Salvezza Mare: Bella spiaggia di fronte.
Goditi la bellissima costa del golfo proprio fuori dalla porta posteriore, nella nostra casa di 4 bagni, 3 bagni. Lasciare i traffico, il rumore e la folla dietro a Orange Beach e Gulf Shores per la tranquilla serenità e di Fort Morgan. Bella casa di fronte alla spiaggia.

Descrizione:
* Letti = re, regina, regina, due set letti a castello (1 doppia oltre a due letti, 1 doppia over completo), divano letto, poltrona doppia letto, 1 a scomparsa doppia, 1 a due letti futon.
* Nizza golfo di fronte balcone coperto, perfetto per guardare i bambini a costruire castelli di sabbia, mentre si prende una pausa di sole, o per guardare i delfini. Proiettato in veranda sul ponte posteriore.
* Camera da letto Golfo davanti maestro (re), e altra camera da letto di fronte al golf (regina) entrambi aperti al ponte posteriore.
* Ogni camera dispone di TV, lettore DVD, orologio, e ganci.
* Cucina è dotata di macchina del ghiaccio, due forni a microonde, 2 caffettiere, una macchina per il caffè Keurig, tutti i principali elettrodomestici, grande pentola di coccio, grande girarrosto, pancake piastra, ampio pentole e piatti, gelati e caffè fatto in casa, e seggiolone e una sedia di richiamo per il piccolo. Sono inoltre disponibili una porta-culla, baby cancello e baby monitor.

Sorry - assolutamente no animali e non fumatori.

Godetevi la spiaggia privata, senza il fastidio di rivendicare il vostro posto. La pace e la tranquillità sono ben merita l'unità dalla folla in città. Zona residenziale, senza condomini grattacieli con cui lottare. Portatevi la vostra canoa ed attrezzature da pesca per pescare dalla spiaggia. Diversi ristoranti a prezzi ragionevoli si trovano nella zona. A soli 4 miglia dal campo da golf ben noto Kiva Dunes. One & 1/2 miglia da Ft. Morgan Marina, fornendo charter di pesca. A due miglia dalla storica Ft. Morgan, dove si può visitare o cavalcare il traghetto attraverso la baia di Dauphin Island.

Affitti da sabato a sabato nei mesi estivi, ma informarsi sugli affitti notturni, soprattutto in bassa stagione.

I love the house we stayed in!! It was equipped with everything we needed plus some!! The host was very nice and helped if we had any concerns. The pictures don’t do it justice on how beautiful the home was nor the beach area. Very relaxing and peaceful place to stay. If I could give it 1,000,000 stars I most definitely would!

The host was great. She would always respond to emails and was very flexible. The location of the house, and the view of the beach was fantastic. If I am in the area I will be staying again.

The house was better than expected. The weather was not the best so we had to spend more time in the house and the set up was perfect. The beds were all clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and washcloths and basically anything you needed for the beach. Probably the best part was the proximity to the beach. You can sit out back and watch the waves and dolphins and you are just a few steps away from the water.

Nice place for our family vacation. Plenty of kitchen supplies for us to cook our meals. Beds were comfortable. We loved the sun room when we weren’t at the beach. We had problems with no wifi service even after restarting the router. We had a hiccup with the dryer not working but that could happen anywhere. Owner sent extra towels to compensate. We enjoyed our stay.

Michael, my apologies for the wifi problem, it is sometimes sporadic out here but that fact doesn't help you any. And for the problem with the dryer; it's only 5 months old, the starter went out and they had to order the part. I appreciate your patience with these things. Thanks again for booking with us. Ange

Beautiful house, great location! My husband and I with our son, his wife (with baby brother on the way), and 2 granddaughters (5 and 2) stayed a full week and was very comfortable. Owner was excellent in her communication before and during our visit. House, kitchen, tons of beach toys, kid accessories, very well stocked. There were several hidden cabinets that were a little difficult to get to and in but the owner left detailed instructions on where to find things. So many wonderful books, DVDs, and such cute beach decor! The beach was not crowded, we saw dolphins, jellyfish, stingrays, crabs, tons of pelicans and sea gulls. The girls loved the swings and slide. A few minor issues, cracks in the flooring in a heavy traveled area kept catching my feet, we had to take up some throw rugs because they kept sliding with us, several lose rails on the back steps where our 2 year old needed to hold to, and we did see a few tiny ants in the kitchen. Nothing major that we couldn’t deal with. The checkout instructions seemed a lot more than we have been accustomed to, made the 10:00 checkout a very rushed morning since we needed to cook bfast, load the dishwasher, start it, then put up the dishes before we left. We left at exactly 10 but the dishwasher was still running, we didn’t get to put them away, I left the cleaning lady a note explaining. The cleaning fee on top of rental is 275. The beautiful house, view, big huge porch, screened in room, we would definitely stay here again.

