Appena costruita casa adorabile della città (più di 2.100 mq ft) situato a tutto! Servizi incredibili che non si ottiene quando si vive in una casa come il suo parco cane, sentiero per camminare intorno a uno stagno con una bella fontana, un'area comune con seduta all'aperto con camino a gas e luci per il tempo di serata, un individuo Patio esterno che oltre guarda la fontana e la residenza è adiacente ad un quartiere ben consolidato e familiare.

Questo villino ha anche una zona soppalcata aggiuntiva per appendere fuori a guardare la TV, giochi di gioco, ecc.

Great place close to University.

Spent a week visiting our kids in College Station. Place had a well equipped kitchen. Centrally located to A&M, restaurants and shopping.

The house is beautiful with plenty of room for my family. Two living areas and TV in allThe rooms. The beds were comfortable and the home is very well kept. It made our stay enjoyable. Definitely give this one a try.

Spacious and nicely decorated

Spacious property with 2 sitting / gathering areas in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed at Christmas and the tree and decorations were lovely. Lots on games available in the house. Great upstairs patio. The host was very responsive when we had a quick question.

Stream television was an issue. The owner had to come over to gain access to ESPN and it took 30 minutes. Not very turn key. The condo was as advertised

Great location

Second time staying in this townhouse, we love the distance to Kyle Field and Santa’s Wonderland. The location/neighborhood is great and we love the layout/amenities so much for our family. The furniture is starting to be a little worse for wear and we had ants in the kitchen this time. It was a little harder to get in touch with the host this time, but we were able to get an early check in which we really appreciated!

Beautiful Condo

We were in College Station to help move our college daughter into her college apartment and since we had grandparents with us, this townhome was the perfect space. It was roomy, beautifully decorated, great layout, quiet neighborhood yet it was close to everywhere we needed to be. We loved it so much we plan on renting the same home when we come back for football games.

Nice quiet stay

Good location and easy to get back and forth to A&M campus. Great floorplan layout for a family with master downstairs and 2 bedrooms up with it's own living area. Bonus was ability to park car in garage when storms came through one night. Would stay here again!

Nice townhouse

Easy to find. Cute townhouse with large bedrooms and closets. Comfortable beds. The AC wasn’t working upon arrival and the owner & maintenance man were very quick to get someone to come over and make quick repairs. The house was clean but dusty. We were very comfortable there and would stay there again. Having a garage for one of our cars was a HUGE bonus!

College Station

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The home was clean and well-maintained. While the townhome is located next to a busy highway, which results in some road noise, this does not impact the quality of the property. I would recommend staying here.

Nice place

For a newer rental in a college town, it was nice. There were obviously things broken, worn and in need of replacement but it’s in a nice location and safe. Plenty of space. Easy access to major roads and close enough to campus. Communication with manager was excellent. Very responsive. Would rent again.

Had family down for my daughter’s graduation. 10 to be exact. All slept well. They enjoyed sitting on patio deck in evening. Great space , had Tv in almost every room. Two seating area. They stated the could her the trains and drag racing one night but other than that they felt comfortable in the space.

Overall a good experience but small details matter

Some feedback: - Water line not connected to fridge for filtered water and ice - Towels were a little tattered - Coffee maker should be replaced and perhaps stock better coffee - Better shampoo/conditioner/wash would be a nice touch rather the attached applications and product. - TVs could be upgraded (important for game day weekends) and I find Roku to be frustrating. - perhaps a Bluetooth speaker for music Small things overall but I think it would differentiate and encourage repeat customers. Nothing that got in the way of enjoying our weekend. Thanks for hosting.

Good stay!

Everthing was as in discrimination of property. Key pad for garage door did not work well (needs some attention) but could have been weather related because it was humid and rained most of our stay. Floors were sticky but also could have been due to high humidity. Found hair on upstairs bathroom floor sink and bathtub. The rest reason I gave 4 stars in cleanliness (along with sticky floors) Beds were very comfortable! Loved floor plan of house! Would stay again!

All in all good stay

The owner let us check in an hr early which was great! Good location and cute townhome. The bedrooms got a little hot at night however the rest of the house got pretty cold. We couldn’t get the living room TV to work however there was another tv room so we made that work. Microwave handle was broke off previously and the floorboards and carpets need a deep cleaning . So just a few minor things that need addressing But all in all the house was fine and the beds were comfortable.

Nice condo, but ants and not the cleanest

The condo was nice/modern but not very clean or well kept. It was tidy, but the entire place was dusty. Hair & tons of mildew in the shower, thick visible layer of dust on the ceiling fans. Ants in the microwave, all through the kitchen and in the half bath. Very little help from host with this issue. I communicated that there were ants in several places shortly after our arrival and that we had used some Raid we found in the cabinet. Her response was ‘in the microwave? that’s odd’. I let her know we had small kids that were all over the floor, so I couldn’t just spray Raid everywhere; there was no wet mop to clean it up. She asked what I thought she should do???? When I gave her options, she said absolutely nothing for the entirety of our stay!! Absurd! If you have been a host this long, you should know how to handle this promptly and efficiently. Also, many pieces of furniture were stained, broken/missing pieces and/or unsteady. We had reservations for a family of 6 and we were left FOUR bath towels and washcloths for a 2 night stay. I did request an earlier check in and she was accommodating. The beds were comfy, but some linens were stained and it was off putting. Carpet needs shampooing- lots of stains. Almost every pan/pot I grabbed to cook with was dirty and had to be cleaned before I could use it. Far from the cleanest or nicest STR we have stayed in. The property & furniture needs a bit of upkeep/maintenance.

Hello, my name is Page. I live here in College Station, and yes a former Texas A&M graduate! I own/manage my own properties. I enjoy meeting new guests and helping to make their vacations pleasurable in any way I can. Brand new with great location to all A&M events. Next to a pretty walking trail around a pond with fountain, dog park and awesome outdoor common area hang out area with outdoor gas fireplace. Also has an outdoor patio to view the pond and fountain.
