La guest house di Greenpeace, questa adorabile villetta da spiaggia con una camera da letto e un bagno e mezzo è nel cuore di Seaside. Ottima vista sul Golfo del Messico e a pochi passi dal centro di Seaside. Questo affascinante cottage è il preferito da coppie e piccole famiglie. Facile accesso alla spiaggia, solo pochi gradini lungo il sentiero con la staccionata bianca fino alla passerella sul golfo.
La casa è arredata con gusto, TV a schermo piatto con lettori DVD incorporati nella zona giorno e camera da letto principale che ha un letto matrimoniale e una bella vista sull'oceano. Al piano di sotto ha un nuovo divano letto che si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale, perfetto se avete bisogno di una zona notte aggiuntiva. Balcone fuori dalla camera da letto principale per godersi la vista del golfo e brezza. Bagno completo al piano superiore con combinazione vasca / doccia e 1/2 bagno al piano di sotto. Cucina completamente attrezzata, compresa lavatrice e asciugatrice. Pavimenti di bambù dappertutto. La casa ha anche una doccia esterna calda e fredda.

Best cottage ever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So close to the water, clean, quaint, updated, & cozy!!! We were greeted by an employee that welcomed us!There was a dust pan but no broom. Also, there was a door shade for privacy, but no way for it to stay down. The bottom bracket was missing, but other than that, all was great!

We had a wonderful time at Greenback Cottage

This was a prefect cottage for us and our miniature schnauzer, Greta. It was close to the beach and restaurants too! We would definitely come again!

This place is awesome, this is our first time staying at Sea Side FL and the location is perfect and it was just the right size and was very clean and was pet friendly so our Cavapoo also got to enjoy the trip this time , enjoyed everything about this place

Cozy stay and close to the beach

Greenback was the perfect cozy place for a 3-night stay at Seaside. Conveniently located across from the beach (passes to the private beach included in stay) and in a vacation rental community, the bungalow-type guest house was perfect for a short stay (2 adults and a dog; anything longer than a few days would have required a bigger space, in my opinion). Vacation rental management company was very communicative and available over the course of our stay. Walkable to restaurants and shops in Seaside

Super Location!

Super cute, cozy cottage. Very convenient to the beach and the center of Seaside. Wonderful restaurants and fun shops! Just the three of us enjoying this fun cottage - me, my spouse and sweet dog. Our dog really enjoyed walking the neighborhood and meeting so many friendly people. Highly recommend this wonderful cottage in Seaside!
