Si tratta di un duplex recentemente ristrutturato con nuova lastra di roccia, nuova vernice, nuove unità AC / calore in tutte le stanze. dispone di 2 camere da letto la camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, il divano ha un letto estraibile full size, la camera dei bambini ha una cuccetta e un gemello. devi portare la tua biancheria, ci sono molti nuovi cuscini. Si trova a 1-1 / 2 isolati dall'oceano, gli angoli sono illuminati, dal ponte c'è una splendida vista sul tramonto. È a pochi passi dalla baia dove c'è un parco per bambini, pesca, kayak, vista sui diportisti e vista sul tramonto serale. perché non portare la tua barca Ship Bottom ha la sua barca che si lancia a pochi isolati di distanza. Le foto sono vecchie e ci sono stati più voti come TV a schermo piatto, foto e quadri in tutte le camere e nuovi mobili da giardino.

We loved our stay. A clean, cozy and comfortable apartment with everything we needed. A short walk to the beach can’t be beat. We’ve never used Vrbo before, so it was a unique experience. I had questions that John quickly answered via email. He was kind, thorough, and keeps a lovely house to be a home away from home for beach lovers. If we can get away next year, it will definitely be here.

We had a lovely week in this unit and the hosts were quite accommodating. Technically, this was on the 3rd floor as the ground/ first floor was the garage. The rooms were lovely and well-decorated. The bunk beds were a nice addition and TVs had some free streaming programs, with one in each room. It’s a super convenient location- easy to get on and off LBI for day trips. It’s super convenient to many restaurants and businesses. All was as specified in the listing but please note for those who aren’t familiar with renting on LBI: this listing doesn’t include beach badges or washer/dryer. If I had to make one small suggestion, it would be to put a clock in the bedroom or consider blackout curtains. Otherwise, a perfect experience and exactly as described.

Great rental, right near the beach!

I stayed here with my two children and we had an amazing time! This was perfect for us and we walked only 2 blocks if that to the beach daily. You can walk to everything-ice cream, bagels, sports bar/restaurant.....it was super convenient. The place was updated and very nice. Everything was super easy and I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Great location. Cozy but plenty of space for what we needed it for. Bathroom is a smidge tight but every other room was more than adequate size. Lots of modern appliances, AC units, ceiling fans. (The only very minor constructive criticism is I think the master bedroom bed or at least mattress could be upgraded.) Owner communicated all necessary info in a reasonable timeframe.

Great location

Communication with John was very good, the property was as advertised, we basically had what we needed to enjoy our stay. Fortunately my sisters had rentals near by where I could go to do laundry. Unfortunately, the property cleanliness was not to standard. We arrived at the property around 7 pm and had to run out to meet up with family. Upon returning, I spent time sweeping the entire unit, wiping down inside cupboards and drawers, and found the comforter on the queen bed to be stained and smelly. And the twin bed comforters needed washing. I believe they did not get cleaned because there is no washing machine available at the property. The couch was also sandy and damp. We used one of the twin comforters to put over the couch and borrowed a blanket for the queen bed. John was receptive to my complaint about the cleanliness and addressed it with the cleaning company. Hopefully the next renters will walk into a cleaner environment. Overall, the place was just right for me, my daughter and my 2 grandchildren (5 and 6 years old) They took turns sleeping in the top bunk. I would not recommend 7 people staying here due to the size but is work for the 4 of us.

Beautiful like-new condo in quiet Ship Bottom!

First trip to LBI & we loved it! Ship bottom is quiet & family friendly. Newly remodeled, clean condo, with pretty, neutral beach decor & comfortable furniture made for a very pleasant stay! Short walk to beach with traffic lights & cross walks. Highly recommend for a family of 4 or 5, with school aged children. It is on the 3rd floor, up 2 flights of stairs, so be aware of that for the old and the young. Outdoor table was very nice & made up for the limited kitchen seating. Well stocked kitchen w/ nice appliances & a sink deep enough to bathe a baby (no bathtub). Bring a pan if you plan to use the oven, or you can use the grill outside. The space is very small but nicely laid out & worked out well for our family. We found most everything that we needed provided in this lovely home. The pull out couch is just a flat surface (no mattress) but we put an air mattress on top & it was good. The doors close off the living room between the bedroom & kitchen for privacy as a sleeping space. There is nowhere to hang wet swimsuits or towels, and no washer or dryer or dishwasher, so just bring plenty of bath/ beach/ kitchen towels for the week.* :-) There are no beach supplies so bring your chairs, umbrellas & beach toys (beach tags are $25 for the week per person cash only). Walmart pickup is 15 minute drive & came in handy for anything we needed. The pictures are very accurate & we are so glad we found this lovely place on sort of short notice. :-) Thank you! *****

This was the perfect space for my family of six in the best location within my limited budget. With two adults and four teenagers, the bunk room worked great with one on the pull out couch. Since the living room had doors to close it off, it made that space feel like a third bedroom at night. One of my favorite characteristics wasthe new and completely silent air conditioning units. Since I have central air athome, I’m frequently irritated by noisy window units and this place thankfully does not have that at all. If you book, bring beach, bath, hand and dish towels as well as a bath mat for outside the shower. The kitchen was well stocked and I liked the full sized gas stove. Communication with the owner was great and he lives on LBI so I felt if I needed anything, he would’ve responded immediately. The kids enjoyed taking the shuttle to bay village, the two block walk to the beach, proximity to Wawa, Playa Bowls and Hazel boutique - all within walking distance. I liked bagel Eddies and ship bottom seafood is an absolute must - both within walking distance. A surprise was the ample off-street parking and communism dining area by the grills as well as a private deck area off the unit with seating. All in all I WILL be back and appreciated thecleanliness, decor and new features of the unit during my stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The home was cozy and clean. The upper deck was perfect for morning coffee or drinks in the evening. In walking distance to the beach and food. We would definitely stay again!

I am a mechanic and my wife is a school teacher we have two children and spend alot of our free time at the shore. I like surf fishing early in the morning my children and wife love the beach and come meet me later where we usually spend the rest of the day on the beach.
