Ocean, Beach & Pool Front condo situato nel centro di Surfside Beach offre 6 piscine (2 interne) nuovissimo fiume pigro e parco acquatico per bambini, 4 vasche idromassaggio, 3 saune, campi da tennis illuminati, campi da basket, campi da shuffleboard, una spiaggia all'aperto bar con beach volley e accesso a tutte le principali attrazioni di Myrtle Beach. Incredibile per guardare tramonti o albe. Questo bellissimo appartamento con una camera da letto, l'ultimo piano (5 ° piano) condominio è l'unità d'angolo situata nell'edificio "A" (A501) (ABBIAMO A602 ADIACENTE A QUESTO A501 * GUARDA IL NOSTRO VRBO QUOTAZIONE 433154 PER RECENSIONI A502) con uno spettacolare vista sull'oceano dell'Oceano Atlantico. Condominio è alla fine del piano superiore lontano da tutto il rumore, molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Se ami le spiagge, camminando, correndo, cercando conchiglie o denti di squalo, i campi da golf o divertenti attività per la famiglia ...... Tutto è a un passo.

In una gated community con sicurezza 24 ore su 24, questo resort ben curato si sviluppa su 33 splendidi ettari di proprietà. C'è anche un parco giochi completamente attrezzato e giochi arcade per i bambini.

Il resort si trova a pochi minuti da centinaia di ristoranti, numerosi campi da golf, due - tre moli, quattro - cinque centri commerciali, due Tanger Outlets, 3-4 parchi di divertimento, night club e teatri di musica, cinema, numerosi negozi specializzati e un varietà di altre strutture di intrattenimento. A pochi minuti dal condominio, ci sono una varietà di attività per persone di tutte le età e interessi.

Abbiamo appena acquistato questo appartamento aprile 2017. Una ristrutturazione completa è stata appena completata il 1 ° giugno 2017. Abbiamo anche il condominio A502 (accanto) VRBO # 433154.

Camera da letto ha un nuovo letto matrimoniale e materasso con comodini, 32 "TV a schermo piatto su un supporto girevole, armadio con deposito con ingresso privato in bagno. Zona a castello con scala personalizzata e sponda laterale (rimovibile). La zona giorno avrà un divano a sezione L che si estenderà per un letto. È comodo per una famiglia di 4 persone ma può ospitare fino a 6 persone. (TUTTI I NUOVI RAGAZZI)

L'unità di climatizzazione è stata completamente sostituita ad aprile 2017 e si raffredda molto bene ed è molto confortevole. Nella zona soggiorno è presente una nuovissima Smart TV a schermo piatto HD da 60 "4K. Il balcone è stato aggiornato con una nuova ringhiera con quattro sedie alte e due tavoli.

Place was adorable! My girlfriend stayed the first half of trip and husband came for second half. So if traveling with friend or spouse great place. Awesome ocean views from balcony. Had nice entertaining at onsite outdoors bar/restaurant. Would definitely book again.

My family reunion

This place was amazing. The view is the best part due to being able to see the ocean, pool, and campground. The place is modern and very nice! I will recommend this place to friends and family.

Great trip.

The condo was perfect. The location was a little far from the Mrytle Beach boardwalk and attractions, about a 20 minute drive, however the area was much nicer and the beach was never overcrowded.

This property had a stunning view. It was clean and felt like a home away from home. My entire family was comfortable and very happy with our stay. Diane was great and very easy to work with. I would highly reccomend a stay at this location!!

Great Resort for families!!!! Will definitely come back again.

Great newly renovated condo. Owner is very responsive, keeps you informed, and made things very easy. The resort property is set up very well and the beach was wonderful. I would highly recommend this condo for a couple or family with small children. Top floor on the corner with great views.

Diane’s place is an absolute dream! My stay was delightful with multiple dolphin sightings. She is an excellent host, and her place is the best location in the entire resort. It is the top fifth floor, oceanfront, end unit with a corner view. There are no tall buildings along the stretch of sand and ocean to the distant Myrtle Beach skyline. She has nice seating areas with hi top chairs on the patio, and a recliner & couch inside. The manager and gate guards are diligent in ensuring the resort is safe and secure.

Absolutely beautiful condo with perfect views of the ocean and pools! Exceptionally clean! Great outdoor restaurant and bar. Lots to do in the area. The condo owner is very helpful and always available for questions.

Had the most wonderful week-long in 501A! Perfectly situated, impeccably clean condo on a very protected gated property, and all the amenities you need for a stay away from home. Our host Diane was the easiest, most accommodating and friendly person you could deal with, constantly within an our reach via email despite numerous questions we'd come up with. This property is highly recommended and one we will return to in the future! Thank you again Diane Curtiss!
