We enjoyed our stay. The condo was amazing, great for little kids. Being on the 2nd floor was great due to elevator being busy.

Perfect for anyone with children this condo was a perfect fit for our family. The view is absolutely beautiful! The condo is clean and stocked for your needs!

We absolutely loved our stay. Condo was perfect with a beautiful view of the beach. We stay at splash about a lot during the spring and summer and this was one of our favorite condos

Very clean, loved having 2 bedrooms with balconies, furnished very well, beds were all very comfortable. Large bathrooms with plenty of towels. Nice to have 2 beach chairs and umbrella provided. Having a large corner balcony was very nice.

The host was extremely welcoming and the place was perfect for families and children. The pool temperatures were a little too cold for children to play in all day, not sure the reason.

Great for families

The rental was exactly as pictured! It was very clean and beautiful. We had two adults, an 8 year old and a 1 year old and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Extremely nice condo. Unbeatable location, clean comfortable and spacious, great beds, extremely well stocked kitchen. The entire unit is top grade and perfectly maintained. I have stayed near 100 vacation properties and this is in my top 5: ever. The host is responsive and very helpful. I, certainly, can go on and on about how wonderful this rental is. Perfection.

Great A/C, hot water, and ice maker. 2nd Level and beach rental make this one of the best at Splash. Great value for what I paid.

It was great place only thing I could recommend was it needs a ramp to the side of steps for families to take wagons down instead of trying to get down steps!

The Perfect Trip

I couldn’t say one bad thing about our trip! We had the best time, condo was perfect for two families! 3 children under 5. They stayed busy the whole time with everything for them to do at Splash! Thank you so very much we cannot wait to return!!

Great for little kids

Awesome stay for adults and our youngest (4 and 6). The middle teens (14, 18, 19) struggled a little. Love Alvin's Island across the street and staying on a lower level is KEY to fighting the elevator struggles.

Excellent stay!

This condominium was PERFECT! We had 4 children with us and adults. I couldn’t have asked for any better. The room in the condo was perfect. We enjoyed family time and playing games, cooking, and watching TV! The Mason’s were wonderful with answering any questions we had! I highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be staying there again next year!

It’s the Beach!! Mostly positive feedback

The overall stay was very nice. We had plenty of room. The place needs kitchen and furniture updates . the resort could definitely benefit from a ramp to tote beach stuff on the carts to the beach the check in and out from the building due to the elevators could be a hassle . We spend most of our time at the beach we had a great time !!

Great Condo

We stay at this unit this past weekend with 4 adults and one 4 year old. The unit was excellent! It was very spacious, roomy and clean. The balcony was so nice and the view was wonderful! The beds were comfortable. The refrigerator took a while to get cold after putting our groceries up but didn’t give us any problems after that. It’s a wonderful 2 king suite unit with plenty of room. We loved it.

When we arrived we had a cracked tv and a broken coffee pot I text the owners and they brought replacements in just a few hours! They were great
