All guests have full access to the brand new Ocean Oak Resort by Hilton's amenities! 2 heated pools, hot tub, fire-pit, game area, picnic area with outdoor grills, path to the beach, full bar, restaurant and restrooms! Awesome views of the Atlantic Ocean from the pools/hot tub. Full access to workout room, game room, you can rent movies and even has a computer area.

About The Location

If you want to be in the middle of all Hilton Head has to offer look no further. This villa is in the lovely South Forest Beach area on the south end of Hilton Head. Just park your car and leave the keys behind. You can walk, bike, or take a gollf cart ride to the islands best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

We loved the unit, proximity to the beach and access to the kid friendly pool. If I had to offer one con, it would be the comfortability of the mattresses. We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again!

Overall, this is a good place to stay. Pros:- location (right at the beach), pool & amenities (we got towels every day at the front desk), cleanliness, decor & updates in the space Cons:- place felt smaller than pics, there was no kitchen table (just a bar top), the beds (cheap mattresses), shower head in master bath, only a couch for seating at main TV (this was not enough seating for a family of 4), no washer/dryer Overall, it feels like you’re primarily paying for the location, which was good.

We came for a girls weekend, there were 5 of us. The place was a bit small but we made it work. It was updated and had the kitchen and bath necessities. We enjoyed the location of the property and proximity to restaurants. Also enjoyed the pools, bar and grill and outdoor restrooms. The grounds were always clean. The negatives are the second bedroom was very tight for 3 adults. Would be much more suited for kids. Also there definitely was a moldy, smoky smell to the place. It is the older original building that the resort built around so not sure if that’s why. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

Overall the condo was very nice. Just a bit smaller than anticipated but still not bad. Manager was responsive to questions. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great location and resort amenities. 4 year old loved the loft bed. Elevator near condo. Lovely short path to the beach. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, amenities and condo for families

We loved our stay at Caroline Beach Club! Kids (7 & 5) loved the pool and beach access. We loved the convenience to Coligny. Bunk beds were a hit. It’s a small condo but everything is efficient. Wish there had been laundry in the unit (it’s community laundry). Will be back!

Great all-around

This is one of our favorite locations on HHI. Just close enough to everything, while still being tucked away for a calm vacation (should you desire one). Condo was super clean, and has all the perfect amenities. Great pools, great food, and steps from the beach. Very kind owner/host. We would definitely stay here again in the future. This villa is small, as previously mentioned, but not too small. It was clean and close to the beach and the hotel pool and games. You could walk to Coligny if you wanted, but it would be a pretty long walk for most people.

Nice location

The condo was nice, small but a good size for a family of 4 not sure you could fit any more. It was clean and nicely furnished. Great location to the beach and shops. The condo however is located right next to the elevator. You hear everyone coming up and down and that started very early in the morning. If you want to sleep in or afternoon nap this isnt the place for you.

The Carolina Beach club is adjacent to the Hilton Property. The building is actually behind the Hilton property and you can catch a glimpse of the ocean from the side window but it is not ocean front. All amenities at the Hilton property were not available as when you stay at the CBC you do not have a Hilton room number where you can charge items from the Pool or Restaurant. Also, the Washer and Dryer is in the ground floor of the CBC building, there is not one in the room nor is there an iron/ironing board. Lastly there are no blankets in the room other than the very light comforter on the bed.

Small but cute

Even smaller than we expected, but it was cute. Unfortunately, it has a mildew smell that you will bring home with you on every item. It was clean, location and amenities wonderful but very limited utensils and kitchen supplies. Make sure you bring your own hand soap, dish soap, and salt pepper.

Occupied by owner when we arrived

We were unable to stay despite our reservation. When we arrived, we could not get into the unit because it was occupied by the owner and he canceled our reservation. We were forced to find another place to stay at the last minute and are very unhappy that VRBO did not insist the owner honor our reservation.
