Family Vacation 2022

Fantastic property

Great property, just as described. Lots of square footage and room to spread out. Property was well maintained, and kitchen had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

Turquoise Place Absolutely Stunning

In 10 years of vacationing in Orange Beach we have never stayed at a more luxurious facility that is professionally run and maintained. The clientele of Turquoise Place is definitely devoid of any of the riff raff present at previous places we have vacationed. If you’re looking for one of the nicest places on the Gulf Coast in Alabama, this is where you want to stay.

Best Property on Orange Beaxh

The location in Orange Beach was good, because it was on the beach and close to good restaurants and fun things to do. There is a bar/restaurant on the main level that can accommodate outside seating and inside covered seating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are only a few negative comments. The elevators are super slow and had to wait 10-20 minutes at times. The hot tub on the balcony was very slow to heat as a result we were unable to enjoy it on the first night. The master bedroom bed was just ok, it could use an upgrade. The kitchen was stocked with all amenities, even an ice maker & wine fridge. The couches were super comfy. The views were to die for.

Turquoise Place

Room was spacious with plenty of amenities. Hot tub had some trouble the first day but the maintenance man fixed it right up and although it took a while to heat up it was nice. The property had plenty to enjoy if you get tired of the sand.

Turquoise Place

The Turquoise Place is a beautiful place. The private hot tub was amazing. However, there were some things about this unit that needed attention. The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The grill was very rusted and we were not able to use it. The oven cut off with a “circuit” error after a short time. We will be back to the Turquoise Place only in a different unit.

Great amenities and wonderful view!! Loved the parking ease.

It was overall awesome experience! Hated hot tub was not operational. One day was woken up by drilling up above very loud!! Clean space and wonderful views.

the property was very nice. The unit said it had a hot tub but it was not on the patio as stated. As it turned out, it was too cold anyway

Perfect

There was not a thing about this condo we did not like. We love the 20th floor. Balcony is wide that allowed our wheelchair bound child to get around easily. The condo had all the amenities we could ever ask for and the people are so very nice and helpful. You name it, they provide it in this condo.

Perfect Getaway

We were looking for a beautiful place to take my 88 year old Mom who wanted to see the beach and we found it here. The condo is spacious and beautifully furnished. No trick photography, it really is that big. The views are incredible. The beach service met Mom at the end of the boardwalk and drove her down to the water in their cart so that she could get her feet in the water. We had one brief AC problem due to someone leaving a box on the intake. Prickett Properties was there in less than 15 minutes (we had figured it out, but Elmo checked it all out.)

Incredible stay!

We enjoyed our time here VERY much! We stayed for almost two weeks. The condo is spacious and comfortable and the view is incredible. We even spotted dolphins on a few occasions. The property has many activities throughout the week which is another fun perk, especially when it’s raining. The property staff was always super friendly and helpful and we’d like to give a huge shout out to the 3 activity event coordinators. We were disappointed in the full outage of all hot tubs on private balconies and public hot tubs in both towers, and a neighbor unit was replacing tile and there was so much noise the first week, which made my working hours with meetings a little difficult. But both of these issues were flukes and out of the hands of Prickett Properties. Correspondence with Prickett Properties (specifically Nikki) was very pleasant with quick responses which was much appreciated. We LOVED our stay and will be back again.