I'm sorry to hear a bout the ants. They are sugar ants, that show up when there's been lots of rain. I have a pest control company that would have come to treat if I had known. And the floor is actually new, but the shifting house has caused a crack in one straight line of flooring. It will be replaced as soon as there is an opening in the schedule. I apologize for the inconvenience. The reason for the cleaning fee left for the housekeeper as a separate charge is to lower the fee that is charged by vrbo; the higher the amount owed, the higher their service fee is. The cleaning info is listed on the website and also on the rental contract. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay & hope to have you back.

Great house on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The house fit our family perfectly as we had some come for the entire week and others were in and out. Very well stocked kitchen.

Perfection Vacation Destination

Everything about our trip was wonderful. Communication with owners was excellent, house was clean and more than enough of everything we needed supplied. Beach is clean and the shade tent and chairs on the beach was nice, the view was beautiful and watching the storm roll in inside the covered area of the porch was an added bonus. Dolphins were active during our stay. I would highly recommend booking this property to anyone!

Beach Please

This house is the perfect, affordable, beachfront property. Everything you need is likely already there from beach supplies (seriously, leave your stuff at home she has you covered!), movies galore, books, games, beach bags, koozies, ice machine, throw blankets (when your sunburnt and chilly)…I could keep going but this would be very long. Beds were pretty comfortable. Place was clean with brushes and a hose on the upstairs deck to keep the sand to a minimum. Water was hot. Views is amazing. Outdoor space is great. Ange answered several questions via messages, text, and email. I’d recommend this house to any family and friends heading to Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores.

Such a great place and a wonderful owner making all the better!

I’ve been going to the beach for the last ten years. Most of them here to Gulf shores. This is by far the nicest place I’ve stayed at! You can tell the owners spend a lot of time here and it’s not just ran by a manager and just to make money. This is their home away from home and you can tell by the upkeep, the extras, the communication with the owner, all of it. It’s been such a peaceful week for me, two of my adult kids, one of my grandsons, and a friend of mine. I will certainly be keeping this info in my future “to go to” books. The owner was so kind and worked with me on payment deadlines when I had unexpected financial issues come up and did everything she could to help me make this trip happen! The only thing that disturbed us a bit was construction on a house next door which isn’t the owners fault and to be honest, it isn’t peek season so… Other than that no complaints and I would love to be able to come back!

Hidden gem

We love Fort Morgan for the privacy and seclusion yet a short drive to the hustle and bustle of gulf shores if you want. This house was perfect! We really enjoyed the stocked supply room of chairs, toys, sand castle supplies, and intertubes. This kept us from having to bring all that ourselves like we normally do. The back deck was great for all of us gathering and plenty of seating room everywhere. Kitchen well stocked. Beds SUPER comfy (better than my own I think!). Walk off the back deck and few steps to the water! We definitely plan to come back on our next trip. Ange was great , even called to check on us and quick to respond to anything. Thank you for sharing your home!

This place has everything

We traveled with my kids and 3 grandkids 5 and under. Everything we could of needed for the kids, they had. Kiddie chairs, picnic tables, sipping cups, toys and more toys. So nice since we flew in! Even for us adults. Plenty of outside chairs, everything a kitchen should have, the screened in porch was great. The place was clean and the beach was quiet. We will be back.

Right on the beach

This house was perfect for our multi-generation family. It was well stocked for our stay and kid friendly. We could watch the little ones on the beach from the deck. The ice-maker was a real plus. The owner was in touch with us and helpful every step of the way. Would book this house again.

Great place in perfect location

Ange's place right on the beach had everything we needed to have a really wonderful mini-vacation. Super well-appointed, comfortable beds, a spacious kitchen and dining table and chairs that accommodated the 7 of us well. Loved it. Thanks Ange!
