SquawGraLa (pronunciato come Shangrila) è un 5000 Sq. ft Executive Estate completata nel 2007. È molto nuovo e moderno.

Situato nel cuore di Squaw Valley negli Stati Uniti, a pochi minuti dal villaggio, ristoranti, canottaggio, rafting, mountain bike, escursioni e molto altro ancora! Tahoe è davvero una destinazione estiva perfetta. La casa combina il lusso moderno con Old Mountain Style.

Il design unico è costituito da una MAIN HOUSE e una grande GUEST HOUSE che sono collegate tramite un breezeway interno. Le case possono essere affittate insieme o separatamente.

La nostra lista di clienti aziendali include: Google, EA Sports, Wix, Passport Capital, oltre a numerosi matrimoni, riunioni di famiglia e feste importanti e incontri.

LA CASA PRINCIPALE ... ha 4 ampie camere da letto con un totale di 1 letto king size, 4 letti queen size, 2 divano letto, 3 bagni, una sala ricreativa completamente attrezzata con tavolo da biliardo e biliardino, 50 'a schermo piatto. E una camera Loft / Media separata con dimensioni 60 '' a schermo teatro, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, vasca idromassaggio privata per 6 persone e una grande cucina gourmet. Sono forniti TV Suddenlink e connessione internet wireless ad alta velocità. La 'MAIN HOUSE' può ospitare fino a 14 persone.

THE GUEST HOUSE ha il proprio ingresso separato, ampio terrazzo soleggiato con barbecue a gas, vasca idromassaggio privata per 6 persone, cucina completa, sala da pranzo e ampio soggiorno. TV e connessione internet wireless ad alta velocità sono forniti. La GUEST HOUSE può ospitare fino a 12 ospiti.

LA CASA PRINCIPALE ha grandi travi a vista e soffitti a volta. Il soggiorno dispone di cinque grandi finestre con vista, un soffitto a travi alto 20 piedi con lampadario e camino in pietra massiccia. L'uso del legno esposto, della pietra e del ferro battuto in tutta la casa ha la calda sensazione di un lodge rustico, caratteristico del fascino antico di Tahoe.

La Main House è arredata con mobili antichi e importati dalla Tailandia, dall'Africa e dall'Europa. C'è un grande ponte con barbecue a gas di lusso, e ampie vedute della valle, campo da golf, KT e Squaw Peaks.

La grande cucina contemporanea è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio, ripiani in granito e tutti gli elementi essenziali di intrattenimento gastronomico. È dotato di un'isola "Mariachi" 4 x 12, una gamma di cinque bruciatori, due lavastoviglie full size, macchina per caffè espresso, pentole professionali, padelle e posate.

La Master Suite ha soffitti a volta, porte francesi di otto piedi con ponte e splendide viste, un letto king size di New Cal, 42 'TV a schermo piatto sul soffitto a volta e cabina armadio. Il bagno principale dispone di una vasca idromassaggio a 2 posti con tre docce, lavandini per la sua e la sua nave e portasciugamani riscaldati.

C'è una grande Loft / Media Room al terzo piano con terrazza privata e grande vasca idromassaggio 6-7 persone. Il Loft / Media Room dispone di una TV a schermo ampio da 60 pollici con Surround Sound, DishNetwork e DVD. C'è un divano in pelle over-size, un divano letto e un comodo letto gonfiabile per dormire troppo pieno. Ci sono un totale di 7 posti letto nella casa principale.

Il piano inferiore della MAIN HOUSE comprende una sala ricreativa con nuovo tavolo da biliardo in ardesia, biliardino e HDTV da 52 pollici, tre ampie camere da letto con quattro letti queen size (una camera da letto con 2 letti queen size), un divano letto e bagno completo con vasca idromassaggio / doccia.

LA "CASA DEL CLIENTE" ... è di 1300 m² con una fantastica vista dalle finestre dal pavimento al soffitto. 20+ piedi del soffitto e delle finestre della cattedrale.
La Guest House dispone di due camere private più un soppalco di 30x15 piedi. Ci sono un totale di 8 posti letto nella Guest House con spazio extra nel soppalco per ulteriori 2 letti gonfiabili queen size (per un totale di 10 "letti"!).

This house worked out perfect for our group of 12 skiers. Super convenient having the door to door shuttle for the mountain. Incredible views of the valley.

Excellent house for larger ski groups! There was plenty of amenities for a large group (multiple dishwashers, washers, dryers, plenty of plates, towels, ect) property manager miles was extremely helpful, responsive and timely! We loved our stay

Great for wedding party!

Great stay during the week of our wedding. Miles the property manager was super helpful with snow removal and anything else we needed. Plenty of space for bridesmaids on one side and groomsmen on the other, really fun house.

