Thank you for your feedback. We regret the issues you experienced during your stay. Beach Properties makes every effort to resolve any issues that our brought to our attention in a timely manner. We have staff available by phone 24 hours a day, and a maintenance team and network of outside vendors to help respond to issues guests report. For instance, we had the HVAC company fix the air conditioning on the same day the issue was reported. Unfortunately we were not aware of the pool condition upon arrival. It had been cleaned that morning, and was still clean when our staff inspected the property prior to check-in. There was an afternoon storm that came through that day, which probably contributed to the condition you described. Again, had it been reported to us, we would gladly have had the pool company back out. The storm that you reference was Tropical Storm Elsa. It hit Hilton Head Island pretty hard that week. Over 60 trees were down in Sea Pines alone. As often happens with severe weather events, like named tropical storms, water found its way in to the property in areas that had not previously leaked. We fixed those leaks as quickly as possible, and apologize for any inconvenience TS Elsa caused your family. Thank you for staying with Beach Properties!
