The resort is just as described and the view was amazing. We did feel the condos description was misleading. The second bedroom is really just a Galway leading to the bathroom, with the bunk beds on one side. There is no room for anything without blocking the hallway, and no way to get to the bathroom without walking by anyone in the bunk. The bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable.Everything else was good.

Nice place on the water! I never cook on vacation so I can't comment on that stuff, but here is some general feedback: - There are elevators closer to the room that are more responsive than the ones at the end of the walkway from the garage. - Both bathroom sinks desperately need Drano. - The white couch cover in the living room needs to be washed. Throw pillow are also heavily stained. It's pretty gross.- Harassment by the cleaning crew on the morning of departure was really annoying. Check out is at 10, and there is a way to notify the host if you depart early (via the guest portal). The cleaning crew shouldn't be banging on the door at 8:30 and again at 9:30 to see if you are still there unless you notified the host that you are checking out early. RealJoy should contact their cleaning contractors and

Beach Get Away

Second time at Majestic Towers, really like it. (The current pandemic made the stay stressful, but were able to enjoy the beautiful view each day)

Nothing short of perfect

My family and I could not have loved this condo any more! It was exactly as pictured. Location was superb. My kids adored the bunk beds and having their own room. The condo is beautifully curated too. The little convenience store downstairs is great too. Everyone of the staff was so kind as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Convenient location

We came in for a soccer tournament at the Publix Sports Complex. The unit was centrally located, allowing easy back and forth to the soccer fields, as well as walking distance to eateries and the beach. We did have AC issues the first day, but owner was quick to respond and get the issue resolved. Pools were great. Would stay again.

The condo was good! Could use some bigger frying type pans for kitchen. The 1st night was a bust with fire alarms going non stop and sending one child in panic.

Fall Break

Location was great. The condo was ok. The beds were so uncomfortable. The dishwasher and sink smelled like sewage. Remotes for tv's needed batteries. The lighting is terrible. The furniture is awful. Checkout time was 10 and cleaning person was at door at 945 to 950. The beach and weather was amazing! I would not stay here again.

Family Spring Break

Listing was mostly accurate. The family room and kitchen are nice. Decor and furniture is modern. The view is amazing and located centrally to many family friendly activities. Note the room with bunk beds does not have a door. The tile in the hall and bathrooms of condo is older and needs replaced or steam cleaned. We used the washer and dryer, ran small loads as directed. The dryer got too hot and burned holes in 2 items of clothing, sadly one was our daughter’s favorite. The traffic on weekend nights can be noisy for anyone sleeping in the master bedroom. Option to use the indoor pool was nice for cool mornings.

Beautiful Condo

This was our second stay at Majestic Beach resort and the condo was beautiful. Looked exactly as pictured. Check-in was a little rough. When we arrived there was no parking pass left for us in the room as stated. I contacted the rental property was told they’d send someone out to bring one. After almost 2 hrs of waiting and several phone calls to the rental property one was delivered. Communication wasn’t the greatest. We were told to write on a piece of paper and put it on our dash until they could bring us one. Beyond frustrating when you’ve been in a car for over 12 hrs. Condo had everything you could need. Location was perfect close to food, grocery and plenty of attractions for the kids and whole family to enjoy.

Facility was good but needs some work

The whole facility was great! The location and amount of pools/elevators was great for our family of four. The actual unit we stayed in was not great. It was dirty, the floors felt like they’ve never been cleaned. The towels were dirty, which I cleaned when we got there. There is not a light in the living room where the dining table is so we had to eat meals at the bar to have light. The kitchen didn’t have some basics like mixing bowls. The worst thing was that the A.C. went out two times in our 4 day stay. Once we learned how to fix it from the building manager, we were able to fix it the second time. Overall, it just wasn’t relaxing having to clean and fix problems while on vacation. I have to do that while I’m home.

