We enjoyed a wonderful four night stay in our relaxing and private oasis. The host was very responsive and the place was beautiful! Any amenity we wanted was readily available. Thank you, we hope to visit again.

The air conditioning was fabulous and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the untensil and amenities. Close to all the great restaurants, shops and bars! Would recommend! Short Uber ride to the University!

Megan is a fantastic host. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week visit. She was very helpful whenever we had any question. And the weather was great. Love the quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful place to stay in Tucson!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property! The space itself was very clean and spacious, and had all the amenities you'd expect. The owner was extremely responsive and friendly as well. Would absolutely stay here again next time I am in town.

Quiet comfortable casita

Not impressive looking from the street, but once you walk in the door, it's great!!! Well appointed, nice Mexican tile floor, all the amenities, nice bathroom and bedroom, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living and dining space, covered patio with chairs. Would definitely stay there again.

Great AC. Very quiet. Off street parking. Bedroom could use a blackout curtain. Kept finding crickets inside despite doors and windows always being closed. Also had a large cockroach try to make my shoe its home. Not a huge deal, AZ critters. But where these insects go, scorpions follow and that is a pretty big concern to me.

This property is very comfortable. Megan is a thoughtful host. So many details are provided - shampoo, soaps plus backups, too. She is on sight and easy to contact. Wonderful stay!

They were great! Good communicators and easy guests. They took wonderful care of our house and left it nice and clean. We would have them back anytime.

Perfect. private. safe neighbourhood.

Very clean and comfortable. Only complaint is no HBO and a TV which had sound problems. Nice touch was coffee and condiments in kitchen.

Quaint-Comfortable-Convenient!

My husband and I booked this cute, historic casita for a week and a half for some business in the Tucson area. Little did we know just how perfect this place was for us! It is centrally located to the Tucson valley and downtown area, and is newly remodeled and perfectly equipped with everything we needed! Megan was the perfect host and made us feel welcomed and accommodated all of our needs. We highly recommend this place – and we will be back!

Nice home

Megan, the host, had lots of flyers on the coffee table for things to do in Tucson that helped us. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The heater in the bedroom was noisy and we turned it off to sleep. The door code didn't work when we arrived so we had to test Megan. She replied quickly.

Actually it’s not a terrible neighborhood. We live right in sight. This guest left early because the AC was blowing on him. He left without even trying to find out if there was anything he could do, which there were two solutions. I tried communicating with him after with no response. I refunded his full stay even though I didn’t need to.

This property was every thing you could ask for in a home away from home. It was a large space with comfortable furnishings. Lots of amenities were included so no running out for condiments or kleenex or body wash. Got to meet Meghan and she was so friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate an early checkin for me. Will definitely stay here every time I come to Tucson.

Comfortable, historic home.

This was our second visit to this clean, private & interesting older home with many modern upgrades. I wish we weren't working & had more time to relax & enjoy this rental. We will hopefully return next year.
