Thank you for your review but I'd like to clarify some points.I rented the apartment to a lot of families or groups of friends with 4 and 5 people and they have always appreciated the comforts and the location . As regards the air-conditioner I haven't received any complaint till now from other guests but you could have informed me, I would have helped you. In fact at your check in I said you would have had my full assistance during your stay. I advise all renters to contact me for any need they have. The apartment is on the first Italian floor, there are only 12 steps to the apartment. On the web site there's written that there's no lift for the first floor. The building is ancient and the lift was built later but it couldn't be built after 12 steps.

I'm really sorry and sad about this review. I've been renting this apartment for 11 years and it's the first time I receive a very bad review like this one (I'm talking of 98 Reviews). I don't agree with it at all about cleaness, I take care of my guests and cleaness is my first aim and anybody can read it . I always check the apt. I have a question to this guest: why didn't she tell me soon, I would have sent the cleaning woman again. it isn''t fair and correct to complain after leaving. As regards update and uncomfortable furniture, also this it's the first time I hear it. There are 3 pieces of furniture that are ancient not old and they are of value as some guests wrote in their reviews. I understand it's a matter of taste. Another thing is that there are a lot of photos of the apt on VRBO so guests can choose. At the end I can only say that my apartment doesn't deserve this rate.

Thank you for your review. I'm surprised to read this review because I contacted you almost every day asking you if you needed something else and if everything was working well. Your answer was :all is OK. Yes I checked the pillow (7 in the apartment) and one was a bit lumpy and I have changed it so I thank you, the fitted sheet isn't too small but not properly put on and the bedroom AC has also the function "sleep". I ask all my guests to contact me during their stay for anything they need so their stay will be better. I hope to meet you again in the future.
