Soleggiato 5 camere da letto con vista sull'acqua stagionale sulla linea Newport. Situato su una grande proprietà alberata su un tranquillo cul-de-sac al largo di Green End Pond. A piedi o in bicicletta per Downtown Newport (~ 1 miglio) e 1st Beach e Cliff Walk (~ 1. 5 miglia). A pochi passi da campi da tennis e parco giochi Cottrell Field.

Tre livelli di superficie abitabile offrono molto spazio per famiglie numerose / multiple. L'ultimo piano comprende master suite con letto king size, bagno e balcone privato, una seconda camera con due letti estraibili e una tranquilla area salotto con vista sul livello inferiore. Altre due camere da letto (una con letto matrimoniale, una con letto matrimoniale) e un bagno si trovano al piano terra. Il livello inferiore finito comprende una sala TV con un divano letto e un'altra camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale.

Un ponte si trova al largo della sala da pranzo, che si affaccia su un patio recintato con grill a gas e tavolo da pranzo all'aperto, offrendo privacy per i barbecue estivi. Un solarium fuori dal soggiorno offre ulteriore spazio per il relax.

Di sera, goditi i film della nostra vasta collezione di DVD (Oltre 400 film, tra cui oltre 100 titoli per famiglie / bambini! Adoriamo i film !!) su uno dei due televisori a grande schermo (60 "e 55"). Abbiamo anche un armadio pieno di giochi da tavolo, un tavolo da ping pong e una biblioteca di grandi libri sulla spiaggia per il tuo piacere di lettura.

House è dotata di aria centrale, lavanderia, grill a gas, internet ad alta velocità e televisione via cavo. Abbiamo anche un pacchetto e un seggiolone.

Our third summer spending a week here was wonderful. We love the location, property and that Ryan and Becky always respond quickly to any questions asked. The home was spotless when we arrived, as usual. (Our grandchildren loved the huge selection of DVDs and board games.) We hope to return for our fourth visit next summer.

Great house in nice neighborhood

We were in town for a family wedding and the location was perfect for getting around. It’s about a two mile walk to downtown Newport, which we did walk, or it was easy to Uber as well. House was well equipped with pots pans etc, plenty of comfortable beds for everyone and towels. Hosts communicated well and we had a fabulous visit. I would stay here again.

Location, Location, Location!

Tucked inside a quiet cul-de-sac is a great multi family house! It’s close to everything. We were able to navigate everywhere we wanted to go in and around Newport and nothing was ever over 15 mins away! We had plenty of room and wonderful communication with the owners. Three cheers to Multi-age travel!

Spacious lovely home near Newport

This was the ideal home for our girls' weekend. Five comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and dining area, lovely well-stocked kitchen. Modern, clean, and airy. The perfect peaceful home for a Newport weekend. Responsive and helpful hosts. Highly recommend!

Summer vacation

Fabulous home. Very accommodating and well stocked. We went with our three adult children and there was plenty of space for everyone. Location is fantastic, less than a five minute drive to Second Beach and Newport center. Tons to do and very comfortable overall. Communication with the owners was seamless. We hope to vacation in this home again!

Great place for families and friends

We had a destination wedding in Newport and this house was in a perfect place for our family. We were able to relax with family from across the country and do some sightseeing as well. The house is very comfortable with a convenient layout that made it easy to carry on conversations whether you were in the kitchen or the dining room or living room. The hosts were great. They checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok and were very responsive to questions we had. We would come here again for sure.

Great House for Families and Large groups

We had a great week and found the house to be great for an extended family. We enjoyed the spacious living area and the finished lower level is a great bonus. Plenty of room for teens or young children to watch their movies and play games. We didn’t walk to the beach, but it is a short drive away. We would definitely go back. Ryan and Becky were great hosts and very responsive.

Lovely House

Spacious & modern with skylights all over, this house is nicer than it looks in the photos, and very centrally located to all of Newport’s various sections and attractions. Everything was either a short drive or a 30- minutes- ish walk. As other reviews have mentioned, Ryan is a super- accessible and responsive host. The master bedroom was probably the nicest we have stayed in ( and we have rented a lot of vacation homes) and the beds In all of the bedrooms were ridiculously comfy. Highly recommend this property!

Family weekend getwaway

This is a comfortable, lovely home and we really enjoyed our weekend. We cooked meals, played ping pong, and hung out on the cozy couch. The hosts were responsive and gracious. It was a gray, cold January weekend so we didn't use the patio or porch--added benefits, I'm sure, when the weather is nice. Views of the water and proximity to Newport were a good combo. Everyone in our party (ages 24 to 65) gave a big thumbs up.

Great location, quiet getaway

Home didn't have much upkeep to the outside. Was not able to use the grill, outdoor table or balcony as there were tons of leaves and grill was dirty and had mouse houses in it. Fan in master bed didn't work very well. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking pots and condiments. Close to stores and beaches. Lots of board games on rainy days. Quiet neighborhood. Owners were great, kept me informed of all check in details.

Hi Helena, Thanks again for staying with us and thank you for the feedback. Sorry you weren’t able to enjoy our outdoor space, but glad to hear the indoor space worked well. With respect to the leaves, our landscaper generally comes and does spring cleanup in mid April, as it’s typically still pretty cold out at the beginning of the month. And our apologies that the grill was not in great shape…it’s not used much in the winter months. Once the weather turns warmer, our housekeeper details it on a weekly basis. Perfect for the whole family

We very much enjoyed staying at this property! We travelled with our large extended family, and I felt that it was very comfortable for everyone. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and did not require to sleep on a couch. I also travelled with my two young children (2 y/o and 5 months). The home had pack and plays, high chair, and baby gates for us to use, which was amazing (let’s be honest, the less baby gear to lug around the better!) ! Also, plenty of space to park.

Vacation with adult children

Large property with plenty of indoor and living space in addition to the bedrooms. We had 9 people in our group and never felt cramped. This property would also work well with young children. Plenty to do at the house - ping pong table, videos, games, books and a nice yard. Property is in a quiet residential neighborhood - very nice. As stated in listing this house is about a mile from First beach. We drove our things down in the morning and for us it was close enough to walk to/from as desired. Unless you are a real trouper or beach lightly it would be difficult to walk with your beach things to/from. Thames street/Bowen warf is about 1.5 miles. We did some walking there but is was easy to drive and find parking through the week. So much to do in the Newport/Middletown area. Great property, great location, great vacation!!

Amazing home in Newport!

I am the Maid of Honor for my best friend and booked this home for a bachelorette! The entire group had nothing but great things to say about the home. It was conveniently located near town and offered more than enough space for our group! The home was clean and equipped with everything we might have needed. The owners were kind and responsive. My best friend couldn’t have been happier with her bachelorette!! Thank you Ryan and Becky!!

Everything was amazing, the property owners were so helpful and kind and the property was clean, and had so many extra amenities that I haven’t found in other stays. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Wedding weekend

This was a great spot for us for the weekend that our daughter got married in Newport. It was just one mile from the church and 1.5. Miles from the venue - a quick Uber ride! The owners were gracious and responsive to our needs. There was plenty of space for all of us. Thank you Becky and Ryan!
