Thanks for your feedback. We just replaced the router which greatly improved the WIFI speed. We recently replaced the ice maker but are unaware of anything that does not work in the kitchen. We also encourage our guests (via an email the day after arrival) to advise if anything in the home needs attention so we can address it during your stay. We did not hear from this guest during their stay.

I will bring this to the attention of our housekeeping team as this is not something that should be missed and is not consistent with our normal standards. Please always feel free to give us a call if you are having any issues like operating the oven. We do describe the layout of the bedrooms in the listing description so please be sure to read those before booking :) We are so glad you enjoyed your stay!
