10/10 vacation home! We had 16 adults and 2 babies stay here for a week and there was more than enough room for everyone. Less than a 10 min walk to the beach and a huge pool. The beach wasn't overcrowded so you didn't have to get there super early to get a good spot. The house is also very secluded and the neighborhood is quiet which was nice. Mike and Carol were great hosts and very responsive throughout the whole trip. Would definitely recommend!

Mike and Carol are top notch hosts. Outstanding communication and help. We loved the way the house was close to beach(5-10 minutes) but is secluded in the trees offering privacy in pool area. The pool is a fantastic swim/play area. The way the house is set up our families were able to find their own bedroom spaces to keep their routines. The upstairs has one long island with stool seating and two complete kitchens. The space also has a long eating table for 20ish and in our case games. There are two tv seating areas in that great area too. There are tvs in the game/ gathering areas on the second and bottom floors as well. We really appreciated the opportunity to stay here and think it’s a great beach place especially for families.

Stay in Corolla

Loved the house, and having separate rooms and bathrooms for each family. It is big enough that you can spread out and have some privacy, but also great gathering places as well. The pool was a favorite!!

Thank you John. We are happy you had a great time! Thank you for highlighting a couple of many group's favorite features. The Great Room was designed with the idea that when you have a dinner party everyone ends up in the kitchen.....And there is never enough room. We put the kitchen right in the middle of the great room and there is plenty of room for everyone. Prepping for dinner, preparing Dinner, eating dinner, and even cleanup all become social events! Heating the Pool is an amazing way to make those stays in the Spring and Fall a lot better. More and more people are taking advantage of that feature and we are getting very positive feedback. Thanks again John. Hope you can return soon. Mike and Carol

Thanks for the kind words Theresa. We have always used Corolla Paradise for Thanksgiving with our own family, so we knew how perfect it is for that kind of family holiday! Our plans changed this year so we were very happy that another family got to enjoy the, in your words, "absolutely perfect" house for Holiday gatherings. Mike and Carol

Wendy, Thank you for your review! We are happy you had a great time and that you enjoyed all that Corolla Paradise has to offer. We totally understand the confusion in finding it, since Corolla Paradise sits back off the road a little. The privacy that location gives us is one of the things guests love about this house. It is much more private than the large majority of houses in the OBX. From now on we are going to include a map of exactly where the house is so that there is no confusion in the future. We hope you come back and visit us again! Mike

Excellent Stay

We stayed here with a crew of our friends and their kids, and we all had a great time! The owners really care about their property and made sure we had a good experience. We basically lived in the pool and hot tub when we weren't at the beach, and the kitchen was perfect for spending time together. I can't recommend this house enough!