Loved all the amenities! There was everything one would need: pots, pans, spices, etc…Went up for my daughter’s wedding! We needed a place big enough to host rehearsal dinner for 18-20 people. This placed had it all: several seating areas, 2 full kitchens with 3 dinning tables. Plus a game room that the kids and younger adults enjoyed. The host was amazing, quickly responded yo all my questions! 5 Stars for sure

Property is great for large groups but could use a deep clean, a furniture refresh, and more cooling in summer months. Wonderful location and eclectic art!

What an amazing house and property

My whole family and I stayed here for a week. It was 25 of us total and we had an amazing time!! The house was gorgeous and huge. The property manager provided with everything we could possibly need and was ver gracious with his time. Hoping to make coming here a family tradition.

Absolutely perfect!

We had our wedding reception here and it was amazing and so easy! The house itself is beautiful and the property managers were so helpful and kind. We had such a great time and can’t wait to come back one day. This house is huge and beautiful. The location is amazing overlooking the valley. It’s close to Tahoe City as well. We have nothing but good things to say about this place! So grateful we got to have our special day here.

Tons of space, perfect for large group

This house was perfect! We had 20 adults come together from all over the country for a long weekend in Tahoe. The space fit us all so well and with room to spare. We enjoyed the various living space and kitchens. While a little off of the lake (which we knew) we enjoyed having the Palisades village with restaurants, bars and even attended a wine fest. Overall great house, good location, made for a fun weekend! Miles, our host, was available as needed and kept in touch throughout our stay.

Fabulous property for a retreat

We rented this property for 1 week to hold a workshop with 15 people. My guests enjoyed the rooms, the kitchens (lots of equipment!), the common spaces (including the spacious balconies), and of course the amazing location. The houses are clean, spacious, and bright. The internet worked well / the property is close to walking/biking trails and walking distance to the village. I would rent this house for work or family reunions in a heartbeat. The manager and concierge were both fabulous to work with (thanks Steve and Miles!).

Amazing getaway for our retreat

I run a small retreat twice a year for a group of friends and this house has been perfect for us. The house is gorgeous and spacious. We loved it so much we booked it again (we usually hop around to different venues.) Steve is very responsive, generous, and easy to work with. Having two kitchens is actually a huge advantage to us since we do both group meals and DIY meals. We just designated one kitchen for each and it kept a nice separation between ingredients and process. Oh and there are two large hot tubs!

View from Eagles Nest

Eagles Nest is an amazing property! Every member of our 3 generation family had a blast. Access to the mountain, views from the house (and hot tubs), game room, huge TV room and that guest house gave us the room to have privacy and make memories together that will last a life time. I have to give a shout out to the local property manager Miles. He is so attentive. Even in this season of huge snow falls, he was always ahead of the task. The driveway, paths and even the back patio were always conveniently ready for us!

The perfect ski weekend for large groups

A group of four families and a few singles stayed at Steven's homes over the holiday weekend, and had a blast. We rented both homes, and they are connected by an inner door in the middle. Each home had a kitchen, dining area and loft so there were lots of different hang out spaces. The homes had everything we needed for a large group to be comfortable - many bathrooms & towels, lots of hot water, plentiful dishes & glasses, TWO hot tubs(!) and parking for 6-7 cars (even with snow piled high). The homes are also literally a few minutes drive from the Squaw parking lots, so they couldn't be more convenient to the slopes and shops. We're looking forward to coming back next year!

Ideal Weekend Getaway

I rented out this beautiful house for my friends birthday, and let me tell you, it was PERFECT. The house is absolutely stunning and spacious enough to fit our large group of 20, extremely comfortably. The guest house and main house both have kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms so if you take up the whole house, everyone will be happy and comfortable. Did I also mention there are two hot tubs? They both sit up on two different balconies and this feature was really amazing, especially after a day of skiing. The location is impeccable since it sits about a 8-10 minute drive from Squaw, maybe quicker in the summer season. You have restaurants, shopping and other activities within a 10-20 minute drive from the house and I would recommend this rental to any party large or small. The owner of the house really tops it off as he was so nice and a pleasure to rent from. Conclusion: House = Beautiful, Location = Perfect, Comfort/Homey Vibe = YES.

Great House for Big Groups

What an amazing stay! The location and size are perfect for multi family trips. Great location with proximity to world class hiking, trail running, biking and obviously swimming(Lake Tahoe). The two kitchens were stocked with everything you need to cook big meals. 3 dishwashers and 2 washer/dryers was super nice too. Bikes and helmets available (although could use a little tune up) were awesome. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The master on main was a little on warm side and we wish the door from that one had a screen on it so it could be opened at night, because the one small window in the room wasn’t quite enough. Admittedly this is nitpicking.It was still good. Miles was a great host. Very responsive. Very kind. Would stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you!

