Family enjoyed the spacious house and its close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park. The hot tub was a hit and we liked to sit out on the deck and enjoy the scenery. Host was great and very responsive.

The house was great for our extended family vacay with a couple of toddlers. The baby gates for the stairs were great to have. Note that the second King bed is not in a bedroom but in the game room. (It worked well for our needs.) Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy but only full size upstairs. Beautiful home.

The house was perfect for our family stay, had all of the appliances you’d hope for on a large family vacation. We were extremely happy with the house and found it to be a wonderful place to spend the holidays, particularly with the Christmas decorations.

We had the best time for a girls weekend. Perfect space to host a group trip with great amenities (sauna and hot tub!!!), plant close to restaurants and shops and has ample parking, as well as both private space for naps and group space for gathering. Will definitely plan to book again!

Our family vacation was nothing short of amazing. The host left a welcome gift for us when we arrived. We absolutely loved the house and all the amenities. We used the hot tub every day, loved the dry sauna and the steam shower. Kitchen was fully stocked.

Lovely!

This place was perfect for our group ski trip to Winter Park. The hot tub was fabulous and the kids really enjoyed playing ping pong for hours on end. Would definitely stay here again.

Yearly family vacation

This was the perfect house for our family of 11. Beautiful home and accommodations. Quite area and easy access to all our day trips. Would stay here again and will highly recommend this home to anyone.

Fun in the Treehouse

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Treehouse. The kids loved the " party room" which is a closet with toys and dress up hats etc. and the adults loved the sauna and hot tub. Location is so close to Winter Park .

Beautiful Property

This property accommodated my friends and I perfectly. There was plenty of space, bathrooms, and activities to enjoy while staying there. Not to mention all the cool places in Fraser and Winter Park right next door. Definitely will stay again!

Great property!

This is a perfect spot for our time together with family. It was one of those rare instances where the reality was actually better than the pictures. Highly recommend.

Friend and Family

We had the most incredible stay at the treehouse! Beautiful spacious property! Enjoyed the fire, hot tub, sauna and table tennis! Plenty of space for our group of 8 to spread out! We can’t wait to visit again!

The reason I didn’t rate this property excellent in most categories is because when we arrived it had not been cleaned. It took a bit for the hosts to return my call so we started washing the sheets and sweeping the floors. Once we heard from the hosts, they were very responsive and offered us a couple of options for getting the house cleaned. However, we were already making dinner and having cleaners come in at that point was too disruptive. They compensated us fairly for our trouble and told us how to access the extra sets of clean sheets and we went on with our weekend. It is a great house for a family of 10. We had lots of space to play games and have family meals. Fraser offers a lot for families as well! I would recommend this property and would consider it again in the future.
