Very spacious one-bedroom apartment...A LOT of counter space in the kitchen, giant TV in living room, beautiful location close to the water; hosts were very communicative and helpful.

Extremely clean, comfortable, with the perfect proximity to Rockport, Gloucester, and Essex. Full of amenities and very comfortable bed.

This property far exceeded our expectations. It was much larger than we thought it would be. Not only was it clean. It was spotless. There were multiple varieties of lighting to adjust for varying individual needs. We were completely comfortable and there was nothing that we were missing. The location is excellent for all the elements that we look to in Cape Ann during October. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Our thanks to the owners for providing an excellent vacation accommodation.

Everything was wonderful! The apartment was as described in the pictures—beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. The kitchen was extremely well appointed for cooking with every bowl and utensil that we could need. We even had a delightful selection of coffees and teas. The bedroom was quite comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the cable tv and streaming services as well. The location was perfect with a short walk to see the twin lights and short drive to both downtown Rockport and Gloucester. Even in a Nor’easter, we had a great stay!

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. The apartment was true to the listing, clean, comfortable, and a perfect location if you want beautiful surroundings just a short drive from town. We enjoyed walking with our dog along the ocean every morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

We have stayed here before and really love the couple and the rental. It’s very easy very convenient great location and a great place to relax and have a nice weekend away. Can’t recommend this enough.

Wonderful place ! Everything anyone could ask for. The setting, the home all comfortable and inviting.The location was perfect, very close to the center of town, beaches and shopping.Jim and April were very helpful . They really anticipated everything. The home was decorated and furnished beautifully. Everything was perfect. Can’t wait to go back.

Lovely and peaceful location.

The property is even nicer than the photos. Very homey and a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful North Shore. I am from the area originally and it was so nice to come “home”.
