Questa casa sul lungomare meridionale dell'esposizione è su una strada tranquilla. Si tratta di un tre camere da letto, due bagni casa con accesso diretto al golfo e situato su un canale a soli 15 minuti dal fiume. È completamente arredato.
La casa è situata in un quartiere residenziale di breve distanza a piedi dalle spiagge, dai campi da golf, dalla pesca, dai campi di addestramento dei Boston Red Sox e Minnesota Twins, negozi di alimentari, ristoranti, negozi esclusivi, Outlet Mall, il centro di Fort Myers e il Southwest International Aeroporto.
La zona giorno principale è un piano aperto. La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, bar per la colazione, sala da pranzo informale ed è aperta al salone e sala da pranzo formali che si apre direttamente alla zona lanai / piscina. Una spaziosa camera familiare con wine bar, TV e DVD si trova appena fuori dalla cucina. La camera da letto principale è completa di un lussuoso letto matrimoniale, armadio a muro, TV con connessione internet e accesso alla zona lanai / piscina.
Il bagno principale ha una cabina doccia e due lavandini. La seconda camera con letto matrimoniale condivide un bagno (vasca e doccia combo) con la terza camera da letto anche con letto matrimoniale.
La piscina ha riscaldamento solare per tutto l'anno senza alcun costo elettrico. Godetevi la lanai grande schermata con una splendida piscina riscaldata, cascata, grande TV e DVD e una pozza del fuoco.
C'è molta zona sotto il tetto e fuori dal sole. Il cortile privato offre comodi servizi. Godetevi il dock privato con un'area salotto sul canale di accesso al golfo.
Due camere familiari da distribuire. Wi-Fi gratuito e cavo, tutti gli elettrodomestici più recenti tra cui lavatrice / asciugatrice.

This was the best property I have rented in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area. The amenities were top notch. It was quiet and peaceful. A great place to just relax. Beaches were within 20 minutes of the house. The pool was heated by solar power and was always at a comfortable temperature. Would highly recommend.

Winter getaway

We arrived to a clean and warmly inviting home. The owners made sure that we felt welcome. The pool is on a channel and southern facing so we had a lot of sunshine everyday. The neighborhood was quiet. We had a very relaxing stay.

Escape from Snow

This house is very comfortable and extremely well stocked. The lanai has plenty of comfortable seating and the pool was always warm enough for swimming. The owner responds very promptly to any questions. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Beautiful home!!

This home is absolutely perfect! The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful pool and spacious lanai. The dock was a great place to watch the sunrise in the mornings. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with pleasant neighbors.

Beautiful home

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Villa Celia. We are a retired couple and appreciate the cleanliness of the house and the quiet neiborhood. We spent the week exploring the Ft Myers area and kayaking the local waters. The Manatee Park is a must see and we enjoyed hiking Six MIle Slough.

Love Cape Coral

This is our second time staying at Villa Celia and we loved it. Our 2 week stay was spent by the pool, cooking on the grill and going out to dinner at the various restaurants in town. Laurie was great to work with. My wife and I will definitely be back!! Thank you Laurie!!!

Great winter get away

Beautiful home and pool. Unfortunately, weather did not allow use of the pool but we enjoyed the patio and grill. Home was very clean and neat. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to answer questions. Great seafood at Twisted Lobster and Ariana Italian restaurants nearby. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral. A fully stocked kitchen and bath towels and bedding in full supply. Home is well maintained. Perfect location for all the wonderful restaurants and activities in the Cape Coral/Ft Myers area. Laurie was awesome to work with and always attentive to emails.

Perfect vacation rental!

We just spent a month here and enjoyed it so much that we’re returning in December/18 for 3 months. This was a fully stocked, nicely furnished vacation rental with everything we needed during our stay. It’s exactly as the pictures show it to be. We felt very much at home while there! The location is perfect! It’s in a quiet residential area that’s close to stores and restaurants. Lilo, the property manager was wonderful to work with and made our booking and stay problem free.

Most wonderful house!!!

Never stayed at VRBO who offered so many supplies. I always bring my own...but great to have some simple things you take for granted like scissors, every kitchen item you can imagine! Would of loved to stay longer!!!!!! Pool was wonderful!

We all work hard to have that special time when we can get away and enjoy relaxing and going to new, exciting places. Cape Coral is situated in a unique and beautiful part of SW Florida and if you haven't been here before, you are in for a treat- and you'll probably want to come back again and again!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Villa Celia is a beautiful coastal one story home and includes a grand patio/lanai area with a heated pool. We want you to enjoy your stay and try to provide you with everything you need to make this an incredible vacation. We furnished the home so you can feel very comfortable. We added high-quality bedding, comfortable sofas and lots of seating space.
Some of the improvements through the years include:

In 2020 we upgraded the TVs, adding a large 65" big screen in the family room for all the Covid-19 stay-at-home binge watching opportunities!
In 2023 we replaced the roof, repainted the outside, replaced & upgraded the pool's solar and replaced & upgraded the patio enclosure.
In 2025 we replaced and upgraded all of the home's windows. We also replaced & upgraded the master mattress.
In 2026 we bought a new dishwasher and new washer & dryer.
As you can see, we are constantly improving to make sure the home is maintained and inviting.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Your access to everything is amazing! We are close to beaches, shopping, restaurants and we are just a 25-minute drive to the Southwest International Airport. If you find cheaper flights into the Tampa (2 hours), Ft Lauderdale (2.25 hours), Miami (2.5 hours), or Orlando (3 hours) airports, it is a beautiful drive to our home, so might be a great alternative. We love the Tampa airport in particular and the drive is beautiful- all along the coast.
