Se ti stai rilassando con viste mozzafiato sulla spiaggia e il suono del surf, questo è l'appartamento che fa per te! Questo condominio fronte mare si trova al 20 ° piano di Ocean Villa e offre una vista a 180 gradi sulla rinomata Costa Smeralda. Con un balcone di grandi dimensioni, puoi goderti il tuo caffè mattutino con vista, così come i drink serali, mentre ammiri splendidi tramonti o guardi le tempeste arrivare. Ho anche visto doppi arcobaleni end-to-end da questo punto di vista! Ci sono molte attrazioni e ristoranti adatti ai bambini nelle vicinanze, oppure, dirigiti verso una delle tre piscine, la Jacuzzi o la spiaggia, tramite un cancello privato con accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Great location! Beach view was excellent. Parking was limited directly under the Facility or you had to go through the walkway across the street to park in the parking garage. The room appeared to be clean, but when you walked barefooted, it had not been mopped at all and your feet were black. The oven and the dryer did not heat up properly. You had to cook things longer and dry things two and three times to get them dry.

We arrived on a holiday and had quick call backs when we needed answers to a couple questions. Property was as described and pictured on the listing. Location good, great beach view with large patio --- love the patio. Rooms were comfortable. No beach amenities included which was disappoing but would have been much more disappointing if the weather were great. For the money paid, beach amenities should be included.Our issue was cleanliness. Definitely dusty --- previous guest had written a word on a kitchen item in the dust, fans were super dusty (allergy issues) and when I dropped something it was totally gross on the floors. It someone can improve the cleaning this would be a good place to stay. For the money paid, I expect completely clean (and beach chairs & umbrella).

Awesome views of the Gulf!

The property was nice and the location is right on the main beach strip, so alot of things are within walking distance. The staff I came into contact with all seemed friendly and The views are EVERYTHING!! I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location with beautiful view!

Nothing really negative to say here other than condo could use some updates. But it was in a prime location and the balcony was what sold it for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Good stay

Over all it was a good place to stay at. We didn't have enough towels and only one toilet paper roll per bath room and the refrigerator didn’t cool our cold foods and drink too good but over all the place was fairly clean.

Dirty dishes in cabinets, dirty floors, dusty furniture. Pictures not accurate as to what this unit actually looks like. No reclining furniture on balcony as pictured. 3 new chairs on balcony with tags and plastic on them. Furniture in condo not as pictured. Broken down couch and loveseat so uncomfortable. Pictures showed bright furniture with a fun vibe for a vacation, incorrect- it is dark and depressing and uncomfortable. Closets were full of stuff including paint cans to the point we couldn’t use the closet space and dirty shirt in master closet left from a previous renter or God knows who else. I feel like there was some renovation going on in this unit recently and no one went back to finish it and just stuffed everything in the closets. Been staying in PCB for 25 years and worst stay ever.

You can't beat the views from this condo!! The common areas were pretty well maintained. The condo was clean but could use some sprucing up.

What I Liked

Beautiful beach and loved the sound of the Gulf at night. Would be so much better without the odor of weed being smoked everywhere and wafting into our rental unit. Traffic noise pretty loud late into the night. Lounge chairs on the patio would be nice too.

Family vacation

We had a great time. The condo had everything we needed. This property has 3 elevators which we loved not having to wait!!! Parking was tight in the condo garage but no issues finding parking the lot across the street!!! Great times!!!!Thank you so much Ocean Villas. We will be back!!!
