Nel cuore della sicura e recintata comunità del villaggio di Punta Cana, questa casa su 2 livelli e 3 camere da letto è l'ideale per famiglie, gruppi, coppie o amici che desiderano godersi la spiaggia, il golf o semplicemente rilassarsi. Il posto è vicino all'aeroporto, bellissime spiagge sabbiose, golf resort e parchi.

Come nostri ospiti, avrai un accesso privilegiato alla bellissima Playa Blanca, ai campi da golf di classe mondiale del Punta Cana Resort & Club e molti altri.

Il centro del paese offre ristoranti, negozi e negozi di alimentari per tutte le esigenze.

Lo spazio

Il piano principale ha un accogliente soggiorno con Smart TV (WiFi gratuito disponibile); una sala da pranzo formale che comprende un frigorifero per il vino (ampia selezione di vini disponibile al supermercato); un mezzo bagno; una cucina completamente attrezzata molto spaziosa; una terrazza invitante con un comodo set da pranzo e un ventilatore a soffitto; una terrazza secondaria con due sedie a sdraio ideali per l'abbronzatura privata; una terrazza aggiuntiva con posti a sedere disponibili e un patio dove è possibile appendere asciugamani e costumi da bagno bagnati dopo aver trascorso la giornata in piscina (Nota: *** gli asciugamani da piscina / spiaggia non sono forniti ***).

Il secondo piano ha tre camere da letto, ognuna con un letto matrimoniale e un sacco di armadio e cassetti. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata per un sonno notturno rilassato e tranquillo. Hanno anche i loro bagni privati, ognuno con un asciugacapelli e distributori di sapone / shampoo / balsamo. Inoltre, c'è una camera familiare al secondo piano con un divano letto matrimoniale e una Smart TV. La camera familiare si apre su un balcone esposto a ovest che si affaccia sulla piscina.

È difficile per me scegliere il mio posto preferito in casa, ma devo dire che posso passare ore in terrazza sorseggiando un bicchiere di vino, giocando a carte e divertendomi con la famiglia e gli amici!

Luis e io abbiamo preparato questa casa pensando a te, dai mobili di buona qualità alle attrezzature e agli elementi essenziali. Ecco perché la casa include:
-Rotta camera da letto, realizzata in Brasile, in legno massello 100% proveniente da foreste rinnovabili e progettata con colla PVA atossica
-Lenzuola pulite
-Asciugamani da bagno
-Asciugacapelli in ogni bagno
-Sapone / shampoo / balsamo in ogni bagno
-Una cassaforte nell'armadio dell'area comune per conservare i tuoi oggetti di valore
-Cucina completamente attrezzata
-Cucine e set di coltelli
-Pasti, posate, bicchieri da vino, ecc. Per 8 persone

La tua sicurezza è importante per noi. Ecco perché abbiamo preparato una mappa di evacuazione, situata in cucina. Abbiamo anche installato due estintori, uno in cucina e uno al secondo piano.

Sei preoccupato per i servizi nella zona? Beh, non esserlo. Hai tutto il necessario a pochi minuti da casa. Il Supermercado Nacional è a soli 5 isolati di distanza, così come una serie di caffetterie, ristoranti, bar, farmacia, salone di bellezza / spa, bancomat, uffici di cambio valuta, ecc. Ci sono molte scelte di ristoranti nel Village ma se hai un debole per i dolci, ti consiglio di andare a Baskin Robbins, il mio preferito!

Ultimo ma non meno importante, un nuovissimo centro commerciale, BlueMall Puntacana, è stato appena inaugurato nell'agosto 2017 a soli 2 km dal villaggio, con boutique, ristoranti e caffetterie per tutte le preferenze!

Accesso ospite

La casa si trova all'interno di una gated community ed è quindi molto sicura. Come nostri ospiti, il tuo nome e la targa dell'auto (se applicabile) verranno avvisati alle porte per facilitare l'accesso e l'uscita. C'è posto auto coperto in casa per 2 veicoli, ma è possibile parcheggiare altri due veicoli sul vialetto.

Muoversi

Il Village è vicino all'aeroporto, a 5 minuti in auto molto breve. Una volta che sei lì, spostarsi è molto semplice; tutti i servizi sono raggiungibili a piedi.

Il Village ha molto da offrire per il tuo divertimento, ma se vuoi avventurarti nel centro di Punta Cana per ballare a Guaguancó o Coco Bongo, o se vuoi trascorrere la giornata a Juanillo Beach (15 minuti in auto) o Macao Beach (30 minuti in auto ), Ti consiglierei di noleggiare un'auto. Un'altra opzione è quella di contattare un tassista che abbiamo usato molte volte in precedenza; forniremo le sue informazioni di contatto su richiesta.

