Bella nuova costruzione (2017) nel nuovo quartiere di fascia alta. Splendide vedute della Gore Range e del laghetto del quartiere locale dall'altra parte della strada. Questa struttura dispone di 3 camere da letto più un soppalco, 3. 5 bagni, ampia cucina / soggiorno / sala da pranzo e ideale per piccole famiglie o coppie che viaggiano insieme. Ci sono splendide viste panoramiche sulle montagne della Gore Range dall'altra parte della strada e un piccolo stagno vicino alla strada. C'è un altro piccolo laghetto di quartiere (North Pond) vicino all'ingresso del quartiere adiacente che è aperto al pubblico per pattinaggio su ghiaccio / hockey in inverno e paddle boarding / kayak in estate.

Questa casa di città è spaziosa e sparsa. Il livello superiore ha il letto matrimoniale con un letto king size a baldacchino, bagno privato completo con doppio lavabo, ripiani in granito e doccia piastrellata con porta a vetri. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno completo (doccia / vasca) nella hall. Il soppalco è anche a questo livello con un divano letto doppio, Smart TV 4K da 42 "e lettore DVD. Lavatrice e asciugatrice anche qui! Tutte le lenzuola e i materassi sono nuovi, comodi e accoglienti!

Scendendo al livello principale, hai la cucina aperta / soggiorno / sala da pranzo, bagno di servizio e camera per gli ospiti 3 °. La luminosa zona giorno aperta ha grandi finestre, un bellissimo camino in pietra a gas, un divano in pelle, sedie decorative e una Smart TV 4K da 56 ". La sala da pranzo ha un grande tavolo per 8 e 3 sgabelli da bar per la colazione, il ponte fuori dalla zona giorno ha una griglia a gas e posti a sedere all'aperto e, di nuovo, splendide viste sulle montagne Gore Range! Questo è un ottimo posto per prendere un caffè mattutino e / o un aperitivo! La terza camera degli ospiti è anche al livello principale, ha un nuovo letto matrimoniale, un cursore con vista sugli spazi aperti sul retro (potresti vedere un po 'di fauna selvatica del Colorado qui!), bagno privato completo con doppio lavabo in granito e cabina doccia piastrellata.

Se viaggi con membri della famiglia giovani / piccoli, c'è un Pak-N-Play disponibile per il tuo uso!

Beware of Rate Increase

The property itself was beautiful and very clean. However Carrie had sent a message through VRBO stating there had been an error in the rate that was posted and informed us that we would have to pay more or else our reservation would be canceled. When i called Carrie she was very upset at VRBO but said she would honor the price that was listed. It is a beautiful property and has amazing views! Just be aware of a possible demand for rate increase after you've booked your trip. Upon looking into this it appears from another review that it is not the first time this has happened.

Excellent Property

We stayed over Xmas for about a week with 5 adults and 1 infant. This is a very well maintained property with enough space to make it feel like a home. Kitchen was VERY well equipped and stocked with flatware, cooking equipment and staples like spices, oil, etc. I suspect folks might restock items and leave them behind; we did. We appreciated the nice TV setup in the living room since we had football games we wanted to watch. The view outside the deck is quite awesome. Silverthorne is a bit lacking for shops and restaurants but Frisco and Breckenridge are close enough and provide better variety. We liked the quiet of Silverthorne. Bedrooms, laundry and baths were quite nice and up to date. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Our property contact was very good to keep us informed about entry codes, etc. as the date approached. I had a minor question during our stay and she responded quickly and efficiently. Very easy to work with.

Beautiful property

We had a great experience all around with this property. Great location. Just stunning views. Lots of space for 2 families of 4. Very clean and everything we could need. Communication with Carrie was great when we needed to make some changes to our reservation. Definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful property with excellent views of the mountain from the living room and the bedroom.

The property was clean and well decorated. All the supplies were appropriately stocked up. The property manager was easy to contact. Even accommodated a 2 hour delay in check out. Will definitely consider to come back again.. it was truly a home away from home.

Great location for skiing areas. Quiet neighborhood. Heated garage stall was nice for keeping winter gear warm and for drying out overnight.

Cozy Cabin close to Keystone

We enjoyed the cozy cabin! The neighborhood was nice, the lake provided a beautiful view, and it was very convenient to Keystone for skiing. Our host was accommodating and great with communication.

Wonderful Christmas memories!

A super family Christmas vacation. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were as described and roomy. We had a marvelous stay and found the local manager very accessible and helpful. Lots to do in Silverthorne and the surrounding villages. Garage is very roomy and easily accommodated a Subaru Ascent. The garage is heated, a plus in the winter. Driveway and entry sidewalk was cleared of snow. We suggest mattress toppers for the upstairs bedrooms. Overall, super property in a central location. We will go back.

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful property at a great location. It's well kept with plenty of amenities for families. The view of the pond from the balcony is great in the mornings and evenings. Property also has access to walking/biking trails by the river, as well as access to hiking trails. Enjoyed our stay here.

Great Property, Great Activities

This was our third stay at this property. We feel, like this is our second home. We appreciate the area and the property greatly. Silverthorne has great hike trails and access to several other Colorado attractions. After being active all day, you could come back to this great home and fully relax. We enjoyed the stay again.

This is true home away from home.

Super clean and modern with everything you could need. We loved the location and of course the beautiful outlook from the front window. The kitchen is beautifully stocked with everything including sharp knives and beautiful cookware. Each room has comfy beds and a en-suite bathroom. We loved our time at Angler Mountain. Highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

Great property!

This was the perfect location for our short visit to Summit County. This property has everything you need to cook meals and has space for everyone. The views are fabulous and there is easy access to walks along the river.

Perfect location and amazing townhouse!

We visited for a family vacation and this could not have been a more perfect place. The views are amazing and the location is perfect to just about anywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay anywhere near Silverthorne/Dillon/Frisco!
