Questa affascinante casa al mare a due piani, tre letti e tre bagni offre quasi 2000 metri quadrati di spazio vitale, due portici, un balcone e un comodo garage per una macchina. Lotto 100 sulla mappa del sito della Martinica. Solo ca. 200 metri dalla spiaggia !!

Tutti i nuovi materassi Beauty Rest di alta gamma. Un letto matrimoniale al piano di sotto e un letto matrimoniale e un letto matrimoniale al piano di sopra. Un nuovo top della linea divano letto La Z boy. Quattro nuovi TV 4K tra cui un Samsung 4K UHD da 75 "in salotto con audio surround Bose. Tutte le TV sono nuove di zecca e hanno un lettore blu ray. Un altoparlante Bluetooth Bose per il tuo telefono o I Pad o qualsiasi dispositivo Bluetooth. Tutte le TV sono predisposte per smart TV e WIFI.

Al piano inferiore troverete un ampio soggiorno, una sala da pranzo e una cucina completamente attrezzata con bancone per la colazione, frigorifero con macchina del ghiaccio, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard. Oltre alle principali zone giorno al piano inferiore c'è una camera per gli ospiti con bagno completo e un ampio portico posteriore schermato con accesso dalla cucina e dalla camera da letto.

Al piano superiore si trova una master suite e una camera aggiuntiva. La master suite dispone di un generoso bagno padronale con grande vasca da giardino, doccia separata in vetro, doppio lavabo e sala comode separata. Appena fuori dalla camera da letto principale godrete di una vista del Golfo del Messico dal balcone del secondo piano. La camera da letto al piano superiore aggiuntiva ha un sacco di spazio armadio e un ampio bagno completo. Altre caratteristiche includono soffitti da 9 e 10 piedi, ventilatori a soffitto, riscaldamento centralizzato e aria condizionata e molte aree di stoccaggio.

Wonderful pet friendly home with easy access to both pools & beach. The house was stocked so well w/beach chairs, toys, bikes and more. The host was amazing and was very responsive to any questions we had. I would stay at this property again in a minute. So spacious and beautiful inside. Loved the golf cart! Can’t wait to come back!

Robert was a great host. He was super responsive. Pros: location, the beds were super comfortable and there was a ton of stuff to use at the beach.Cons: The house was very dusty, the tables and lamps were coated in dust. The carpets definitely needed to be cleaned. The leak in the master shower wasn't fixed so we couldn't use that shower for the majority of our stay, which was very inconvenient. The house overall just really needs a refresh and needs updates as everything is original.

We’re sorry that the cleanliness and condition of the home did not meet your expectations. We take those comments seriously and have already reviewed this with the cleaning people. Regarding the master shower, we understand this was an inconvenience, and we regret that the shower started leaking in the middle of your stay. When y'all notified us of the leak, I offered to have the plumber there the next morning, but your husband asked us to wait until y'all have checked out to repair it. The home does have two additional full bathrooms, which are available for use. Our Vrbo listing includes professional photographs of each room so guests can have a clear understanding of the home's layout, furnishings, and overall style before booking. That said, we appreciate your feedback regarding updates, and we are continually evaluating improvements to the property. Thank you again for staying with us and for bringing these items to our attention. We’re always looking for ways to improve the guest experience.

Our family has stayed in this home serval times and have always had an enjoyable vacation. We will most likely be returning next year. Although the home isn’t on the beach it is just a short walk or golf cart (provided by the host) ride away. There is everything provided that you can want for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

This is a cute cozy beach cottage very close to the beach (easy walk). The neighborhood is charming. The house had everything we needed for the beach. I really appreciated the keurig, device charging hubs, golf cart, comfortable couches, etc. Pool was cold but we got in once. Our host, Robert, was quick to respond to all messages and check-in and checkout were extremely easy.

Great time at Parrot Keep

Our family had a great time at the parrot keep. Check in was easy and there were lots of him amenities that we were able to use around the house and kitchen. Beach access was super convenient too.

Great Thanksgiving Get Away!

We had a great time with extended family who rented another home in Martinique - our house was perfect, better than the one my sisters' family rented! We had a great time and look forward to going back again!

Wonderful spot for family getaway

This was just what we needed to escape the snow in December. Location is wonderful and the house has big bedrooms with comfortable beds and on-suite bathrooms. Close to pools and the beach. Perfect spot to relax

Great stay!

Loved the location. Far away from the condos and crowded beaches of Orange Beach. House was comfortable and clean and had everything needed (from a wine opener to a golf cart) to make our four week stay an absolute pleasure.

Martinique is a charming French Caribbean community and our home is located in one the best locations possible. Our home will allow you to feel far away from civilization by offering miles of beach to explore. Yet you've got free in-house access to WiFi, and excellent access to the best amenities Gulf Shores has to offer. We can now offer a golf cart to licensed drivers for use within the community. This charming two story, three bed, three full bath beach house offers close to 2000 square feet of living space, two porches, a balcony, and a convenient one car garage. This is an excellent location, close to the pool and beach.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Martinique adjoins the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge which offers 4000 acres of un-developed beach, dunes, marsh and wilderness on the Fort Morgan Peninsula. This coastal Refuge is part of the Central Gulf Ecosystem Unit and provides refuge for the endangered loggerhead sea turtle, the endangered American alligator, and the rare gopher tortoise.

Part of the migration route of the monarch butterfly, the Refuge is also known for its more than 120 species of birds - making it a paradise for bird watchers. Along with birding, the refuge offers opportunities for hiking, swimming, photography, collecting sea shells, and boating. Fishermen enjoy both fresh and saltwater fishing.
