The place was very nice and clean. A short walk to shops and restaurants. A quick 3 min ride to more restaurants and shop. 20min drive from Ski Resort. Check in is a little tricky, I was not expecting needing to check in at a hotel a few blocks over, but all good. It was great having a parking garage under the building, Hot tub was fun, I'd stay there again for sure.

We had an amazing stay here. The location was excellent, walkable to anything you would want to go to. The place was huge and more than enough space we would need for a group of 4 of us. Highly recommend it for a trip to Jackson.

The 4th in Jackson

This was a great condo for firework viewing for Independence Day Celebration. It is a few blocks away from the city square, but still an easy walk and very safe. The condo was nice, patio and hot tub were great! We enjoyed our time in Jackson!

This condo was centrally located in the heart of downtown. My husband and I walked everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The condo was exactly as described so we give it two big thumbs up! Would happily stay here again on a future visit.

The penthouse overlooked King Resort ski slopes and was walking distance to everything Jackson. The online photos were 100% accurate. The staff was very helpful. Gave this a perfect 5* rating. Would definitely book again.

Great location, view and overall experience

The location was great - few blocks walk to Jackson town square. The wrap around deck was lovely with amazing views of Snow King mountain. Parking in a designated spot in a garage was a plus. The unit has been well maintained and is lovely. White Buffalo Club group was very responsive when the washing machine did not work. Lovely experience over all.

Great stay, change of room/suite

Very much so enjoyed our stay, but our stay was rebooked under a different room/suite. Thankfully, the team informed us well in advance of our stay, so we would have the opportunity to confirm the change, or look for housing elsewhere. I'm glad we stayed with them b/c the stay/hospitality/location was wonderful! Would highly recommend, overall.

Non mi è piaciuto: Check-in

A great option, right in the middle of Jackson Hole

The stay was great & the property itself was just as described. My only complaint was with the check in process. I never received any type of check in instructions, I never received an email with codes or directions to the unit. I had to spend an hour on the phone trying to get the correct codes to get inside. On the second day, the code to enter the building stopped working & we had to walk in through the garage. I should have been given these instructions prior to check in. If I wouldn’t have called, I never would’ve received anything.

Thank you for your feedback and for your kind words about the property. I’m sorry to hear about the issues with the check-in process and entry codes. We’ll work to improve communication to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to welcome you back for a smoother stay.

Good location and a few issues

The check-in involved lots of codes -for example there was one for the underground garage, one for the elevator, one for the street entry and one for the unit itself. When we arrived we couldn’t find what unit # we rented on the docs we received. Once inside, we discovered there was a huge difference between the two bedrooms. The master is very large and the second bedroom is not “spacious” as described. The small bathroom down the hall from the second bedroom is very small too. Technically, I don’t think in the real estate world this could be sold as a two bedroom unit. There was not a closet in the second bedroom and the window didn’t open. Also, both propane tanks were empty. No grilling that night! The hot tub lift was cut off so raw shredded metal was exposed. Not safe! Lastly the dishwasher was broken so we hand washed dishes the whole week. For the price we paid, we left feeling disappointed.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you faced during your stay. It sounds like several disappointments, from the multiple codes required for entry to the disparities between the bedrooms and the need for more propane for grilling. The safety concerns with the hot tub and the broken dishwasher are also concerning. I would appreciate your feedback and will ensure these issues are addressed with management. Thank you for sharing, and I hope some aspects of your stay were still enjoyable.
