Le caratteristiche della nostra casa di città includono 2 Master Suite con letti king size e materassi con imbottitura a cuscino, una cassaforte, TV LCD da 26 pollici e 1 Master Suite con letti matrimoniali senza letti singoli e TV a schermo piatto da 20 pollici con lettore DVD integrato. Il nostro soggiorno offre un divano letto e un centro di intrattenimento con TV Sony LCD da 55 pollici con lettore DVD / videoregistratore e accesso wireless a Internet in tutta la casa. La cucina è arredata con elettrodomestici di dimensioni standard. Lavatrice e asciugatrice, asse e ferro da stiro sono inclusi anche. Tutti i bagni delle suite sono dotati di asciugacapelli. La nostra casa di città si trova a pochi minuti da Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Wet N 'Wild, e ad una distanza a piedi dall'Orlando Orange County Convention Center. Great location, good for families

We had multiple families vacationing together and this condo was an excellent option for us since we could book it in combination with others in the same complex.

Perfect Location

Very good place to stay. We had an event at the OCCC west concourse and this was just 5 minutes from there. Very clean and neighborhood very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Stay

We had a very nice stay. The home was very accommodating, clean and in a beautifully manicured neighborhood. The community pool was clean and hospitable. The location is very close to most of the area attractions we went to.

Overall, we loved the unit, the location, the ease of access, and communication with the host. The pool had entertainment and a great outdoor bar with a small food menu…it was so convenient! Given the number of people the unit can accommodate, we were surprised by the lack of kitchen supplies (few glasses, no towels, no cookie sheet, etc). However, we made it work. One bedroom (double beds) needed some dusting and cleaning.

Great place near Discovery Cove

Property was excellent and worked very well for us. Very clean and communication with the property manager was very good. We loved it and would stay there again without hesitation.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay - there were a few minor things such as sheer netting across kitchen sliding doors - felt a bit exposed - some other minor cleaning/wear and tear items but overall enjoyed the stay.

I purchased these properties because of their great proximaty to the Orange County Convention Center and their central location to all that Orlando has to offer (theme parks, International Drive, etc.) I bought side-by-side units to cater to businesses attending conventions and larger parties of vacationers who would like to stay together.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The 3rd bedroom is a bonus because of the 2 big double beds. No small twin beds. Also, the 3 floor plan allows everyone their own space at the end of the day with each bedroom having its own private bath.