Vuoi visitare un'altra spiaggia? La bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca di Playa Blanca è una scelta eccellente, a soli 10 minuti di auto dal villaggio. Per arrivarci, ti consiglio di prendere la navetta che collega le 10:15 alle 23:15 dall'hotel Four Points By Sheraton, situato fuori dal villaggio, a 5 minuti a piedi da casa nostra.

Fantastic home and location

We could not be happier with our accommodations! The home is stunning, with large comfortable rooms, has every amenity necessary, and is very clean. The is a large common pool to use that we thoroughly enjoyed. The owners were very helpful and communicated with us quickly whenever we had questions. We will happily recommend this booking to friends!

Perfect in every way

This property is exactly as advertised. It spacious comfortable and well located. It’s proximity to Punta Cana village with its restaurants and shop is a bonus. It is part of a neighbourhood so that isolated feeling you get at resorts does not apply. We enjoyed the pool. Never busy. Also the number of shaded areas for lounging and eating. Our month here was pure relaxation. The hosts were responsive and helpful.

A beautiful piece of paradise!

What a beautiful piece of paradise! Our family of eight (we have six kids ranging from 16-2 years old) stayed at this amazing home for 9 days! It was a wonderful and relaxing vacation. From the well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms with AC, comfy living room for family movie nights, beautiful outdoor patio surrounded by lush landscaping where we ate all our meals, the awesome pool which we enjoyed every day and so much more. The pool felt private, as we were the only ones using it during our stay. Everyone in the surrounding residences were friendly and welcoming but kept to themselves, although our kids managed to befriend a couple of the local kids and would play with them in the evenings :) The weather was beautiful every single day with perfect temperatures. It was nice to have many shops/restaurants within 5-10 minute walking distance, also the large supermarket Nacional and Blue Mall (about 20 min walk) and the airport (20 min walk). I would definitely suggest renting a car if you are hoping to explore outside the village community, especially if you are a larger group like us. Alternately obtaining the contact info (from the hosts) of the excellent local taxi driver who can expertly show you around. The hosts Luis and Ileana were absolutely outstanding, so helpful in every way and great communicators! We really felt their pride of home ownership, hospitality and genuine kindness from the very first communication and though-out our stay. We highly recommend this property and would love to visit again!

Simply the best!!

WOW WOW WOW! This place is fantastic, it’s hugely spacious and so very well equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a family holiday. There are two separate dining areas also two separate tv/lounge rooms, a big kitchen with all the bits and bobs you’d have at home…and more! There is a laundry room with a retracting roof which makes dry things a doddle. The outside dining area backs onto a small grassed area which leads to the most fantastic family swimming pool, it is very clean and warm, we stayed for 9 days and were the only ones in the pool as the other residents don’t seem to use it. The beds are super comfortable and each room has an en-suite. It was absolutely perfect for our 2 children aged 5 & 9 plus we brought the children’s God Parents who are in the 60s and also loved the place. The villa was so good in its self, but mostly we were so impressed with our wonderful hosts Luis & Ileana. They don’t actually live there but we’re so brilliant at communicating, being understanding and flexible of our needs from before we booked until even after we left. They are obviously lovely people and have pride in making your trip so perfect. A special thank you to them. The location is really ideal just a few minutes walk to lots of restaurants and essentials. The host connected us to Frank the Taxi who acted as our tour guide translator and all around great guy. We Stayed Six Weeks

We wintered six weeks at this VRBO. We loved the pool, which was literally steps away through the privacy hedge screening the backyard. The year long residents of the compound don’t appear to use it often, and we always had the whole pool to ourselves. Some days, we would take the free shuttle to the beach or mall. We also loved walking to the “village” area! There were many shops to browse and lots of wonderful restaurants to enjoy, as well as a farmer’s market each Sat. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community. Punta Cana has their own Tourist Police force, whom we found to be friendly and very visible. Luis certainly was the premiere host, responding to questions or needs practically immediately! The only surprise for us was the noise level. Though most days and nights were very quiet, there were two birthday parties during our six week stay, one of them lasting beyond the wee hours. The weather was gorgeous! Every. Single. Day!

Great!

Our family stay at this great Punta Cana house was amazing. From the start the owners were very communicative and accessible. The house was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. All the air conditioners worked perfectly. The neighborhood or village is very safe; you can only go in with a pass or permit. Very quiet, clean and nice. Many restaurants just walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Punta Cana Palace.!!!!!!

