Great Location

Had a great time. Took my family for a long weekend. Great location for young children. It was close enough to beach for my 2.5 year old to walk.

House was excellent and all we needed for family of 8. Close walk to pool and beach. Neighborhood is outstanding.

Very Comfortable and Convenient

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything I needed was in the home and it was within walking distance to the beach and the pool. I enjoyed chatting with other families in the neighborhood and I truly love that the home is in a family friendly gated community.

Wonderful Seaside getaway

My husband and I met my daughter and her family at Carillon Beach for a few getaway days!!! The home we stayed at in the Carillon Beach neighborhood was perfect in every way!!! The neighborhood and beach were delightful!! The home was spotless, well stocked and extreme comfortable!!! We will be back!!!

The Pink House

As our grandson named it, we enjoyed our stay at the “pink house”. It was unanimous...we all loved the house and the community. It was a very well equipped with all the things needed to enjoy our stay. We hope to come back soon!

The beds and bedding need some work. Specifically the king bed that faces the road. It was unacceptable. We had to go out and buy a mattress topper to be able to sleep

Best Beach Locatiton Ever

This is the 3rd time we visited Carillon Beach and we LOVE IT!!!This beach community is amazing and the house was exactly as described. It was perfect for my family. We will be back next year! We did a lot of front porch seating and the walk over was just very a short walk.

Sandy Joy was a Joy

The house was charming. Two minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed the Weber grill that surprised us because it was not in the listing. Spacious bedrooms and all necessary utensils.

Excellent Rental!

Can’t recommend Sandy Joy highly enough if you’re looking for a vacation in Carillon / 30A area. Great accommodations, clean, excellent location, easy walks to beach and pool, beautiful courtyard outside of house. For a five night stay we were only left with two each dishwasher and laundry pods, which is not enough for a family, but maybe we will just learn to bring our own going forward. That’s the only criticism I have. But would happily stay here again.

Very nice house.

Everything was clean and the whole house was comfortable. The downside was that it is one of the few properties in the community that does not provide those permanent beach loungers and service. Instead they link up to some other company for just canvas chairs.

We had a wonderful experience at the Sandy Joy. The home was in a perfect location - close to the beach and pool. The home was comfortable and clean. If I had one criticism (and this is being very picky), the WiFi code was inaccurate and we couldn’t find someone to help us get the correct code. Me and my hubby had to make a few work meetings via zoom while at the home and we ended up having to use our hot spot. Otherwise, zero complaints and would totally stay again!

Carillon Beach Getaway

Sandy Joy was perfect. Clean, spacious, and lovely with high ceilings, a stocked bookshelf for quiet afternoons and a balcony off the main bedroom overlooking a shared courtyard I found hard to leave, even for the beach! Close to the house our additional family was staying in about a block away, and an easy walk to the beach. Having a nice washer and dryer available was great and allowed for lighter packing. There were two beach chairs on the porch when we got there so could have rented two less beach chairs, and would suggest waving the parking fee for the first vehicle and charging only for additional vehicles, but other than that, it was exactly what we hoped for and more. Will be back if we have the opportunity in the future.

In the end not significant, but the wi-fi password didn't work. I reported it but the issue was not resolved before we left.