Large Group Thoughts

This is a great house for large groups – two kitchens and dining areas, game room with pool/shuffle board/foosball, two hot tubs, outdoor grill/eating/lounge area. We had a terrific time overall – great meals and fun playing games whether in the main room or game room area. A few areas that could be improved – pillows could use replacing and several comments were made on beds not being comfortable. For ex, in the primary king room the sheets continually slipped off the bed and there was no mattress cover, and pillows were uncomfortable so sleeping was not ideal for this room and others based on group comments. The couches were also worn in the main room. The structure of the house is great and a set up like this is tough to come by for large groups, but for a five star experience these things could be elevated.

Thank you for the honest review. it always help for us to know where we can improve. As you noted the property is great from large groups and post covid has boomed....We host 300-400 people per month, so there's some wear and tear. My only regret is that you didn't bring this to our attention, while staying there. One of the exceptional features of the property is we have a Concierge Host, so if you have any issues....Toaster dies....bad pillows or disposal gets clogged....Just let us know, and we will fix it. We stock back ups of everything, and are constantly upgrading the property Last break we replaced the carpets and installed hard floors in the guest house and loft. I just personally spent 2k on linens only two months ago. Beds are scheduled to be upgraded this Spring. ;-) You had asked for an early in the Cleaner were rushing to accommodate your request, maybe used the wrong size sheets -- I don't really know...but I do know it would have been an easy fix....So next time just Please let us know so we can make you experience amazing.

Property needs some maintenance.

1. Guest House oven door needs to be fixed. The door will free fall down. 2. Guest house sliding door doesn't have a lock 3. Main house downstairs bathroom lock needs to be repaired. 4. Main House dishwashers need repair and maintenance. 5. Main house master bedroom doesn't have a lock. 6. Nice Big house connected with guest house and looks like one big house. 7. Very near to Ski resort 8. Lot of car parking spaces (7 or 8). 9. Pool table sticks need to be repaired or fixed. 10. No big disturbance from neighbors. 11. Two hot tubes (one in the Main house & one in the Guesthouse). 12. Most of the beds are good but some of the beds are not good. 13.

Wow - bit surprised by this review. My manager and I both reached out to the client twice to ask how everything was and only got positive feedback. We did have to caution them several times on being loud and partying after hours....So maybe this is a retaliation review. regarding the specifics. 1 of the 3 dishwashers was broken. But the Main has 2, and the Guest House has one...so the client was not inconvenienced. The pool cue tips break often...so we supply easy slip on replacements...all they had to do was ask. The lock on the bathrooms work ? The slider is on the third level and has never been a security risk...Please check all of our other reviews...Sorry to say, this group played drinking games and left the kitchen and dinning area stick from spills...dont feel its a fair review, even though they included some compliements as well. Owner Steve.

July Wedding in Olympic Valley

Beautiful property right across from a beautiful meadow just a short ways away from Palisades We had our family/close friends stay at the house for the weekend. Everyone was comfortable. we rented what we needed for the wedding and did it in the backyard. It was lovely! Miles, the property manager, did so much to make the day perfect. He even did special landscaping for us and made sure all the electrical was up to working order for outdoor power. All of our guests had positive interactions with him. If there were any issues he was there within a matter of minutes to take care of the situation. He was also accommodating during the check in and check out process. He communicated well with us throughout the whole process. Miles is very plugged into the community and what to do in the area. He makes a great host! For anyone planning on a event, know that there is now a registration process through Placer county. Stephen, the property owner, helped us with this process.

Great for large family.

We enjoyed our stay. Coffee with the family, on the deck, with the fire, was our favorite.

Absolutely wonderful

We booked this property for a family reunion. We had a wide range of ages, but . this property and area had something for everyone. The property manager was very helpful and quick to fix any issues we had. (Which were few). When my daughter left her stuffed animal beehind he was able to mail it back to her! Wink was so kind of him. The double kitchen and double hot tubs was super nice to have! The kids loved not having to share with us Old folks lol. I highly recommend this house

This property is very unique in that is two houses connected at the hip by a enclosed breezeway. This allows large groups to settle in and still have the elbow room to disperse into intimate spaces. The two houses integrate seamlessly, but also provide noise and visual privacy. You have two kitchens - Three decks, two outdoor hot tubs and more. It is very hard to find a quality upscale property like this - that will also allow 25 guests. The county has limited the occupancy to 20 adults - Kids under 16 not counted...up to our limit of 25 total.
