Questa bella, rinnovato di recente, 'Island Breeze' motivo condo hotel è situato su 550 piedi di spiaggia di sabbia bianca nel cuore di Treasure Island. Godetevi vista mozzafiato sul Golfo del Messico dal vostro balcone privato. Questo accogliente unità di fronte alla spiaggia si affaccia su una delle piscine riscaldate del resort e offre un ambiente confortevole per sorseggiare il caffè del mattino e crogiolarsi favolosi tramonti e le brezze oceaniche. Un sito vacanza perfetta con molte attività disponibili o è possibile rilassarsi a bordo piscina o sulla spiaggia.

Il condominio ha un letto king-size che è perfetto per due. Un piccolo angolo cottura con piano in granito, macchina per il caffè, forno a microonde, mini-frigo, e forniture di cucina di base è comodo per la preparazione di piccoli pasti e spuntini. Mobili in legno naturale tono della zona pranzo riflette la stanza tema tropicale. Un bagno super-dimensioni in grado di ospitare una persona con una disabilità fisica. Corrimano sono presenti e c'è un sedile del water alzata.

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful view of water, pool was relaxing. Amenities were nice, however I wish there were napkins, paper towels and extra toilet paper. Overall, we would definitely return!!

The Bilmar is such a fun place to stay! Great location, family-friendly, and so much to do! The host was easy to communicate with the check in process was super easy. The rental rate was much more affordable than the rate through the actual resort yet we had full access to all the resort amenities! Highly recommend!

Ocean front Condo, overlooking the pool. Bilmar is nice. It is quite a walk to the beach. Overall nice short vacation.

Thank you for your revirew. I agree, the beach is wide in front of the ocean in this part of Treasure Island. The plus is that there is not crowding on the beach. There is lots of free space for games and spreading your space out without stepping on the toes of others.

Back door did not lock, mattress way too soft and no hot water on last day so no shower before leaving . Does have a beautiful view and is a great area

Thank you for your review. The Bilmar is in the process of redoing the door locks. The information I provide to guests addresses the mattress situation. The mattress topper is soft; however, it can be removed and there is a firm mattress underneath. This was the only way I could solve the "too soft... to firm" problems guests have. When the booking numbers are low in the building the shower needs to run for about 15-20 minutes before the hot water circulates to the room. One boiler serves the entire building. I wish you had called me with your concerns so I could have helped during your stay.

Our trip was amazingperfect weather clean adequate accommodations. Pools and bars were great property location and amenities as well.Lots of resteraunts pubs groceries all within walking distance. Sloppy Joe's had great music every nite.Everyone helpful and friendly. Host was very responsive Thank you. Only issue was the communication as to ck in needs to be updated after the hurricane. Bring your own coffee cup!Did I mention the beautiful sunsets!We will be back...

Treasure Island vacation

Had a great time at the Bilmar Beach Resort. Our room overlooking the pool and the Gulf was fabulous! Will definitely stay here again. Our host Coral was very attentive to our needs

Great location, right on the beach. Close to everything. Great views!!

We ended up getting a rental car but probably could get away without one, lots to do , multiple restaurants close. Perfect little weekend getaway.

Thank you very much for the review. The mattress softness or firmness is many times an issue. I have tried to make both options available. In my contract the mattress issue is addressed. The memory foam topper can be removed. The mattress below is firmer if that is the preference of the guest. I do request that guests replace the topper on the bed before check out.

Wonderful weekend away

Views are spectacular. Access to the restaurant is close and easy. Food is good love music every night. Room is clean and easy access to stairs and elevator

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

The Bilmar Beach Resort is a land mark resort in the heart of Treasure Island. The renovations and conversion to a condo hotel have given private owners like me the opportunity to have a piece of property in this exceptional setting.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

I love to sit on the balcony early in the morning and watch the resort come to life. I sip my coffee and 'people watch' ..... the walkers, bikers and runners on the mile and a half beach walk way.
