Super nice condo!

The condo was really nice! Check in and out process quick and easy, staff super friendly. The condo is steps away from one of the pools, loved the area, would definitely stay there again.

Family vacation

We come down yearly for a big family get together. We love being on the bottom floor so that the families can just stop by to visit as we sit on the patio. The huge kitchen table as well as huge patio table was the perfect place for all the families to come together to play games and hang out.

Hard to come home

The condo was very nicely appointed. We’ve been at Princesa numerous times, but it was our first time in this condo. We enjoyed it very much. My only complaint, which isn’t much of one, was that the king bed was very uncomfortable to me. (Was too hard for me.) My husband loved it, though. Thankfully, one of the twins in the other room worked for me! Overall a very nice condo and great stay!

AC Broken

Could not stay in the condo because the AC was broken. They did get it fixed but by that time we had already had to move rooms twice and didn’t want to pack/unpack a third time. Beautiful unit though, we were really bummed. Also zero communication leading up to our stay. It was weird, I worried more than once if I’d booked correctly.

Easy access ground floor

We have stayed in many different condos at Princessa but love the redesigned kitchen layout on this one, it makes it so much easier to move around! The grey marble gives a clean sleek modern look to the whole place. The beds were very comfortable and we slept good! Only suggestion is to remove some of the "extra" tables against the walls and open up the space, with 3 couches it is a little crowded and maybe add some games? We were a older group of 4 and the resort was not that busy despite an event in town, we used the TV for a radio while playing cards at 930p and were told to turn it off 🙄 Colins decided to close that weekend or otherwise we probably would have been there... so a little strict on noise patrol, especially when 30min later we could hear a balcony party in the building next to us after the concert let out. We would rent this unit again for sure.

Front gate and check in.

In my opinion the front gate and the check in process is a bit outdated. We arrived early at the property front gate verify the reservation got out wristbands took some info names, license plate etc. That took like 5 minutes no big deal. We go to the lobby and in there the check in is slow and outdated. The lady wanted the signature to be identical to my driver license ( I was 16 when I used that signature). Decide to go out and eat elsewhere when we headed back to the hotel there was about 8 cars being check in the front gate multiple that by 5 minutes, it took us 30 minutes to get back inside the hotel there is no other way to get out or inside the property. We check out and the lobby employee makes me redo my signatures because they dont match! Also if you are planning to stay longer then 2 days take towels, they bring you soap in a ziplock bag for you to wash and dry. Might not be a big deal to some but if you are on vacation the last thing you want to to is to wash towels.

No sea view from the apartment

This property is ok, I would stay at this complex again but not this apartment. We prefer to have a sea view in Puerto Penasco for the price we are paying. Also the master bedroom is in a need of a new mattress, the one that is in there is way too soft.
