Questa accogliente casa di 750 piedi quadrati con un tranquillo cortile si trova contro la tenuta di Wrigley. Goditi una romantica cena al tramonto fuori sul balcone mentre sei seduto su un nuovissimo mobile da ponte. La vista sull'oceano è completamente libera e assolutamente mozzafiato. Guarda come le navi da crociera pesano l'ancora e i parapendio prendono il volo!

Entrambe le camere da letto e il soggiorno sono adornati con pareti in legno massello, c'è una lavanderia a gettoni in loco, smart TV HD da 40 pollici con Roku, DIRECTTV NOW e wifi. Griglia alcuni hamburger sul barbecue in acciaio inossidabile. Rilassati sul divano nel soggiorno mentre guardi fuori dalle grandi finestre la splendida vista sul porto. Questa casa è perfetta per le persone che vogliono vedere la città senza essere nel mezzo del trambusto. Tranquilla, stupenda e fuori mano, questa casa sull'isola ti sta aspettando! È incluso un carrello da golf rosso Yamaha a gas che può ospitare comodamente quattro persone. Il sedile posteriore può anche essere ripiegato per creare un piano di carico per i bagagli. 124H

Great place to stay

Use of the golf cart is invaluable. Made the stay so much more comfortable. The house is clean and quiet with amazing view. Would definitely stay here again.

The views were wonderful! Beds were comfortable, but the pull out couch and, most of the furniture really, is old and very uncomfortable. Having a golf cart available to use was so much fun, but the home is within walking distance to everything as well. Besides the uncomfortable furniture the place was not very clean. Lots of dust, hair in bathrooms, dishes and utensils were grimy and needed to be washed before using.

Poorly maintained house. The house was dirty and Kitchen ware was filthy. Staff who assisted with check-in was not friendly at all.

We walked to the property from the Ferry but we would recommend a cab due to the hill to get up to those great views.

Great place!

This was such a wonderful house! Close to downtown, the view is stunning !!! The golf cart was a must! Full kitchen and plenty of space! I am so glad you chose this house over a hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome getaway

Our stay here was delightful. Communication was really good with the property manager. The home is very nice. The fact it included the golf cart was just a bonus. Our family really enjoyed this home.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was perfect for our three night vacation. The view was amazing and in walking distance of most places. But having the golf cart available at any time was huge.

Comfy little home in a convenient location

The house suited our needs perfectly and having a golf cart waiting for us was especially convenient. Nice little place and easy to see the ferries coming in.

Catalina Island Getaway

We stayed at this property for 2 nights and we enjoyed the view and also the golf cart. The property was just as pictured. There were 4 of us so we were able to have a nice dinner using the barbecue.

Great Place, needs a Deep Clean

Overall, the place was good. Not Great. Just Good. Needs a deep clean and organizing reset. Grime in the bathrooms, on the walls, behind furniture, window sills, cobwebs all over the ceilings and in corners, heavy layers of dust, cluttered shelves, drawers and storage spaces. The place needs a spacing up and a good deep clean to be Great again. Otherwise, a nice stay ... just don't look too closely at the details.

We were very pleased with our stay. The view of the harbor was amazing. Very accessible to the to shopping and dining in Avalon. The golf cart that comes with the unit had issues...gas fumes and lights did not work. Good Location

Good location, close to the main street so easy to walk and the golf cart made it even easier. Would have been helpful to have more instructions for the golf cart and where to find extra items in the house. Sofa was dirty and sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable so should perhaps be listed as only two beds. Two bathrooms were useful to have as well.

View was outstanding. Golf cart use was a plus. Steep climb to the property. Little communication about the property including how things worked. Stair railing felt unsafe. There were some cobwebs. Bathrooms were small.

Amazing view

First off the property manager is the one of the nicest down to earth people you will ever meet. My family and I arrived earlier than check in and he accommodated us. The view there is spectacular! The place was clean and had everything you need. The golf cart worked great and was such a blessing to have as a bonus!! I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice, cozy vacation rental with a phenomenal view of the town. You are greeted by a friendly outdoor cat whenever you step outside the property. The rental was more than enough space for 4 adults, although the guest shower/bathroom is definitely a bit small. There were only a few towels/TP included, but they got the job done across a 3-day stay. The included golf cart was extremely helpful to navigate the town. I would recommend this rental for anyone looking for a lowkey, cabin-like vibe!

Great home with a Cat greeter

We were greeted warmly by a very affectionate, large kitty we named Chonkers. Pictures of the house online are pretty accurate, the view there is amazing, the rooms were small and home is on the older side. Lighting was poor in the bedrooms. The golf cart was a huge plus.
