Adorabile casa sulla spiaggia decorata professionalmente a pochi passi dalla sabbia, a sole due case dalla spiaggia! Due camere da letto più soppalco e 2 1/2 bagni. Pavimenti in legno al piano di sotto con camino! Tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone e cucina completamente attrezzata. Lussureggiante patio con barbecue. Ristrutturato di recente con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici tra cui lavatrice e asciugatrice full size.

Mandalay Beach è una meravigliosa e tranquilla spiaggia di sabbia bianca perfetta per il divertimento in famiglia o per le coppie in cerca di un rifugio. Goditi gli sport sull'oceano e prendi in prestito le boogie board, le sdraio e l'ombrello che ti abbiamo fornito. Quando hai finito in spiaggia, risciacqua nella calda doccia esterna nel nostro cortile privato. Questa proprietà è stata recentemente ristrutturata con mobili di qualità in un tema cottage sulla spiaggia.

Goditi il vicino porto delle Isole del Canale e fai whale watching, paddle boarding o kayak sul porto turistico. La domenica al porto troverete un caratteristico mercato degli agricoltori. Inoltre molti bei posti per cenare lungo il porto turistico.

La nostra casa al mare si trova nella città di Oxnard, che è perfettamente situata tra Malibu e Santa Barbara. Visita una delle tante cantine nelle vicinanze!

Family Vacation

We had an excellent stay. The property had everything that we needed, was super conveniently located, and great amenities. Erica was wonderful to work with and very prompt. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Oxnard.

Cozy beach condo

Very cute beachy condo with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Worked perfectly for our family’s needs. We come to Oxnard Shores every year and would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

Across the street from the beach, cozy, comfortable, and peacful

My family recently spent a weekend here and loved it. The decor was beachy and fun, the fixtures were good quality, and the location was excellent. This property had everything we needed for fun and comfort and we will be back to stay here again in the future. Perfect spot for a family get away.

Great family vacation

We enjoyed staying at this property for one week over Christmas holidays. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy access to the beach with miles of walkable coastline and nearby parks with paved paths also.

Great house! Clean, modern amenities and perfect location for day trips to Santa Barbara or LA.

My family had a great time staying at this house. It’s super close to the beach, there’s enough room for the 5 of us, great modern kitchen with everything you need, Netflix and Amazon Prime available on the huge TV (which was great for the kids to wind down) We’d definitely consider staying there again if we’re in the area.

Nice house in great location

This is a very nice house, one minute away from the sea. The beach is very large and very quiet. It is much nicer than both the outer banks and Delaware.

Better than pictures

Beautiful home. If you are expecting three bedrooms, just be aware that two of the bedrooms don't have four walls surrounding them. They are open and it gets very bright in the morning. To get to the loft you must claim a ladder. It will get hot during the summer with no AC, but if you don't mind, I highly recommend this cute condo. We loved the location and the bright welcoming home.

Close to beach

Quiet area with our own parking. Plenty of cooking equipment (pots, pans, knives, etc.). Very close to nice sandy beach. Loft bedroom was a hit for 11 year old.

Perfect Beach House

Stayed here with my wife and 2 young kids and this house was perfect for us. It was well stocked with everything from kitchen equipment, to towels, to laundry supplies. It was very clean, spacious, and well lit. Also, the location was amazing it was a 3 minute walk to the beach and had an awesome back deck where you could rinse off all the sand before going inside. 10/10 would highly recommend for a small family.

Beach stay in Oxnard

Nice place. Misrepresented # of bedrooms. Only (1) full bedroom. Loft with a queen bed with a second loft above it with bed.No 4th wall on either. Probably good for kids, not great for adult couples.

Super comfortable

The property was lovely-clean, comfortable, safe, and nicely decorated. The property owner was quick in replying to any of my questions. Master bedroom bed was wonderful!!

2 houses to the beach!

Super nice, super clean (I mean CLEAN), exceptionally well equipped so you don't have to go buy basics like trash bags, spices, etc... A parking space, beach towels, beach chairs, beach games, cable, wifi. Very well done.

Very easy to book and stay informed.

Beautiful beach house with everything we needed. The decor was very nice and the place was very homey. VERY comfortable bed in master bedroom. Did not use the other 2 but they looked very nice as well. Very quiet and the beach is only steps away. Beach was very private as not many people were out there at the time in December when we were there. Absolutely wonderful experience! Would HIGHLY recommend this place. Owner is very nice and welcoming.

