The condo was spacious and clean. Perfect layout for two couples and would easily accommodate a family. The host, Melody, was prompt and cooperative with a couple of our concerns. We enjoyed the location, pools and beach.

Book this condo!!! It has everything you need. We had 2 king size beds, both with full size baths. The kids had bunks, which they loved. 3 pools. We had a 9, 3, and 1 uear old. The 9 had his own pool that he loved and the littlest had a pool for their size and a lazy river. Then you could walk right out on the beach. We didn't have to walk across a road or down a road. Just from pool to beach. Melody was great. Anytime we had a question she was right back to us.

everything was clearly labeled and the kitchen and bathrooms were completely stocked. Everything was provided and the location was perfect.I would definitely rebook this location.

Easy access to the room from the parking garage, and easy access to the beach from the room. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and the kitchen had nearly every utensil and cookware needed to cook a complete thanksgiving meal. We will definitely be back.

Right on the water. Great place to stay. We were there in the off season, so it wasn't so busy. I can see where it would be packed during the season

Great location and amenities

Perfect for what we needed! Plenty of room for 3 kids and 2 adults! Didn’t get to enjoy all amenities but we knew that being winter but kids enjoyed heated pool and all enjoyed the hot tubs! Perfect location on the beach and close to everything we wanted to do!

Perfect place for a Spring break getaway

Condo was beautifully decorated and simple- but with everything we needed. Amazing location, great views out the side patio and close to lots of restaurants. Would love to book again! ☀️

Great Family Vacation for the Holidays

We stayed here over our Christmas break. The kids had a great time playing on the beach. Melody was helpful and even allowed us to check in early when we needed to arrive early to avoid driving in a snowstorm. Great property and location. Lots of fun attractions nearby and we loved that we were right on the beach. We hope to be back again!

From booking to checking out we had such smooth and easy process! The condo was exactly as expected and perfect set up for us!! We loved that you entered the condo via a hallway (instead of outside) and that we could park on the same floor in parking garage! The condo complex was beautiful and well kept. Our kids loved the pool!! The wristband system was great and easy to access all amenities! We loved being so close to the beach!! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!! Especially families with kids!!

Beautiful Condo, nice stay

I enjoyed Waterscape, the pool and hot tub area was great. The condo was nice although the beach view was limited. The place was very quiet. I do recommend that you bring your own can opener - the ones in the condo did not work well.

Spring break

The condo is perfect for my family and I for a spring break getaway! Love the location compared to the garage in the pool/beach, the owner was great to do business with. The only thing I could come up with to make it better to have a few more kitchen tools since we cook in with kids.

The location was nice. The condo was very nice however it was listed as 3 bedroom. The third bedroom had bunk beds and the mattress was very uncomfortable. I had to purchase a twin mattress pad in order to be somewhat comfortable. There was no door, only a shower curtain. A regular curtain would have been nicer if a door isn’t possible. It really needs painting, especially the baseboards. Overall it was very nice and the grounds were exceptional. We enjoyed our stay and the host was wonderful.

I'm sorry you were impressed with the accommodations. I try my best to accurately depict the unit on the listing. This unit has a partial ocean view and is only 5 stacks from the water. Yes, there are units that have a better ocean view but that also comes with a considerably higher nightly rate. This unit is a nice balance. In regards to the bunk room door, I do not advertise that I have one and the majority of units at Waterscape do not either. We are looking at adding one in the off season if I can get the scheduling to work out. I'm not sure if I agree with the 3 star rating but I guess I can't win them all :)
