Great condo . The interior was nicely decorated and well appropriated with everything you could need. The pool and hot tub were nice and the deck hot tub was too and had a great view. The parking was a little tight but everything else was wonderful. I really appreciated the elevator as one adult was just recovering from hip surgery. The unit was very clean and the towels and bedding were quality.I would highly recommend.

This condo was warming and organized. The amenities were perfect for our mini getaway. The towels were soft and the beds were comfortable.

It was a very nice experience and my guest loved it and want to book a time to come back again. Only thing that was strange was sheets was on top of the island. I'm hoping they were clean.

A short get-away with a friend

My first time in this unit, but, like the others I've stayed in, it was clean and very comfortable. And the location is perfect! (I love the private balconies)

Comfortable and clean house. The owner was very thorough in setting up the kitchen, movies, games, etc. We had everything we needed there. We would stay at this condo again.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

The property was comfortable, relaxing, and extremely well kept. We felt at home immediately. The view is spectacular and we absolutely loved the hot tub! We will most definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Joy at the beach!!!!!

The location was excellent---we could walk or drive to our desired locations for hiking or viewing. The property was perfect for my family. Wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen where we could do what we wanted and a seating area allowed the visitation and togetherness we wanted. Parking was perfect and the elevator was definitely helpful.

Great Condo!

We arrived just as the wildfire evacuations were lifted. It was a rough time to be there as most of the restaurants and shops were closed during our stay. The condo itself was great and very cozy with second to none views of the beach and waves. Would recommend this condo to friends for sure!

Mother Daughter Get-a-Way

What a beautiful, relaxing week. My daughter and I had a much needed vaca in Lincoln City. The condo was easy to access. All appliances were updated, with a well supplied kitchen. Every morning we’d walk to the beach and actually drive onto the beach a couple afternoons. The jacuzzi was amazing with a gorgeous view. I will definitely return.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience

The ocean view is breathtaking and we enjoyed the hot tub sunsets. Kitchen was very well equipped, far better than most rentals. Beds were very comfortable. The blinds do let in a lot is early morning sun in the bedrooms so being a sleep mask if you’re light sensitive. Very quiet, pretty much never saw a soul during our three nights. The beach entrance is about a block away and perfect for walking or running. I highly recommend this rental.

Enjoyed our stay

Cleaning left a dirty blanket on top of one of the beds that we found when we arrived. Also the spray nozzle on kitchen sink was stuck on when we arrived causing water to spray all over me and floor. I had to remove an already broken sprayer part to disengage sprayer so we had water in the sink Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the location

Location & view were great. Condo needs some updating, definitely not luxury as described. Master shower is pretty old & dark, needs to be re-tiled & lighting improved. Condo cleanliness lacked for sure. We didn’t cook, but looked in the oven & there was a tray of waffles left from a previous guest. Found part of a candy bar on the carpet in the living room & the chairs on the balcony were very dirty, so we needed to clean them before we could use. Overall, nice place to stay, but could use some love.

Regarding Calvin's comments, we would like to say if there is a concern about cleaning, it is helpful to alert us during the stay, not several weeks after departure. After Calvin's departure from our home, we too had a concern as it took quite a while to clean the home. The comments on the shower are interesting as the shower isn't tiled and there have been recent renovations.

Very Nice Space

We were taking a weekend break from our usual routines and decided on the beach even though the weather was stormy. We were pleasantly surprised by this clean, well appointed condo. Very comfortable with gas fire place, new furniture, nice clean carpeting and hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked with with everything you would need to cook your own meals as well as some basic spices. We bring our own coffee so were glad to find a basic drip brewer but there is a Keurig brewer also. Comfortable bed and plenty of towels. A relaxing getaway for us and plenty of space for another couple or small family. We had a really good dinner at The Depoe Bay Brewery/Public House in Depoe Bay with views of the harbor or the bay.

Pretty much everything was good. Liked the hot tub. The condo had everything we needed. The two leather chairs were very comfortable. The only negatives (minor) were the following:1. No blinds on the balcony door. The other blinds were very tough to open and close. My wife would have been unable to do it. 2) I wasn’t a fan of seeing through the window of the condo next door (#14). The building blocked part of our view and the window created a lack of privacy for both parties. 3) Probably the most annoying was the furniture. Having an 8’-9’ couch and two big leather rockers in a small living area was overwhelming. There was one small path in and out. Was also odd because the rules stipulated a max of four people in the condo. The couch alone would have fit 4-5 easily. A small loveseat would have been perfect.

Suffice to say, while hosting Paul it became clear his personality was to focus on anything he didn't like, relevant or not. 1) There isn't a blind on the balcony door because the wind tears them apart when the door is opened. 2) Honestly, the other complaints aren't worth commenting on. If you are overwhelmed by furniture, it is probably best to steer clear of vacation homes.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice. The only really frustration was the TV in the living room . We were never able to watch it. That was very frustrating ! I can always figure stuff out and how things work, but not this. When four adults can get a TV to work it's pretty bad!

Hi Patty, Sorry to hear there was difficulty getting the cable channels to come up on the TV. We did check the connections and everything is working correctly. With a cable box, it is important to make sure the cable box is on as well as the TV to see the channels and be able to use the channel guide.

The view was the best part! The hot tub on the deck was great, especially on typical Oregon coast rainy/misty days. The two bedrooms with king beds and two bathrooms were perfect. Parking underground was very easy with access to the elevator from there. Beach access was just down the road, an easy walk.
