Il resort è "Club Ocean Villas II" (COV II), e puoi leggere su tutti i servizi inclusi jacuzzi esterna personale e set da patio, piscine interne ed esterne, campi da tennis, supermercato a pochi passi. Soprattutto, anche se l'appartamento si trova sul lungomare, la spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi.

-È come la tua villa privata per vacanze - perfetta per una vacanza in famiglia di 6 adulti e / o bambini !!! Great Stay, Would Recommend

We had a great stay! Overall, property was clean and well kept. Was a little smaller than anticipated by the pictures, but was perfect for 4 adults and 1 child. Convenient location with additional amenities! Host was very attentive and available for any questions throughout the stay. Would recommend!

Had an excellent stay.

This unit was ideal for our vacation with my family. Very clean . No loud neighbors. It was alittle farther to the beach than I thought but we figured it out. I definitely would recommend this unit.

End of Summer Getaway

Everything from booking thru checkout was a great experience. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to renting Roy’s property again. Conveniently located near our favorite restaurants, a sort walk to beach & Ocean Villas has a lot of amenities for guests. Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the pool for such a large resort/condo facility. We took advantage of the individual unit hot tubs on more than one occasion. Highly recommended

Getaway in OC

The unit was fine though the property is older. The quibbles we may have about the property are minor, not enough to not enjoy our vacation. We would return at some time if available.

Family vacation 2022

We enjoyed a beach week visiting with our extended family. The unit was very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately the pullout couch was broken but we were informed by the office that they were awaiting delivery of a new one. The only real complaint we had was that the kitchen was not adequately stocked with cookware. There were some pots but we had to purchase pans in order to make meals for our family. Also, limited dishware for serving prepared food. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Online the property looked amazing. Great reviews. Once we got there it was not as nice as we were expecting. The floor in most of the place needs repair. The flooring on top looks fine, but there has to be some water damage underneath because the floor is squishy in a large portion of the condo. The washer was not working and could not be fixed (checked in Saturday, told they weren’t coming to look at it til Wednesday). One bathroom did not have a shower curtain long enough to fit in the tub- could not shower or use the bath because the drain could not be plugged. The kitchen does not have many essentials- so if u are looking to cook a lot bring your own stuff. The place was nice just stupid stuff that should not have been an issue. On a positive- the location is perfect, they have a nice personal hot tub. Maintenance and staff were nice.

Thank you so much for your stay. Yes the floors are in the process of being dealt with by the Association but is outside my ability to fix. I do apologize about the wash machine. Unfortunately yours did take a little while to fix. I thank you for choosing us to stay and will work to improve the speediness of the repairs.

We had a wonderful vacation. It was definitely walking distance. We went to the beach everyday. The outdoor pool was wonderful. The indoor pool was too cold for us to enjoy. When we got there we noticed that there was not any frying pans. The host was quick to reply and let us know that the office would help which they did!Some things to keep in mind. We planed to cook there every night. If that is you, bring your own seasonings. There was not one seasoning which is fine but I would Have brought more from home. If you like to watch any of your streaming devices bring a Roku or a fire stick. Again not a big deal but I would have like to know. Another helpful thing we did was bring a collapsible container and a jug to fill up at the ocean so when we got up to the top we could rinse off our feet. There is no shower outside to rinse off the sand and my son will not walk with sand shoes. All in all I would for sure stay here again! It was walking distance to a lot of different stores. Fast Eddies had really good food and live music!

Great Condo!

This was the perfect condo for our family of four! It had everything we needed. The outdoor pool was great, beach was a short walk, and located close to grocery store. Would stay again!

A Great Location

While the property is bayside, it's a short walk to the beach and tons of restaurants and bars. The pool was also great. I would definitely recommend this for a family vacation.

Overall stay was excellent. The only thing I would like to see change is to be able to sit outside when it rains and not get soaked because the the upstairs porch is slatted so all the water comes on the bottom floors porch. other than that very nice place,

We’re been visiting OC for years and our regular place canceled. Kinda glad they did bc we found this place & loved it!! Has everything you could possibly need and more. Roy is a great host and responds quickly. We will definitely be returning next summer 😎

We loved our stay, awesome pool (wish it stayed open past 7 pm) very clean and well maintained. Condo was clean and efficient, a few issues ; too few utensils and pans, oven cleaner was left on the oven door so it smoked when we turned on the oven, took several cleanings to remove it. Tiny washer and dryer. Very little beach decor, last condo we stayed in here was very nicely decorated, felt like the beach. We did have a very nuce stay though, quiet, clean and comfortable

Very clean and spacious!

The place was very clean plenty of linens and extras. It was so nice not to have to worry about running out for toilet paper, dish liquid, ect. We will definitely be staying here again! The private hot tub was an added bonus.
