Very roomy and amazing location!We enjoyed our stay and the host was very timely to fix any issues (a ceiling fan was not working and he had it replaced within 12 hours). Beds were very comfy!Just a short walk to a beach that is not overcrowded. We loved it and would stay here again any time!

The fans were so dusty. There was thick dust all on the fan In the kitchen over the table. All the blinds were dusty. The air vents had dust all over them. The pool light was lit up at night. So you can’t go night swimming. The pool chairs were dry rotted and broken. The couches were dirty. The ice machine did not work. Pictures were deceiving ! This was not worth the price we paid at all !

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your weekend stay. I have asked housekeeping to clean the fan blades on the ceiling fans. They commonly miss this and for most people, it's not a detraction from their beach vacation. But I'll get them cleaned. The couch is leather, and is wiped down after each stay so that is a confusing statement. But we will make sure the furniture is clean. The price is on par with all houses on the beach at this size and location. And given this was a two day rental, it was one of the lowest priced stays I have had all year for this house. Please review all the reviews for this property and not just one. Thanks!

This place was just as described. If you want fancy this is not the place for you. But it was perfect for a large family like ours. Six adults and 9 kids ages 2-10. My only complaint was it was not stocked well for large families to cook. Hardly any dishes like large bowls, decent skillets, etc... Other then that everything else was fine. I just think when a house is set up for that many people then there should be the kitchen supplies to back it up. The owner was great to work with and he was quick to respond to any questions during our stay. P.S. DO NOT WALK UNDER THE DECK IN THE BACKYARD by the pool barefoot. There are sticky weeds that get into your feet like cactus. Our 2 year old found this out the hard way.

The house wasn’t bad, but there was no upkeep to it. The deck had dry-rotted spots and my 4 year old had his foot go through it when he was walking on the deck. And then my 2 year old opened the back door to the back deck and the door fell off the hinges and almost fell on top of my 2 year old. There was other minor issues but we still had a good time and made the best of our trip. The house just needs some maintenance and upkeep.

This tenant was unfair. The deck boards in question were in fact soft on the deck, there were 3 boards that we needed to replace as salt air is rough on treated wood. They were replaced BEFORE they checked out. This group also ripped my brand new French doors out of the door jams and had laid the door against the house!!! They didn't even tell me about that issue and it's a major one. I'll be filing that claim against their stay. My maintenance man arrived to fix the deck floor and found it. She was adamant to him that I was aware. Was not. We fixed the issue while there but these are the type of tenants for this stay, non communicating, unreasonable, and just difficult. My crew also told me they left trash all over the grounds that we had to pick up. All in all, I reviewed the stay and won't rent to them again to any property I have.

Dan was very prompt on communicating with us upon arrival at check-in. House was great!! Plenty of room for our group of 10 adults and 3 kids. We did rent the lower bed and bath as well. Owner of property was beyond excellent in communication and really helpful in our larger groups needs. The home is in a perfect location a 3 minute walk to the beach. Wonderful backyard pool. We will definitely be back.