Lets start by saying I never wanted to leave.!!! During our five day vacation, we were spoiled with a location that was only an eight minute walk to the store and other fabulous attractions. While staying at this location we were able to use the Four Point Hotel to set up all of our excursions as well as travels to Playa Blanca at no cost. Sharing the pool was a big worry, but upon our arrival we had multiple occasions of alone time throughout the trip. We also experienced a brief period of time without water due to maintenance turning the wrong valve, but a quick response from Luis & Ileana fixed the issue. I cant wait to plan our next visit.!!

Mind Blowing!!!!!!

Words can not describe how beautiful this place was. First, the pictures don't due this place justice. We were excited as soon as we turned the key and walked in. The house was clean and nicely decorated and very spacious. We spent 7 days there and wished we would have stayed 14. We did not want to leave. The patio that leads out to the pool was a great addition. We did eat out some but having a full kitchen allowed us to walk to the grocery store that was less then a few blocks away and cook and enjoy the sun as it set over looking the pool. The free shuttle to the beach was great, and the beach was so nice and clean and private. We overall had a wonderful experience with Luis & Ileana Luace, they were very helpful and answered all my many, many questions. We are already looking for dates to go back, since we left on August 17th we keep reliving different days of our trip and wished we would have stayed longer. EXCELLENT TRIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You Luis & Ileana Luacesfor all your help.

AS PICTURED: Very nice villa minutes from the airport!

Luis' communication from the time we reserved the villa until we returned home was impeccable! He was clear about expectations, informative about things to do in the area, and very helpful in connecting us with reliable transportation. There was constant and consistent communication. His sister assisted with our welcome and opening a bedroom in the villa that was locked. We absolutely loved the villa and the space it offered, as it was more than accommodating with beautiful views from every angle!!! It was clear that the house was well maintained and cared for by the owners. The gated community was so quiet and offered a sense of security. Note, the hot water is very limited and showering for four people presented a challenge to make sure everyone was comfortable. If there is a secret to using the showers, please share (*we should have asked during our stay*). On the other hand, the temperature of the water in the shared, communal pool was HEAVENLY!!!! If it were not a safety concern, we could have slept in there! Unfortunately, it was closed for a day and a half during our stay for maintenance. There are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Brot Bagels was absolutely delicious and very well priced! However, we quickly learned that a car was needed for everything else (i.e. beaches, food variety, resorts, excursions, activities, etc.). Playa Blanca and Tortuga Bay were less than 10 minutes (driving) from the villa. The main strip of resorts and activities were located in Bavaro, approximately 20 minutes from the villa. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would recommend the villa to other travelers looking for a nice getaway in a gated community. Thanks for everything Luis!!!!

No podía ser todo más perfecto!

Desde el momento que hice la reserva Luis fue súper amable y atento con nosotros. El día de la llegada nos organizo un taxi de confianza que nos llevó hasta la puerta de esa preciosa Villa... allí estaba esperándonos su hermana Milli para abrirnos las puertas y mostrarnos la Villa! Milli fue también increíblemente amable y atenta, justo el día que llegamos, nos dejó como excepción un buggy para poder ir al súper a comprar ( ya que veníamos con niños pequeños con hambre). La casa está totalmente equipada con DE TODO, la verdad que todo lo que necesitábamos lo teníamos a mano!! El vecindario era súper seguro, que para mi es algo importante ya que íbamos con niños... tambien era tranquilo. Hay restaurantes, bancos, supermercado y centro médico muy cerca De la Villa, puedes llegar fácilmente caminando. Que más decir, que volvería 100% a repetir y volver a esa preciosa villa :) fuimos 8 personas y todos quedamos enamorados!! Luis gracias y nos has tenido muy mimados!

Luis and I have been married for 32 years. We have two young boys and a very large family. We have been living in Canada for 20 years but always go back to the Caribbean to enjoy our vacation. We have travelled extensively but always go back to Punta Cana, the place we love!!

Luis and I have been vacationing in Punta Cana for a long time. It is simply a place we felt in love with. No need to mention it was an easy decision to buy a place here as a vacation property. All amenities are close to the house, beach and golf courses included. Even if we don't feel like going to the beach, we just relax in the pool and then suntan in our own lounge chairs while sipping a glass of wine!!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We love our house. It is very fresh and spacious. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, which is very convenient when we invite friends to spend time with us. The terrace is my favorite place to enjoy my meals and hang out with family and friends. Breathing clean air and enjoying the birds' melodies brings me good memories of a simple and pure life.
