I loved that the condo is on the first floor and that you can walk right out the back door to the pool area and beach access. It has a nice seating area outside as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We also loved it’s proximity to shops and dining options.

Great Place and Location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The location is spectacular. The pool is steps away from the back porch, as well as the beach! Great home away from home :)

South Padre Island 2023

Property was as advertise, amenities where very good and had a great time. would recommend this location to others, especially if you have little ones.

Great stay in SPI

We had a great stay at this condo! The location in the complex was top notch! We really enjoyed being able to grill on the large patio! The carpet grass was so fun for our boys to play football!! The living area was plenty large for our part of 8. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location, great stay!

We really enjoyed our time at Julie’s place. The first floor unit was easy for coming and going from the pool and the beach. Loved the layout and the kitchen. Communication with Julie was a breeze. The towels and beds were super comfy. Will stay here again!

Highly Recommend

Everything about our stay was top notch. The cleanliness and updated furniture/ appliances, the abundance of towels and beach toys, and above everything the location right on the main floor just steps from the pool and ocean. Our family of 6 had the best time - plenty of room to dine, spread out and relax, everything we needed! Highly recommend this stay!

Great Beachside stay!

This condo was perfect for our family. Super cute, super clean and perfectly situated on the bottom floor. Just a few steps to the pool and beach. It was also walking distance to several restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo for your next stay!

Absolutely perfect!

The condo is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Weather was rainy but we sat out on the beautiful patio, and even used the barbecue grill. So convenient to be close to the pool and beach. Beds were comfy and tons of space. Really enjoyed our stay!

Came down to South Padre. Pour some rest and relaxation. The condo is the perfect spot for that. All amenities are fantastic and well equipped comfort of beds and furniture is awesome. Location is amazing as you are just steps from the pool and or the boardwalk down to the beach. This is an amazing place for your family and friends to stay to get some relaxation highly recommend and we’ll stay here again.

This property is exactly as described. It was perfect for our family & we especially enjoyed our daily walks on the beach. The hot tubs & pools were also a big hit with our family. The property owner was very good about keeping in contact & answering questions immediately. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit South Padre Island-we had a GREAT stay!!

Our stay was amazing to say the unit is properly equipped is an understatement. We didn’t even have to unpack our beach towels. It is also so conveniently located on the property, the laundry is literally outside the unit and the pool is just across the lawn. We were 8 of us in total but the unit is so spacious we never felt on top of each other. Our host was so accommodating as well and was very accessible for any questions. Will definitely book again.

Love Everything about this Place!!!

Loved everything.. from the get go the pictures dont do justice to this apartment. You feel right at home! You have everything you need starting from towels at the door leading to the pool and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you might need to cook for your family. The people that would help you out were always ready to answer your questions and help you out in any way possible. I LOVED THIS PLACE and look forward to staying here many more times!!!!!!

beautiful location to pool and beach with a front yard to play

pool is about 15 yards away and beach is about 200 yards away with a big yard outside the back porch...no elevators! Could be the best spot at SPI. Spacious floor plan, thoroughly accommodating landlord with all the kitchen tools, appliances and bathroom amenities for a long stay. We'll be back and we'll stay here. thank you

Great getaway from start to finish.

If you are wanting proximity to pools and the beach, a patio to cook and relax on, and space for your family to unwind, then this is the perfect rental for you. This listing is exactly what you see here with the patio space and beach accessibility closer than expected. The Saida resort is great for families with easy access to the extras the island offers. The condo was updated and fully stocked for our week stay. Julie was extremely helpful with our trip planning and availability as needed. This was a great touch that didn’t go unnoticed by other traveling with us in other agency condos in the same building.

Steps to fun in the sun

Zero logistics thanks to the amazing location, easy parking, and home organization. Seeing and hearing the ocean from the patio made every minute count towards our experience. We tend to get to the beach and inevitably forget something in our rental but no sweat with this location. The host is professional and kind. The home is clean and stocked. Thank you for the multiple boogie boards and beach toys to borrow. Our family will return! 😎

Good location, not very happy with the fact there was a water main break on the last day leaving us with no water and 3 little kids. We had to leave and get a hotel, and nothing was done to help rectify the situation. When notifying the owner, all I was told is that is out of their control.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We always strive to provide a positive stay and believe open communication is key. As soon as you informed us of the low water pressure, building management was immediately contacted. They reported that there was a broken water main and that crews were working to quickly resolve the problem. Unfortunately, utility issues coming into the building are beyond our control; nevertheless, we did our best to keep you informed of the situation. We were surprised to learn from your review that you opted to leave one day early and book a hotel, as this was not communicated during our exchanges. Additionally, no refund or further assistance was requested at the time. We are proud of our property and what it has to offer each of our guests. As you know, it is highly rated and regularly praised for its location and amenities. What with the bad December weather and broken water main that were unforeseen events out of our control, we are sorry the visit did not live up to your expectations. Thankfully, your commentary did not reflect any poorly on the Unit itself. Again, we remain personally committed to our guests and providing them a Unit they feel meets or exceeds their expectation. We did our best to keep you informed and hope future guests will recognize the value of our prompt efforts and clear communication given the situation.
