Surface clean. Showers needed a bit of care with some dark residues. Outside balcony’s all left with ash from previous renters. Great location. Nice set up.

Beautiful cabin! It does need a deep cleaning, but we enjoyed our stay. Anything I called or texted about was handled immediately. Would stay here again. Was close to everything we wanted to do.

This Cabin was perfect for our party of 8, which included 6 teens. Plenty of space for everyone and things to do; and also close to Pigeon Forge activities.

It was not very clean when we stayed there cobweb's was everywhere,there was hair in each bathroom in the drain's in the shower's I did take pictures of the bathroom's drain site game room the game's did not work! it was so dusty they did not clean or dust the room's the bed's was made up good! Management needs to come behind the cleaning ladies to make sure the rooms are clean she asked me when I called her did I want to send a cleaning lady up I said no because we was ready to go out and enjoy ourselves and I did not want to stay there while she cleaned it should have been clean before we came to Tennessee we traveled 3 hours on the road to get there to come to a dirty cabin yes I was upset for the price we had to pay for this room so I had to clean on my vacation that was not right I was very in this cabin the vent's in the wall's had thick dust in them. It was not a very good stay for me not a good experience either!!

The cabin was great for our family. The dryer didn’t work and it need light bulbs and a deep clean.

Best time ever

Our first stay with fireside chalet in "best time ever " but definitely not the last. It was absolutely perfect. Location, cabin size, cleanliness..everything we could ask for.

Putt putt was a hit w tue 6 grandkids as well as pool table and other games. Enjoyed the decks and well stocked kitchen. Lots is light bulbs out, dust in corners but overall clean just needs a little more maintenance.

Great Location

Clean cabin and close to everything. Out kids had a blast playing putt putt and all the other games the cabin offered.
