Divertimento sul fiume !!! Benvenuti nella nostra casa per le vacanze in West Virginia che chiamiamo affettuosamente "The Nest". Il nostro sito di 2 acri è situato in un prato privato di venti acri sulle rive del fiume Cacapon, a soli 20 minuti a ovest di Berkeley Springs. Hanno caffè al mattino sul ponte, ascoltare e guardare gli uccelli mentre nuotano e volano lungo il fiume. E se siete davvero fortunati si può intravedere le aquile calve residenti.

Comfort totale vi aspetta, due king size Tempur-Pedic materassi e comodi letti a castello, coperte, lenzuola e asciugamani inclusi (regina materasso ad aria formato è inoltre disponibile). Una TV HD a schermo piatto da 54 pollici con audio surround e DirecTV con oltre 145 stazioni e Internet Wi-Fi. Abbiamo anche un HDTV Samsung a schermo piatto da 40 pollici con lettore DVD con una selezione di 150 titoli diversi. giochi da tavolo e puzzle Ampi disponibili per il vostro divertimento. Per gli amanti dell'outdoor abbiamo due kayak, tavole buche di mais e varie palle e frisbee per le missioni da utilizzare.

Cucina comprende a gas, forno a microonde, piatti, bicchieri, posate, waffle, popcorn popper, Ninja frullatore, pentola di coccio, caffettiera e tostapane. sono inoltre disponibili condimenti e spezie comuni.

Gli ospiti non possono trailer in ATV o barche a motore. Non sono ammesse armi da fuoco.

Property had just about everything you needed. Very clean. Loved the little touches of thoughtfulness throughout the chalet. Excellent private location with beautiful river view. I would definitely go back!

Amazing Home on the River

Clean, comfortable house on a large piece of land with direct river access. Beautifully decorated. Amazing firepit, outdoor games and huge mowed yard surrounding the property. Looking forward to coming back.

A Place Away From Busy Life

My friends and I loved Jack’s cabin. It was peaceful and close by to nearby parks. The cabin itself was very clean and had a lot of included amenities, including kayaks, which we were grateful for. The check-in process was easy as Jack met us at the property to hand us the keys and go over onboarding. Check out was very easy. We would definitely recommend this to small families or friends who are looking to get away from the busy world of urban or suburban Maryland.

A beautiful area

Very clean and organized. Lots of things for inside and outside entertainment. Wonderful fire pit with wood provided. Very secluded and quiet. It was easy to communicate with the hosts. Very nice people.

Amazing Place, Great Host

Jack was an excellent host and his place was awesome. The check in process was easy as Jack met us at the door and provided driving instructions to his wonderful home. The home was clean and had all the main amenities you would look for. My friends and I really enjoyed the kayaks and the fire pit. We would definitely return here and loved our stay.

Wonderful Thanksgiving!

My family enjoyed our stay here over the Thanksgiving holiday. Everything was wonderful: clean; an over abundance of sheets, towels, pillows, and bedding; fully equipped kitchen; firewood chopped for the fire pit; kayaks ready for use; and more. We were welcome by the owner who was friendly and informative. I am looking forward to a summer stay!

Hidden gem

I don’t have enough good things to say about staying here! We stayed for 6 days and were so sad to leave. Jack and Jeannie have put so much thought into the house. It had everything you could need! The property is so beautiful and peaceful and was a great place to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The river access is like no other. We saw a couple groups of people further up the river but only had 2 kayakers go past us the whole time we were there. It was like having our own private river! We loved getting to use the kayaks, but also enjoyed just floating around since the current was not very strong. This place is truly a hidden gem and we can’t wait to plan our next visit back here!

Best Girls Weekend Getaway

This home is clean and fully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing time by the river. The 2nd fridge is a great addition along with several outdoor activities and an amazing fire pit. Jack was very responsive and his detailed instructions prior to, and during check in were perfect. Jack is very friendly and we enjoyed the guided tour upon arrival. We have been staying at river front houses for 15 years and this by far was the BEST one we have encountered. The location is secluded and beaming with wildlife. We saw a bald eagle, deer, river otters, fish, many types of birds and a great array of butterflies. It was simply the perfect weekend.

Rest, peace and quiet

We really enjoyed staying at the Nest. Great location for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives to rest, reenergize, enjoy and marvel at God's wonderful creation outdoors. Jack's personal check in process, sincere attention to detail and good communication throughout our stay was really apprecitated and improved our experience through some uncontrollable circumstances. Amazing escape!

Beautiful and charming location and very comfortable home! Ample Kayaks for the whole crew. Spent a ton of time on the river and enjoyed tons of wildlife. Can’t recommend more for a wonderful unplugged weekend!
