Location location location! House was great and was everything we needed for a great weekend in the river. Could use a new grill out back, but it was fine for what we needed.

Everything was wonderful! Quick response from the host when the AC wasn’t working and it was 92 degrees in the house. We will be back again!

What a lovely property! Right on the river with a great firepit. The house is super clean and comfortable. Super views from the living room. The Master is roomy with an attached sitting room. It is located next to the boat ramp, but with a nice tree windbreak inbetween there is privacy and not noisy. Tommy is a super host with great communication! We will want to stay here again when we are back in Northern Arkansas! All in all a perfect stay!

Had a long weekend fishing trip. Convenient next to the boat ramp. Large property with a fire pit. Has a great deck to relax after a day of fishing. House is very roomy and clean.