Great Experience!

This house is the perfect place to stay for a quiet getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and the beach that's just a few short minutes walks away was quiet and not crowded at all. The location to the beach is not all that this place has to offer. Its a short drive to grocery and retail shopping, restaurants, and even parks. Its also a quick and easy drive to Ventura Harbor if you need to catch a boat to Channel Islands National Park like we did. Communicating with the host was easy and they gave us all the information we needed with quick and courteous responses. I literally do not have anything bad to say about this place. We already know where we are going to stay next time we come back to explore one of the other Channel Islands.

Perfect Pacific Ocean Stay!

The entire experience was fantastic. Booking was perfect and instant. Our host was wonderful and was very responsive. Oxnard beaches are amazing. You are literally steps from the Pacific. The unit was decorated very nicely and the beach theme was consistent throughout every room. This place is very CLEAN. Everything worked as it should. We all enjoyed the gas fireplace to add a bit of ambiance. The place has big skylights that give it a light and airy feel. The patio is great for relaxing and having a BBQ. The beds were comfortable, towels soft and water hot! Doesn’t get much better than this. Thanks for a great stay!

Close to a quiet beach!

This condo is very clean and close to the beach. We enjoyed being close to both Ventura harbor for the trip to Channel Island NP and the Oxnard harbor for the food. Others have commented on how hot the loft room gets- very true!! It was in the mid60s and so hot in late afternoon, opened the doors and windows and it cooled off but not sure how this would be in the summer months. The loft and upstairs (non master) bedroom are open to the main floor and the sound really carries from main floor up, so folks with young kids might find this challenging. Over all great stay!

STAY AWAY!

The property was decorated nice, not enough fans! Unfair charges against our deposit. Not worth the hassle. The owners were dishonest with their promises. They took 1/2 of our deposits for very sketchy reasons. Would never rent from them again, this was not my first rental thru this company and never treated like this time. I think they spy on you or have neighbors that do!

Lovely place to stay

The house was immaculate and serene. We stayed there with six people, and felt right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment for basic food preparation and serving. Bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels were provided, as well as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. The second bedroom is a loft bedroom: it has a door separating it from the upstairs hallway, but one side the room is a waist-high wall that opens out over the living room and, obliquely, the stairs. The third bedroom, up the ladder, had more floor space than I expected from the picture. This bedroom got quite warm during the day, and was hard to cool off at night, because it’s at the top of the house and doesn't have any windows that open to the outside. But the kids got used to it. The house has two giant opaque sky lights that provide a lot of lovely natural light to the second and third bedrooms, the stairs, and the living room. The beach was close enough that we didn't even bother to put on shoes to walk there—even my husband, and that’s saying something!

Amazing property. If I could give this pace 6 stars I would still want to give more. The location was perfect. Several places we have stayed claimed to be steps away from the beach but this was legitimately "steps away from the beach." The location really felt like we were way out of town but we were actually just 10 miles away from every place you would need for shopping. The beach felt like a private beach as well. There was no one else within 100 yards of us on either side. The condo itself was awesome and had a really fun beachy feel but also had an upscale feel. Plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of utensils and pots and pans.There was one really private bedroom and one that was more of an open air type bedroom. The loft was interesting but we made it work. Having 2 1/2 baths made it so easy to go from the beach to the next activity quickly. The only complaint I have was with the coffee maker. We could not figure it out and the times we tried it dumped coffee all over the counter and floor. Communication with the host was easy and the responses were quick, even though everything was taken care of. If you are considering this location, this is an amazing place that you will NOT regret booking. I am hoping to go back with my family before the year ends.

Just steps from the beach this home is perfect for our family. The beach is quiet and not crowded, the ocean life is abundant and the oceanside town is quaint. We love it here! Oxnard is perfectly situated in between Malibu and Santa Barbara.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

So close to the water means more time for play and less time for preparation. After playing all day at the beach we like to shower in our outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and then barbecue on our patio. It is the perfect home to bond with our children and make memories. Our location is appealing to wine lovers as well with many California wineries close by. Situated in between two harbors, this home is also ideal for marina sports!
