The perfect spot

Great place to stay! Perfect location with just a quick walk to the beach. The house has everything you need for your time away as well as ample space for eveyone in the house. Can't wait to go back!

Great Charleston trip with friends

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this house! The decor was great so it felt so homey. The layout of the house gave us so much room for three couples with a den off the living room and an office and tv room upstairs. It was very well located for the beach and pool. Definitely want to stay there again!

Great for a family!

My family stayed here, and it was perfect! The home was clean, and the beach and pool were a short walk for my kids! I even loved the gate on the stars to keep our toddler contained safely :) will be coming back.

Excellent location

We had such an great time during our stay! The kids loved having access to the beach and the pool as well! Plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable! Would definitely stay again! Thanks for such wonderful memories!

Top notch property

Home was amazing! Totally remodeled and is beautiful! Lots of space, multiple bedrooms and a huge kitchen. We would love to stay there again!

Beautiful Beach Home

We loved our stay at this beautiful decorated and immaculate beach house. The kitchen was very organized and well-appointed as was every room in the house! Perfect, quiet location in Wild Dunes.

Great location for our family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled from New York with our 3 kids (7, 7, and 8 years old). The house provided us with the space we needed to all comfortably settle in for the week. We were able to cook most of our meals at home, keep up on laundry, and enjoy downtime in the comfort of the home. The community pool was clean and we enjoyed it everyday. The ocean and beach were quickly accessible as they were within walking distance from our property. We had a relaxing time and enjoyed the updated finishes and luxury comfort of this home. We hope to come back again for future vacations and we would definitely stay here if it is available again! Thank you Island Realty and Pelican Bay for the memories, convenience, and unforgettable experience!

Perfect family house

We truly enjoyed the layout of this house - it offered the perfect space to enjoy our team at Wild Dunes. Loved the cul-de-sac and one level living. We would love to come back!

Wild Dunes is a wonderful resort and this home was just perfect for our family vacation. The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We really enjoyed the layout. The location is perfect and so close to the pool and beach. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break get away!

My family of six and my brothers family of 4 comfortably fit and enjoyed this house for. 5 night stay. House was beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. Steps away from the beach. It was perfect!

Annual Girls Trip

My 3 closest friends and I have been going away every year for distressing, long weekends. This was the PERFECT house - it was so comfortable, beautifully decorated, convenient to everything in Wild Dunes, SO CLOSE to the beach and the Beach House! We loved it so much we cannot wait to book it again!! So thankful for the owners generosity and thoughtful gestures throughout the house! ❤️

Great location, screen porch and front porch.

The location was a short, easy walk to the beach. We loved the front porch swing and spent most of our time on the back screen porch. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-stocked and we had everything we needed. The home's exterior could use pressure washing and repairs, as it looked tired. The wood on the screen porch was filthy and could have been at least wiped down if not washed. The interior was clean enough and nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and the living area was cozy. It's a lovely home but needs a little TLC. We enjoyed our stay and liked the home. The rental agency was responsive and very helpful. We rented both bikes and an umbrella and beach chairs, which was a nice service that we enjoyed.

Just Okay

Pictures were a bit deceiving. Not super clean. Some dishes in cupboard were not clean. Back deck looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Dirty, leaves etc. chairs were dirty and so was deck. Back covered patio chairs and cushions were not clean. Despite this we liked the location and the peaceful setting. A bit pricey and expected a little more.

Thank you for your comments. We will be sure to reach out to the housekeeping company to ensure they do a better clean next time, and to check and make sure past guests have not put away dirty dishes. We do our best this time of year to keep up with the back porch, but they are surrounded by live oaks which drop their leaves in the spring rather than in the fall. It is an uphill battle this time of year, but we will be sure to have housekeeping check that area as well before arrivals to try to make the porch more presentable.

Great house minutes from beach. Even though we ended up renting a golf cart, the beach is very assessable via walking. The pool is next door. Nice kitchenWould recommend bring towels, paper napkins, soap, cond/shampoo as this property does not give a whole lot for those needs.

Thanksgiving with family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fifth year staying in wild dunes for the Thanksgiving holiday! By far 11 pelican reach is my all-time favorite home! The interiors are decorated beautifully! The home had all of the amenities and cooking supplies we needed for my family. The several spaces to watch TV, especially the Gamecocks were great. However, I wish there would have been a large TV in the living area with the sectional sofa to accommodate the eight of us watching the game. We would be more than happy to rent this home again in the future! Thanks again for the hospitality.

Literally the only thing I would mention is that we tried to work the ice maker for two days and finally gave up and had to buy ice.
