Our stay at Shorewood was awesome. Clean property, east check-in/out, great location. Our favorite part is the ease of access to pool and beach. The condo is close to food, shopping, and park for the kids. Bike paths are easy to access. Overall great experience. Only con about the condo itself was the window treatments. Multiple vertical blinds in the living are are missing. The vertical blinds in the bedrooms do not close completely or are missing. This causes some privacy concerns and allows for light from the courtyard in at night. Not a deal breaker, but definitely a concern.

This is our second year staying at Shorewood. It's a great location, we love the pool, the beach access, and the community. Everything in the community is well kept, its family friendly, and great location for quick access to parks, shopping, and food needs.This unit was a great layout for our needs. Lots of space, comfortable beds, and a nice big table for eating together. We also appreciated the 'starter pack' in the kitchen with dish pods, laundry pods, and cleaning supplies. There were lots of loose boards on the decks and nails that might cause injury. Many of the wall outlets did not work, and we did encounter a few Palmetto bugs. Other than that, things like replacing the shower curtain liner between stays would have a high impact for a low cost.

Family Vacation

The location was great. Close to the beach and pool and walking distance to stores and restaurants. We want to come back. My daughter had her 6 and 4 year old and 5 month old twins. Rooms were perfect for my family. The only issue was the deck. There were loose shingles we had to pick up and nails were sticking up.

Overall a great place to stay

We love this location and this property. This is the second time we have stayed at Shorewood. This particular room wasn’t the cleanest upon arrival. The floors were visibly dirty, the couches and cushions on the dining room chairs had a lot of stains. Other than the room cleanliness we had a great trip and enjoyed the room.

Best Thanksgiving

This property is amazing all around. Lots of room in the unit and is supplied with all the essentials, including family games, which we played nightly. Location was a key factor in all of our family fun! Close to shopping, biking and dinning. We will be back!

Annual Family Vacation

Air would not get below 75 even at night. Kurig coffee maker leaked everywhere and made a big mess to cleanup several times. Blinds upstairs in double queen room broken and night lights and day sun came in. Spiral staircase for grandma and kids not ideal. Pool rules to wear wrist bands not necessary. Fabulous beachfront. Excellent location. Nice to provide beach towels. Comfy sheets and great decor. Kitchen stocked above and beyond expectations. Used griddle to make breakfasts. Lots of fluffy towels. ❀ HHI.

Amazing Family Vacation

We stayed with our family of 5 (2 adults, children ages 7, 5, & 3) as well as my sister in laws family of 4 (2 adults, children ages 9 & 12). This is our 4th time staying at Shorewood but our first in this particular unit. The location was amazing! We were so close to the pool and just a quick walk out to the beach. The unit was mostly clean, but we did notice a lot of garbage under the beds upstairs. A couple of things we noticed during our stay, the upstairs was warm! We did have a hot week, but it would not cool down in the evenings and was pretty warm for sleeping. The pool area is amazing! It is absolutely perfect for kids. It never seemed overly busy. The beach isn’t as busy in front of the condo as it is at other locations on HHI. We would absolutely recommend this unit for anyone looking to visit HHI!! We can’t wait to come back.

My only complaint is that the washer did not work Didn't have clean towels after 2 days. Other than that, everything else was great.

Beautiful unit!

223 is lovely! Thoroughly updated and kept pretty clean. My three kids loved having their own space upstairs. Close proximity to the pool/spa and beach so that trips back and forth to the unit for snacks or a bathroom break were easy. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

HHI highly recommended

We've been coming to HHI for family vaca for 31 years. 2 sons who are now 30 & 33, and 2 granddaughters 4 & 8-mos. We've always wanted to try the townhouses and this year we got that chance. Apart from the ocean front view I love, this place was outstanding. Beautiful inside, everything upgraded and in good working condition, super easy access to pool and beach. The tubs were a bit slow to drain, but when you're in paradise, that seems petty. I highly recommend this property. THANKS for another great vacation.
