We’re sorry to hear the cleanliness did not fully meet expectations, especially with the fans needing attention. While beach properties can be more challenging to keep dust- and sand-free, the fans should still be properly cleaned, and we will address this with our housekeeping team. We also understand how uncomfortable it can be when the condo stays warm. Many condos at North Coast Village do not have air conditioning due to the coastal climate, but we know that during hotter periods, fans and open windows may not always provide enough relief. We’re also sorry that keeping the windows open led to more street noise at night. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We’re also glad the beach access worked so well for your family, especially for the older kids being able to walk right across to the ocean. We’re sorry to hear about the gnats in the bathroom and will have our team review and treat that area as needed. We also understand that being on the ground floor during a heat wave can bring extra noise when windows need to stay open for airflow. Many condos at North Coast Village do not have air conditioning due to the coastal climate, but we know warmer periods can still be uncomfortable. We appreciate your notes about the foot-washing station, paper products, tissues, and towels. We do provide starter supplies, including four rolls of toilet paper, and guests staying longer may need to purchase additional items or request additional towel service.
