B15 è un condominio in stile villetta a schiera con vista sull'oceano al 2 ° livello a Kihei Sands Condominiums. Ha un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto principale; Letto matrimoniale in uno dei soppalchi al piano superiore; 2 letti singoli nella seconda zona soppalcata al piano superiore e divano letto nel soggiorno.

Il Kihei Sands Condominium si trova direttamente su una delle migliori spiagge di Maui, Sugar Beach. Dalla nostra piscina con vista sull'oceano e dal patio con barbecue puoi praticamente toccare la spiaggia: pulita, sabbiosa, non popolata e che si estende per chilometri in entrambe le direzioni. Quanto dista la spiaggia? Letteralmente a circa 6 piedi! Le nostre aree patio e prato sono idilliache. Goditi ogni mattina con un caffè appena preparato e ogni sera assisti a uno spettacolare tramonto mentre griglia la cena e sorseggi una bevanda.

North Kihei Charm

Lovely, clean property you can tell the staff take a lot of pride in. Coffee each morning on the beachfront patio was a highlight. Condo was well-equipped with everything needed, comfortable accommodations. Even had 5 Tommy Bahama chairs, perfect for our crew! Mahalo for the memories!

Great stay on Sugar Beach

Nice property with beach access and a lovely pool. We stayed in season for whale watching and saw breaching whales from the beach! Property is well maintained and a great access point for the many attractions of Maui.

A peaceful retreat on the beach

We stayed here for four days. Perfect for my husband and I and our two adult children. We just loved it! The condo development is small, quiet and just so lovely. We spent as much time outside enjoying the beach setting. Located in longest sand beach on Maui you'll love the morning walks. The condo has a great common area for grilling, eating, swimming, relaxing and looking out at the beautiful scenery. Our condo had everything we needed. We absolutely loved Maui, centrally located so you can get everywhere very easily for touristy excursions. We loved everything about our stay. Dreamy and wonderful memories.

Best place to stay

Kihei Sands knocked it out of the park. Flawless check-in, flawless check-out and everything in between was perfect. Great communication, very hospitable, just an overall A+. Six of us stayed in the three bedroom, two bath condo and we had everything we needed. I recommend it over and over again and will definitely be back.

Great Vacation

This property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds were comfortable. Great beach access. The property managers are very knowledgeable and told us the best places to go to do various activities. Would stay at this property again.

Perfect for our large family

The property is gorgeous and meticulously maintained with beautiful plants. There are plenty floaties and noodles for the pool, which the kids loved. The patio has plenty shade under the umbrellas and is where we spent every evening watching the sunsets - and saw plenty whales during the day. We're already planning our next trip!

Great Location - Lackluster Property

If you're looking for a great location, this is it. However, we weren't blown away by anything this condo offered and it wasn't the best experience overall. We arrived on the island a couple hours early and knew we had to burn some time so we went sightseeing and shopping. At 3:45pm, we arrived since it was after the 3:00pm check-in to find out condo still being cleaned. The property manager let us know the previous guests had made a mess of the place. While it only took another 15 minutes or so to get in, a text or call earlier would have been nice so we wouldn't have to arrive and wait. We were given 100 in gift cards to a lunch spot in Kihei that was mediocre, but the gesture was appreciated. Once inside, the condo was small, but correct to it's listing description. However, we found a number of dirty items in the kitchen. The bathrooms don't have shower doors so just a heads up that you'll have to lay down 3 towels to keep the floors from getting slick. The narrow stairway makes it difficult to carry luggage up and down, so be mindful of that. Overall, we didn't spend too much time in the condo and enjoyed the beach and the island so we just settled with the condo and it's imperfections. If you're wanting more comforts and cleanliness on Maui, look nearby but not here.

Kihei condo on the beach

We loved being close to the beach. We enjoyed using the extra equipment left by others. There really were plenty of chairs and boogie boards. Enjoyed the pool and the chairs on property. Parking lot is tight and small and teeny, mini van with sliding doors helped make that better. We felt close to anywhere we wanted to go. Near a local farmers' market, shave ice and a little store. Would definitely recommend this place!!!

Last stop on our Hawaii trip

The unit was clean and everything was functional. We had 6 adults staying here and it was a bit small for our group. Had it been a group with a couple of kids it would have been more appropriate. Pictures make the unit appear a bit bigger. Property was beautiful and we loved the back patio and pool. We were in the ocean a couple times behind the condo as well. The unit is a bit outdated but again it worked for us. We were not in it a lot - we spent our days out exploring the island.

It was very cozy, well equipped,!the condos are right on the beach, our unit has a small deck and you can see the water. The morning coffee on the patio was a super extra bonus! They have it all set up beginning at 6:00am. From coffee in the morning on the patio to sunset at night with wine, chatting with fellow vacationers was pretty sweet! Patrick is super helpful with where to go and what to do.

Steps from the beach and the patio had plenty of tables, lounge chairs and shade umbrellas. Community beach chairs and beach stuff was available on first come basis. Condo staff were very helpful. Short walk to Sugar Beach Bakery and Shave ice! We will definitely be back.

The property was right on the beach for easy access to the ocean. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas available for use. The property was clean and well-maintained and everything we needed was available in the condo. We would highly recommend this condo for a vacation.We enjoyed whale watching, a luau, hiking, the Road to Hana, surfing lessons and watching the sunrise in Haleakala National Park.

The beds were comfortable, the property was clean, well-maintained. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The grounds were beautiful & well cared for. Great customer service. They were able to let us checkin a little early which was very helpful with 2 young kids. Will highly recommend. When they say parking is tight, believe them. It was challenging with a minivan. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was very good. The condo was well appointed. A suggestion I would make is to replace all of the teflon pans as they are badly worn and no doubt leaching chemicals into food.Also, this is nothing that the condo owners can fix, but there was a stench outside on several of the days we were there so bad that it kept me from enjoying the outdoors. I asked multiple sources about the origin but the only one that made sense to me is it's coming from the sewage treatment plant down the road. For this reason, I wouldn't stay in Kihei again.

Wonderful beachfront condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kihei Sands turned out to be close to perfect for our family vacation. The pool/patio/BBQ area is quaint and comfortable, and just steps from the beach. The location is very convenient. Highlights for us were morning coffee and evening cocktails on the patio, long walks on the beach, and swimming right in front of the condo. There were only three things that weren’t so great: 1 the parking spaces in the parking lot are too small! It was challenging to get in and out. 2. Limited laundry hours (2p-8pm)3. On checkout morning, the housekeeper stood outside our door for over an hour, watching us take out trash and haul bags to the car. This was very uncomfortable for us, and prevented us from enjoying a few minutes to relax one the patio one last time.