Resort is nice, but will chose different condo unit

Pros:Resort itself was nice, pool was lovely, close to many places to eat/shop, security ensures people using the amenities are guests and also ensures children are with a parent when in places that it’s required, such as the hot tub. Cons: elevators are busy & quite slow, hard to get a chair at the pool, slow Wi-Fi Majestic is nice, but, I would not choose to stay in this particular condo again. It was listed as a 2 bedroom-it only has 1 bedroom. Calling the space a 2nd bedroom is misleading. The second “bedroom” is merely a hallway w/ a set of bunk beds that leads to the 2nd bathroom. There isn’t any space for anything at all & there is ZERO privacy. We used this space for teen girls & having nowhere for belongings & zero privacy was difficult for everyone. Additionally, the required sheets for the pullout couch were not provided. Twin size sheets were provided for a queen bed, so the adults using this space had to use only the blanket. This unit is in need of some major repairs to their appliances. The refrigerator took a long time to cool & we were afraid we would lose some of our groceries due to the temp. Once it finally got to temp (24 hrs), the remaining time it froze the food & ruined groceries. The oven cooks very slowly, the blender did not work at all, the wash machine has hardened fabric softener in its dispenser & the worst part was the dishwasher. The entire inside is covered in mold & mildew. I was disgusted thinking we ate off dishes run through it.

Aged, not great at all.

Pros-The unit was decorated so nicely ! Loved the decor. It had good space for a family of 4. The view was beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great having a washer /dryer. Cons- There was construction on the street (looked like long term road expansion possibly) so the constant sound and beeping of the equipment was not very relaxing, especially by the pool. Parking and getting to the unit was such a process, two elevators. The elevators are very slow. Everything looks very aged , almost dirty, on the property that is. But in the actual unit, there was what appeared to be mold in each of the bathrooms. It had been surface cleaned but the jets in the tub had “grime” and black all around them and the shower had black (assuming some kind of mold ) all around the bottom and sides. All of our feet were black after walking around for a bit in our bare feet so I don’t think the floors had been cleaned too well. The master bedroom is on the side of the hall way so it was a challenge to get get sleep because of the noise (also very close to trash chute). For the cost, adding in the cleaning fee and resort fee, we wish we would have stayed at one of the hotels for all the convieiences they offer. Our friends stayed at the holiday inn and that’s where we spent all of our time except to sleep because their amenities were much better and cleaner. And last, there was a lice kit in the master bathroom. That had me worried if previous tenants had issues with lice but I don’t know and we are just leaving but so far, no signs of lice. 😬😬 We were informed only after receiving code that we had to pay to use fitness center. We would not stay at this resort again.

Beautiful view, clean, updated, easy to access, great communication. ENJOY!

I came to have a personal getaway to the ocean. I mostly got what I wanted/needed. The condo was wonderfully located, clean, updated and had most of the amenities you might need. The unit has amazing views, beachfront easy access to the ocean. restaurants, bars, stores and gas stations within walking distance and across the street. Family friendly as well as a fun place for adults. The condo is about 30 minutes from the Panama City Airport. Here are some things to keep in mind to plan ahead. Rental cars were very difficult to find if they weren't booked in advance for the weekend I came. So I would suggest you have your transportation handled before you go. I didn't rent a car. Uber and Lyft drivers are NOT abundant here. Both drivers who took me to and from the airport all said that there are just not many drivers in this area so you are having to wait long times and competing with anyone else trying to get a ride, especially to the airport. There are private taxi/transportation services and I had to use one when I left. They are around the same price, but still a little more expensive. Around $45 for my Lyft and $60 for private taxi, both prices include tip. You have to rent the beach chairs even if you're staying at the resort. It's about $45 for the day. I would suggest getting there early to enjoy the day and get the most out of the cost. But I didn't have any problem getting a chair. I can see this being a beautiful and quiet get away, HOWEVER, there was a motorcycle rally the weekend I arrived and unfortunately, they were cruising and racing until 2 am. The bedroom is on the street side of the resort and it was pretty loud. No one's fault, just something you may want to consider if you're looking for peace and quiet. And the last thing is they have a washer and dryer but no soap or dryer sheets, so you have to buy them either at the little store on the property which was only open until 2 pm, or be prepared to by it from a store, or wait until you get home. I hope all of that helps when making your plans. You won't be disappointed. This was my first time in the area and I look forward to coming again and I'll be better prepared for what to expect. ENJOY!

The room was nice and cozy and fit our needs well

The information regarding the lock on this property should be discussed so that you aren’t trying to figure out how to lock the door when you get there! Also the bracelets were not left for our family. Other than those two issues everything went smoothly! I was very happy and I would stay at this property again
