This was an awesome property for our whole large family to come stay in. Plenty of rooms and beds. Really appreciated the decor and cleanliness of the place, along with the amount of kitchen dishes provided. They have everything you need to just go and stay at the house. Mattresses could be replaced soon, but that was very minor. Great place overall. Excellent host and very responsive.

This is a magical place! We had five families, 20 in total. Both kids and adults had an incredible time. Not only were their more items stocked in the kitchen than I have ever seen in a rental, but there were toys, strollers, kayaks, games, etc! There was more than enough space for us all and more! There is a great chance we’ll be back, thank you for the memories!

This place was absolutely perfect for our Family vacation. The property is beautiful and the house is so spacious. The amenities and attention to detail that Julia and Vito provide are incredible. We spent most of our time on the water in kayaks and we rented a pontoon boat. We really enjoyed our Dinners at the huge dining room table and then enjoyed a campfire every night. We would definitely book this place again. So much fun and so many memories now! Thank you for everything.

We booked this property for our high school robotics team (11 students and 8 adults) while we competed at a nearby competition. It has everything we needed and more! The kitchen was nicely equipped and included spices, plates, silverware, coffee maker, crock pots, pots and pans, serving utensils, etc. There is a ton of space, and the teens really enjoyed the hot tub and game room. We didn't get the full experience of the lake (we stayed in March during an ice storm), but the views were beautiful. We definitely would stay again.

Incredibly well equipped kitchen, great for cooking for a large group. Very clean, loved that there were plentiful towels and extra sheets, pillows and blankets. Very comfy beds and extra cots plenty of couches and sitting areas. Did have a few hiccups with Internet service and a few weather related ice storm problems but host was very kind and responsive. Would love to stay again.

Excellent, 10 plus. I've never seen a rental with such a well stocked kitchen. Dishes, silverware, coffee cups galore. Even plastic children's dinner sets and bibs. And, all high quality matching sets. Electric roasters and griddles. We even found a rice cooker in the pantry. Closets are full of well labeled bins full of extra bed sheets, blankets and pillows. Pack and plays, monitor, sound machine, booster seats. Deck boxes outside full of sand and water toys and plenty of life vests. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every bathroom. I can't say enough about how thoughtful the owners are. Thank you, thank you, thank you, from all 21 of us that stayed at the Lakehouse on Sapphire, June 4-8, 2026

Our family had a wonderful time. This place had enough room for all 22 of us! It was VERY well supplied with everything you could think of. There was plenty for the kids to do in the game room and was large enough that we weren't under each other's feet. The yard was big and there were lots of outside things for eveyone to do or you could relax on the large deck.

Excellent Venue to gather Family

We brought a small family reunion of Grandma and Grandpa plus five young families. This property had everything we wanted or needed, and we felt silly packing some of the things that were just here for us. Great location, perfect for young kids, very peaceful during our late August stay. Can't think of enough great things to say, highly recommend.

The house on Sapphire Lake

We had 18 family members with us,from a newborn to seniors! The home was perfect! We had so much fun together, from eating family meals with everything we needed for preparations, family games together in all the spacious areas, plenty of sleeping places for all of us, kyacking, sitting around the fire pit,the hot tub,the game room, the full array of kids toys and games. We didn’t lack for nothing. We took day trips to Manistee,Traverse City and Cadillac. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We highly recommend this home!

Sapphire Lakehouse

Our family of 19 had a wonderful stay. The fully stocked kitchen and large dining area made feeding time very easy.Everyone enjoyed the multiple kayaks, and numerous amounts of children toys allowed for continuous fun for the young ones. The large amount of space provided plenty of room for all. The game room was a big hit for the kids, with pool and air hockey providing the most competitive fun.Plenty of deck space with tables and chairs made chilling outside very relaxing. It was a great week. Thank you.
