything we needed for an easy, fun, and relaxing getaway.One of the biggest highlights was the incredible location. We loved being so close to Coligny Plaza – just a short half-mile walk or bike ride away. It was ideal because we could easily pop over for dinner or shopping, but we were far enough away that we didn't feel overwhelmed by the crowds.The condo itself was impeccably clean and felt incredibly modern with its high-tech appliances. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with all the luxuries of a vacation rental. The amenities continued to impress us, especially the pool. It was the perfect size and depth for teaching our 6-year-old to swim, and by the end of the trip, she was a little fish! Watching her gain confidence in the water was truly a joy.Our stay perfectly coincided with the Fourth of July, and the fireworks display along the beach was absolutely spectacular. We had the best seats in the house, enjoying the show right from the comfort of our condo balcony. It was a truly magical experience!This vacation truly offered the best of both worlds: lots to do and see without having to drive anywhere, combined with the ease and relaxation of a perfect family retreat. We highly recommend 205 Ocean Dunes for for an unforgettable Hilton Head experience

This condo was immaculate. It was beautifully decorated, with an awesome view, and located in a great area!!! Communication with host was easy. We would most definitely look to book this condo if available during a future stay in Hilton Head.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated waterfront property. The decor was tasteful and contemporary, and the home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully updated. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Lowcountry Celebration Park and Coligny Plaza. The owners were incredibly hospitable and made everything easy from start to finish. Hi! Our family currently lives north of Atlanta and visit Hilton Head often. We took a leap in 2021 to get a place that we could come to and completely renovated it. Now, 4 years later, we are creating another one that is even better and where we plan to retire to one day. We hope you love your time here on island as much as we do.

We completely renovated this property in 2025 down to the studs. The redid the layout that is unique to the entire building providing the largest kitchen and living area with a new bathroom layout for both bedrooms. We also have resort access that is unique to our condo!
